Objective To study the effect of curcumin on the expression of inflammatory factors in model rats with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) type Ⅲ.Methods The rats were randomly divided into following groups: sham-operated group(sham), CP/CPPS model group(model), curcumin 50 mg group(cur-50 mg) and curcumin 100 mg group(cur-100 mg) and p38 inhibitor group(SB203580).Drug was given to each treatment group for 12 days by intraperitoneal injection. The levels of TNF-α, p38, COX-2 mRNA was measured by Real-Time PCR.The expressions of TNF-α and COX-2 proteins were measured by immunohistochemistry. The levels of p38, p-p38 and NF-κB proteins were detected by Western blot. Results NF-κB, p-p38, TNF-α, COX-2 proteins and TNF-α, p38, COX-2 mRNA in model group were higher than those in the sham group (P<0.01);cur-100 mg group and SB203580 group could significantly relieve these change in the model group (P<0.01);COX-2 mRNA and protein in cur-100 mg group decreased more than that in SB203580 group;p-p38 was positively correlated with NF-κB in curcumin groups and SB203580 group compared with model group (P<0.01).Conclusions Curcumin can reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines NF-κB, TNF-α, COX-2 and p-p38 in rats with CP/CPPS type Ⅲ.

Objective To check the maneuverability of the nursing safety management indicators for skilled nursing facilities. Methods A hospital based skilled nursing facility in Chongqing was chosen as the main study target while a Red Cross nursing hospital in Shanghai which operated earlier was also included as a comparison object.Combination of files reference,on-the-scene observation, manager interviews, sampling survey and institution's self-assessment,scores of indicators were calculated, and the total scores for both institutions were calculated as well. Results The institution from Chongqing marked 81 points while the other one got 86 points. Conclusions The indicator system had good maneuverability and the weight of indexes was consistent with the practical requirement of safety management. This indicator system could provide reference for standardize skilled nursing facilities' management, but still needed further revision and consummation.

Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses in Chongqing city, and to provide reference for the construction of standardized clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the 509 students who participated in the training of intensive care unit nurses in Chongqing city. Results Clinical practice time was 2 months, the practice base could meet the clinical practice needs of clinical nurses, clinical practice and assessment methods were varied, but the time arrangement was not reasonable (6.67%, 29/435), the practice content lacked the pertinence (5.52%, 24/435), the teaching method was not reasonable (2.76%, 12/435), the teacher capital was not qualified (1.38%, 6/435) and so on. Conclusions The clinical practice base and teaching staff needs to be improved, and the clinical practice pattern of intensive care unit specialist nurses is good, but the ability to recognize it is not in place. Should be guided by the needs of nurses, under the supervision of the health department, construction of training bases, training in line with the requirements of clinical teachers, strengthen the ability of students to understand, to help study the clinical application of knowledge and skills.

Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the effect evaluation index system for health education of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 306 patients with coronary heart disease in four third-grade and A-level hospitals extacted by convenient sampling method were surveyed.Project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and so on were applied to analyze and select items. Then the Cronbach's alpha coefficient,test-retest reliability, and content validity of the scale were tested. Then the original system was modified and the eventual system was formed. Results The scale was consisted of 8 first-dimensions and 35 indexes. The Cronbach's α of the total system was 0.832,and the α of subscales were from 0.629 to 0.882.The test-retest reliability of the total system was 0.966,and the testretest reliability of subscales were from 0.848 to 0.942.The S-CVI/Ave of system was 0.99,and the S-CVI/UA of indexes was 0.91.The Pearson correlation coefficient of the indexes with their dimensions were from 0.574 to 0.916,which were higher than the coefficient of the indexes with other dimensions.Factor analysis supported the eight-factor structure of the system, which could explain 65.61% of the total variance and the factor loading of each index were from 0.430 to 0.938.Conclusions The system is reliable and valid, and can provide a unified reference standard for effect evaluation of health education of coronary heart disease.
