Objective To explore the effect of N2O with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) on SKVO3 through observing the influence of HIFU and N2O, separated and combined, on SKVO3. Methods The cultured SKVO3 cells were divided into 4 group: control group: without any treatment; N2O group: blowed by N2O 60 minutes; HIFU group: irradiated by HIFU (250W, 5s) and N2O-HIFU group blowed by N2O 60 minutes and irradiated by HIFU (250W, 5s). Flow cytometric method and Annexin V-FITC/PI binding assay were applied to detect cell death and apoptosis, and western blot test to detect Cytochrome C, Capase 3, Bax, Bcl-2 and GAPDH. Results The cell death and apoptosis in N2O-HIFU group were significant higher than those in other groups(P < 0.05). The results of western blot showed that in N2O-HIFU group, CytochromeC, Caspase 3 and Bax increased remarkably, but Bcl-2 significantly suppressed. Conclusion HIFU combininh with N2O could enhance the killing of SKVO3 cell.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum level of gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in military pilots. Methods Sixty male military pilots hospitalized in Airforce General Hospital having coronary angiography examination(CAG) from March 2005 to May 2015 were involved then were divided into CHD group (n = 24) and control group (n = 36) according to the results of coronary angiography (CAG). The patients with CHD were divided into low score group (Gensini score ≤ 20) and high score group (Gensini score > 20) according to Gensini score. Results There were significant increase of the level of TG, GGT and decrease of the level of HDL-C in CHD group than those in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference with the level of GTT between high score group and low score group (P > 0.05); logistic regression analysis showed that serum GGT was an independent risk factor of CHD in military pilots (OR = 1.168, P < 0.01). Conclusion Serum GGT is associated with CHD in military pilots and is the independent risk factor of CHD in the pilots.

Previous studies suggested that lower autonomy orientation or higher control and impersonal orientations may be associated with more addictive behaviors. Our study aimed to investigate if these associations exist in Internet gaming disorder (IGD), and if sensation seeking, anxiety, and depression could influence the associations between causality orientations and IGD symptoms. Methods: A total of 1,400 college students completed the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale, General Causality Orientation Scale, Brief Sensation Seeking Scale, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, and Patient Health Questionnaire. Correlation, multiple linear regressions, structural equation model (SEM) analyses, and moderation analyses were conducted to explore the associations. Results: The control and impersonal orientations were positively associated with IGD symptoms, while the autonomy orientation was negatively associated with them. Moreover, SEM analyses showed that the autonomy-IGD relationship was totally mediated by anxiety and depression, the impersonal-IGD relationship was partially mediated by anxiety, and the control-IGD relationship was partially mediated by depression. Finally, the effects of causality orientations on IGD were moderated by sensation seeking. Conclusion Overall, autonomy orientation is linked to fewer gaming problems, whereas control and impersonal orientations are associated with more gaming problems. Moreover, the relationships between causality orientations and IGD symptoms are mediated by anxiety and depression and moderated by sensation seeking. Our findings inform theory on the motivations of gaming behaviors and may shed light on the prevention and intervention of IGD from the perspective of SDT.

ZHANG Zhongjing's Zhenwutang is a classic formula for warming Yang and excreting water. It is composed of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata， Poria， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Paeoniae Radix Alba， and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens. Physicians of later generations have inherited and developed this formula by detailed recording and application. This paper adopted bibliometrics method to analyze Zhenwutang in terms of history， indications， dosage， drug processing， usage， and modification. The results showed that Zhenwutang was most widely used in Ming and Qing dynasties. Many physicians have inherited ZHANG Zhongjing's theory regarding the application of Zhenwutang in disease treatment， and a few physicians have used it to treat diphtheria and water-related diseases. Some physicians modified this formula to treat maculae， intermittent dysentery， jaundice and so on. Zhenwutang was mainly used to treat diseases of the circulatory system， respiratory system and urinary system in modern clinical practice. The processing of herbal medicines in this formula was clear. Specifically， the raw material of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata needed to be processed and peeled， while those of Poria， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Paeoniae Radix Alba， and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens can be used directly. Although being different， most of the dosages were consistent with those in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. According to the textual research， it is suggested that the reference dosage of this prescription in clinical practice is 41.25 g for Poria， Paeoniae Radix Alba， and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， respectively， 27.5 g for Atractylodes macrocephala， and 15 g for Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. The medicinal materials should be decocted in 1 600 mL water to reach a volume of 600 mL. After removal of the residues， the decoction should be taken warm with 140 mL each time， three times a day. The textual research of Zhenwutang is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application and formulation of Zhenwutang.
