BACKGROUND:Hip’s anatomy structure is complex, and the traditional two-dimensional imaging, such as X-ray film or CT scan, is susceptible to image overlap and other soft tissue. As a result, there are some limitations in the diagnosis of hip disease. The digital model is built based on reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. It is comprehensive, intuitive and accurate of the stereo configuration of the hip and the spatial relations of other parts’ anatomical structures. This study has a broad application prospect. OBJECTIVE:To reconstruct the personalized three-dimensional entity model of the hip bone with computer aided technology. METHODS: The human hips were scanned with a portable three-dimensional laser scanner, and then the point cloud data of the hips were gotten. The point cloud was processed and the three-dimensional model reconstruction was carried out by using the engineering software Geomagic and the computer aided software CimatronE. Three-dimensional print of hip was completed and the model was gotten, which was consistent with the geometry of hip bone, through the rapid prototyping machine. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A model with good geometric similarity and biomechanical characteristics was built by digital modeling method based on reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. This way of digital modeling provided the basis for digital manufacturing of artificial hip, virtual assembly, stress analysis and surgical simulation.

Biobank is an important resource for biomedical research, which plays a tremendous role in basic research of clinical diagnosis and treatment of human diseases. In China, the biobank for major diseases was built mainly by large general hospitals which have capacity to access and store large amount of human samples.Such model of repository building is relatively independent, and flexible in operation, but it also has several defects, such as insufficient resources, duplication even in the same hospital, dispersion, and lack of effective and standardized management. This article focuses on the strategy of the standardization of the repository building in large general hospitals, aiming to promote the clinical research platform building in hospital and invigorate medical development.

Objective Based on Total Quality Management (TQM) theory, our study aims to analyze the clinical Bio-Bank overall quality management implications, basic characteristics, principles, and management mechanisms, and provide theoretical basis for the clinical Bio-Bank quality construction. Methods Using theoretical and literature research methods,Bio-Bank overall quality management qualitative analysis was conducted, putting forward a framework of Bio-Bank comprehensive quality management. Results Biological sample overall quality management was defined theoretically including its connotation, concepts and basic characteristics. We also put forward an application principle and basic operation method at the application level. Conclusions Total Quality Management (TQM) is applied to the clinical Bio-Bank construction, from where, the scientific and unique management content can effectively optimize the Bio-Bank management regulation and standardization of the sample operation process in the PDCA cycle, which is critical to improve the quality of clinical Bio-Bank.

Objective Analyze the application status and existed problems of clinical biobank in China, propose possible application mechanisms for clinical biobank. Methods Through questionnaire survey and case analysis combined with relevant literature reports from home and abroad, conduct qualitative analysis to understand the application status and problems of clinical biobank. Results With the rapid development of biobank, its application rate was far from expected. The construction of clinical database lags behind in China will affect the application of samples. The lag of application mechanism will affect the opening and application of the biobank. Conclusions At the beginning of construction, the clinical biobank should take full account of what and how resources can be used, and establish tailored application mechanism.More attention should be paid to the possible benefit of biobank construction.

Objective:
To understand the situation and influencing factors related to the promotion of HIV testing program among sex partners in newly diagnosed HIV positive MSM in Zhejiang province during 2015 to 2017.
Methods:
Newly diagnosed HIV positive MSM in Zhejiang province from 2015 to 2017 were collected and provided four rounds of testing services to their sexual partners so as to study the consequences. Chi-square test was conducted to compare the difference between groups while multivariate logistic regression was conducted to analyze the related influencing factors.
Results:
A total of 6 269 HIV positive MSM were provided with four rounds of testing services to their sexual partners. 1 925 HIV positive MSM (30.7
