Objective To improve the pipeline which is the second grade of oxygen pressure reducer in order to reduce the oxygen resistance. Methods This device accesses oxygen storage devices in the original pipeline which absorbs oxygen in the atmospheric with the second grade pressure reducer. Results Accessing oxygen storage devices almost can eliminate the additional resistance which is produced by the second pressure reducer. Conclusion The accessing device fully meets the demand of the people with weak breathing, who accesses oxygen for oxygen therapy via the second grade pressure reducer. Meantime, the device expands the scope of services and efficacy of the medical equipment.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2001;15(2):73-75
Objective: To study shame of college student through phenomenological method. Method: 147 college students (male 53, female 94, average age 20.2) were involved. Each subject was asked to describe his/her personal shame experience, which was rate on phenomenological dimensions. Experience of Shame Scales (ESS) was used either. Result: The finding from phenomenological rating was in accord with the theory of “self orientation". Students with stronger shame proneness showed tendency to attribute negative events to him/herself. Conclusion: Shame is an acutely painful experience that involves a marked self-focus (self oriented) emotion. Shame proneness tended to have stronger sense of worthlessness and powerlessness and have much more strategies of denying and escaping in hard situations.

Teaching and research are of great significance for university teaching and educating. In order to establish effective mechanisms for teaching and research results-based management, we should reach consensus on emphasizing teaching research, regulate teaching and research project application, optimize project selecting design, think highly of the process control and continuous improvement in teaching and research, work on the results publicity, promotion and application, and at the same time raise the overall quality of teaching administrators.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective: To revise the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS) and Social Phobia Scale (SPS), which are self-related social anxiety measurements developed by Mattick and his colleagues. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of more than 1,300 college students of Beijing and analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis, reliability test and validity test. Results: The results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that the revised SIAS and SPS were single-factor construct and had good construct validities. The Cronbach's ? coefficient of the SIAS scale was 0.874, the reliability coefficient of split-half was 0.862, and the test-retest stability coefficient was 0.863. The Cronbach's ? coefficient of the SPS scale was 0.904, the reliability coefficient of split-half was 0.865, and the test-retest stability coefficient was 0.849. The correlation between total score of SIAS and that of Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(FNE) was 0.514, and the correlation between total score of SPS and that of FNE was 0.479. Conclusion: The revised scales of SIAS and SPS has good psychometric quality and can be used in Chinese college students.

AIM:To investigate the effect of hepatic oval cells (HOCs) on the protein expression of TGF-?/Smad signaling pathway in the liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats.METHODS:The SD rat models of liver fibrosis were made by treating with carbon tetrachloride and combined factors. The HOCs was isolated from the model rats.HOCs suspension (0.5 mL at a density of 1 ? 1012cells/L) were transplanted via portal vein into the hepatic fibrosis rats at 8th week and observed continuously for 30 days.Meanwhile,WuLing capsules were used for positive control. The blood samples were collected through trail vein at 8th day,15th day,23th day and 30th day after transplantation of HOCs.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alamine aminotransferase (ALT) in serum were determined by enzyme method. The morphological changes of hepatic tissues were observed under microscope with HE and Musson staining. The protein levels of collagen type I (Col-Ⅰ),extracellular-signal regulated protein kinase (ERK),phosphory-lation extracellular regulatedprotein kinases (p-ERK),TGF-? receptor type Ⅰ (T?RⅠ),TGF-? receptor type Ⅱ (T?RⅡ),mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2 /3 (Smad 2 /3) and mothers against decapentaplegic homolog (Smad 7) were assessed in liver tissues by Western blotting.RESULTS:In HOCs and WuLing capsules treated groups, the levels of ALT and AST decreased significantly at 15th day,23th day and 30th day after the transplantation of HOC.The damage degree of hepatic fiber hyperplasia of the liver histological structure reduced notably. The expression levels of Col-Ⅰ,ERK,p-ERK,T?RⅠ and T?RⅡ in liver tissues of hepatic fibrosis rats were down-regulated obviously while the expression of Smad 7 increased significantly.CONCLUSION:The implantation of HOCs prevents the progress of liver fibrosis in rats. The mechanism of action is to inhibit the protein expression of p-ERK,T?RⅠ,T?R Ⅱ for TGF-?/Smad signaling pathway of liver tissue.

Objective To analyze the learning curve of microendoscopic lumbar discectomy (MED) and summarize the operative experience. Methods From July 2010 to March 2012, the first 100 patients with single level lumbar disc herniation managed with MED were divided into chronological groups (A, B, C and D), 30 patients in group A, B, C and 10 patients in group D. The comparsons were conducted in terms of operative time , estimated blood loss , number of cases with transition from MED to open surgey or for reoperation , rate of complications and postoperative efficacy. Results The mean operative time and the mean estimated blood loss in each group was valuated respectively. In group A , the operative time and estimated blood loss were significantly decreased as compared with those in group B, C and D respectively (P < 0.05), but those in group B were not significantly different from those in group C and D (P > 0.05). There were 6 complications in group A, 1 complication in group B and C respectively and no complication in group D. The leg pain visual analogue scale and Oswestry disability index at the first month and the twelfth month postoperatively were all improved respectively as compared with those preoperatively (P < 0.01). Conclusion The learning curve of microendoscopic lumbar discectomy generally may reach the plateau when about 30 cases are operated on. The key procedure to pass over the learning curve includes puncture and location , flavectomy , anatomy mark identification, and precaution of damage in dural sac.

Objective To investigate the effects of miR-200c on proliferation and apoptosis of tongue squamous cell carcino-ma (TCCS)Tca8113 cells. Methods The mimics of miR-200c were transfected into Tca8113 cells using liposome. The Tca8113 cell proliferation was detected by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT)assay. The flow cytometry as-say was used to determine the cell cycle and the apoptosis rate of Tca8113 cell. The protein expression levels of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in Tca8113 cell was detected by Western-blot.Results The 20,40,80 nmol/L miR-200c mimics groups inhibited the growth of Tca8113 cells, the difference compared with the control group showing statistical significance(P <0.05).The greater the miR-200c mimics concentration and the longer duration of action, the more significant the inhibition effect(P <0.05).After 48h transfecting by miR-200c mimics, the Tca8113 cells were arrested in the G0/G1 phases of cell cycle, and the apoptosis rate of the miR-200c mim-ics groups was significantly increased, the difference compared with the control group showing statistical significance(P <0.05);Western blot verified that the expression amount of Bcl-2 protein in the 20,40,80 nmol/L miR-200c groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the expression amount of Caspase-3 protein was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of miR-200c might inhibit the proliferation of Tca8113 cell and induces their ap-optosis.
