Objective To explore the effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching. Methods 129 students were collected by cluster sampling, then based on class unit, they were randomized into the experimental group (69 students) and the control group (60 students). The experimental group used hospital-school combined threedimensional teaching mode and the control group used traditional teaching mode. Then, both groups had finished an operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination and a self-report questionnaire for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing.Besides, the experimental group had a questionnaire survey of cognitive evaluation for the new teaching mode. Results The average score of operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination of the experimental group was (77.81 ±9.87),higher than the control group (70.35±12.37); The self-report score for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing of the experimental group was (3.94±0.45),higher than the control group (3.68±0.46).The students of the experimental group also considered that the new teaching mode improved their comprehensive knowledge and innovative abilities, critical thinking ability, humanistic care spirit, communication ability, team cooperation ability and innovation ability, etc. Conclusions The effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching was good, but it still had some limitations which needed us to pay attention to and to perfect.

Objective:To observe the antibacterial effect of Ag +-loaded TiO 2 (Ag -TiO 2) and Ag -TiO 2 coated endotracheal tube (ETT) on the bacterial biofilm (BF) of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods:2, 3-bis-(2-methoxy- 4-nitro-5-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium-5-carboxanilide (XTT) colorimetric method was used to detect minimal inhibitory concertation (MIC) of Ag-TiO 2 for inhibition of BF of Staphylococcus aureus. The Ag -TiO 2 coated ETT were prepared, and divided into 11 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 2 mg/L and 0 mg/L ETT group, according to the concentration gradient, then impregnated in the liquid with Staphylococcus aureus at a concentration of 1.0×10 9cfu/L. The influence of antibacterial coated ETT on the formation of Staphylococcus aureus BF was determined by detecting the colonies of bacteria and BF on the ETT. Results:Ag-TiO 2 had a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus BF in a concentration -dependent manner, and its MIC was 10 mg/L. Ag -TiO 2 coated ETT has significant anti -Staphylococcus aureus BF effect, and the higher the concentration, the stronger the effect. The absorbance ( A) values of Ag -TiO 2 5 mg/L, 8 mg/L, 11 mg/L ETT groups were significantly lower than that in control group (0.176±0.004, 0.147±0.002, 0.094±0.002 vs. 0.267±0.045, all P < 0.05). The inhibitory rates of Ag -TiO 2 2 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 8 mg/L ETT groups were increased gradually, and 11 mg/L Ag -TiO 2 coated ETT group had the highest inhibitory rate for BF, the inhibitory rates were 6.4%, 34.1%, 44.9% and 64.8%, respectively. Conclusion:Both Ag-TiO 2 and Ag-TiO 2 coated ETT have significant inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus BF.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of Yifei xuanfei jiangzhuo formula (YFXF) against vascular dementia (VD). METHODS The differentially expressed genes of YFXF (YDEGs) were obtained by network pharmacology. High-risk genes were screened from YDEGs by using the nomogram model. The optimal machine learning models in generalized linear, support vector machine, extreme gradient boosting and random forest models were screened based on high-risk genes. VD model rats were established by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion, and were randomly divided into model group and YFXF group (12.18 g/kg, by the total amount of crude drugs), and sham operation group was established additionally, with 6 rats in each group. The effects of YFXF on behavior (using escape latency and times of crossing platform as indexes), histopathologic changes of cerebral cortex, and the expression of proteins related to the secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1)/phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (aka Akt) signaling pathway and the mRNA expression of SPP1 in cerebral cortex of VD rats were evaluated. RESULTS A total of 6 YDEGs were obtained, among which SPP1, CCL2, HMOX1 and HSPB1 may be high-risk genes of VD. The generalized linear model based on high-risk genes had the highest prediction accuracy (area under the curve of 0.954). Compared with the model group, YFXF could significantly shorten the escape latency of VD rats, significantly increase the times of crossing platform (P<0.05); improve the pathological damage of cerebral cortex, such as neuronal shrinkage and neuronal necrosis; significantly reduce the expressions of SPP1 protein and mRNA (P<0.05), while significantly increase the phosphorylation levels of PI3K and Akt (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS VD high-risk genes SPP1, CCL2, HMOX1 and HSPB1 may be the important targets of YFXF. YFXF may play an anti-VD role by down-regulating the protein and mRNA expressions of SPP1 and activating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
