Objective To discuss the role of platelet-actived factors and hepatic and renal function in the development of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia by detecting the levels of the GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in the blood, Pt and hepatic and renal function of the patients with pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. Method GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa, Pt and hepatic and renal function were measured in the normal non-pregnancy women, normal late-pregnancy women and pre-eclampsia and eclampsia women. Results The level of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in patients with severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia was higher than that in non-pregnancy, normal late-pregnancy and mild pre-eclampsia (P<0.01). The count of Pt in patients with severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia was lower than that in non-pregnancy, normal late-pregnancy and mild pre-eclampsia (P<0.01). Except ALB, the hepatic and renal function had significant difference among severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia, normal late-pregnancy and mild pre-eclampsia. Conclusion Detecting the GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa, Pt and hepatic and renal function have clinical significance in severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.

Objective:To develop a qualitative analysis model for the fast identification of Dens Draconis and its adulterants by NIR correlation coefficient method. Methods:On the basis of the traditional morphological identification, the spectra were collected u-sing the fiber accessory of a near-infrared spectroradiometer. The reference spectra were set up using the NIR spectra of certified Dens Draconis. The characteristic spectral section was chosen and the appropriate threshold was set to establish a qualitative analysis model for the rapid identification of Dens Draconis and its adulterant. Results:The spectral section of 5 000-4 200 cm-1 was selected as the characteristic spectral section, the correlation coefficient of Dens Draconis and its adulterant was calculated in training set samples, and 92. 67% was used as the threshold. Totally 10 batches of validation set samples were validated the qualitative analysis model, and the prediction accuracy was 90%. Conclusion:The method has good prediction ability, and can be used in the rapid identification of Dens Draconis and its adulterant.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The atrio-ventricular valves of the normal heart of 100 Chinese adult cadavers were studied. The right atrio-ventricular (tricuspid) valve was found to be composed of four main cusps in 80% of the cases, three main cusps in 19%,and two main cusps in 1%.In certain cases, small additional intermediate cusps had been found. They were derived from the main cusps and situated in the angles between the medial and anterior wall, or between the medial and posterior wall of the right ventricle. These may be called “cuspi accessoria”.The anterior accessory cusp was present in 31% and the posterior accessory cusp in 27% of our preparations. If the total number of the main and acces- sory cusps of the right a—v valve was considered, four cusps occurred in 42%,five in 36%,three in 13%,six in 8% and two in 1%. The left atrio-ventricular (mitral) valve consisted of two main cusps. But frequent- ly there were conspicuous ruptures on the posterior cusp in our specimens, with the ex- ception of twelve cases (12%).Thus,the posterior cusp may be consisted of one greater leaflet and one to four smaller leaflets.Based on this character, the posterior cusp of the left a—v valve may be grouped into three types:(1)the middle portion of the posterior cusp was well developed in 48%;(2)the antero-lateral portion was well developed in 35%;and (3) the postero-medial portion was well developed in 17%. The anterior cusp of the left a—v valve separated into two equal parts had been found in one case (1%). The height of the cusps and of the commissural margins, where the neighboring cusps were joined, had been measured.Discussions have been made on the principles of the differentiation between the main cusp and the accessory cusp.

Samples of skeletal muscle in forearm were taken from 60 sites in each of 10 normal autopsy subjects (male 7, female 3) between 3 and 69 years of age. The distribution and composition of type I and type II fibers in the muscles of the forearm were studied by histochemical method for myofibrillar ATPase. The results showed that the mean percentage of type I fibers ranged between 45% to 59% in the muscles of the forearm. In general, the slow contracting fibers of the forearm muscles were slightly higer than 50%. In the flexors and extensors of the forearm the respective percentage of type I fibers were 49.8% and 55.3%. The slow contraction fibers of the extensors muscle group showed higher proportion of type I fibers than those of the flexor group and the difference is statistically significant (P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To study the architectural features and the biomechanical properties of human masseter and temporolis muscles. Methods: The architecture parameters of masseter and temporolis muscles on both sides of 5 human corpes fixed in formalin for more than 1 year were measured and quantitatively analyzed. Results: Human masseter and temporolis muscles were multipennate, there existed many layers of aponeurosis to which muscle fibers attached especially within the superficial portion of the masseter. The parameters of superficial portion of the masseter were statistically different from those of the deep portion, so were those of anterior portion of temporolis from those of posterior portion; the posterior part of the temporolis was the heaviest, the deep of the masseter the lightest. The physiological cross-sectional area of the superficial part of masseter was the largest, the posterior of temporolis the second, the anterior of temporolis the third, and the deep of the masseter the smallest. Among the ratios of muscle weight vs physiological cross-sectional area in each portion of the masseter and temporolis, the ratio in the deep part of masseter was the largest, that in the posterior of temporolis the smallest, that in the superficial of the masseter was similar to that in the anterior of the temporolis. In addition, the fiber in the posterior of the temporolis was the longest and that in the deep of the masseter the shortest. Conclusion: The deep portion of masseter is designed for force production, the posterior of the temporolis for velocity production, and the superficial of the masseter and the anterior of the temporolis for both force and velocity production. The deep part of masseter and the anterior of temporolis play an important part in maintaining mandibular position and balence, and the superficial of masseter and the posterior of temporolis play a major role in producing occlusive force and mandibular fast retrusion.
