Objective To compare the clinical outcome of internal fixation(IF)and total hip arthroplasty (THA)for the elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 128 patients with dis-placed femoral neck fracture admitted from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into IF group(61 cases)and THA group(67 cases). The operation and hospitalization index were compared between the 2 groups. All patients underwent follow-ups after operation. The functional recovery scale for hip fracture (FRS) and EQ-5D index were applied to evaluate the clinical outcomes periodically. Results Compared to THA group, the intraoperative trauma ,operation time and bed days were less in IF group(P<0.05),however the incidence of complication in IF group was higher than that in THA group. All the patients were followed up more than 3 years and mortality rate between the 2 groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Follow-ups at all time points revealed hip function in THE group is better than that in IF group(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in terms of life quality(P > 0.05). Within 3 years, the costs related to fracture were 41772 yuan for IF group and 61174 yuan for THA group respectively. Conclusion Both internal fixation and total hip arthroplasty can provide satisfactory outcome for elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture. Compared with IF ,THA causes bigger trauma and costs more ,but ends up with lower complication incidences ,and improve hip function in a shorter period.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the association of phenylethanolamine-N-methyl transferase (PNMT) G-390A genetic polymorphism with risk of essential hypertension (EH) in Changsha Han people.
METHODS:
A case-control association study was performed in 400 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 388 normotensive subjects. PNMT G-390A was genotyped using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-FRLP).
RESULTS:
The genotype frequencies for the -390 GG, GA, and AA were 39.3%,50.0%, and 10.8%, respectively in EH patients, and were 43.6%,45.6%, and 10.8%, in normal subjects. No significant difference in either genotypic frequency (P=0.433) or allele frequency (P=0.378) of PNMT G-390A between EH patients and normals was observed. When by gender, there was significant difference in genotypic frequency (P<0.05) and allele frequency (P=0.046) of G-390A polymorphism between EH patients and normals in the male, but not in the female (P>0.05).
CONCLUSION
PNMT G-390A polymorphism is possibly associated with EH risk in male Chinese Han population in Changsha.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(1):96-99
Objective:
To explore the intrinsic mechanism of emotional intelligence and trait anger in the association between childhood psychological abuse and aggressive behavior among middle school students, and to provide a theoretical basis for intervention of aggressive behaviors.
Methods:
By using the multi-stage stratified random sampling method, 2 458 middle school students in Guizhou Province were selected, and group tests were carried out using psychological abuse scale, attack behavior scale, emotional intelligence scale and characteristic anger scale.
Results:
Agressive behavior, trait anger and emotional intelligence differed significantly by gender(t=2.19,5.12,-2.34,P<0.05), and there were significant differences in aggressive behavior, psychological abuse, emotional intelligence and trait anger among middle school students of different student origins by residence(t=-18.77,-6.04,9.10,-9.94,P<0.05). Childhood psychological abuse (r=0.41), temperamental trait anger (r=0.52) and reactive trait anger (r=0.49) were significantly positively correlated with aggressive behavior(P<0.05). Emotional intelligence was significantly negatively correlated with aggressive behavior (r=-0.33, P<0.05). The test of multiple mediation effects showed that emotional intelligence, temperamental trait anger and reactive trait anger played multiple mediation roles between psychological abuse and aggressive behavior in childhood.
Conclusion
Childhood psychological abuse could not only directly affect the aggressive behavior of middle school students, but also further affect the aggressive behavior through emotional intelligence and trait anger. Emotional intelligence and idiosyncratic anger are important internal mechanisms by which childhood psychological abuse affects aggressive behavior.

BACKGROUNDThrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) has gained international recognition, clinical outcomes following this thrombolytic therapy varied from patient to patient. Factors affecting clinical outcomes have not been well understood yet, so this retrospective case-control study aimed to investigate factors that may influence clinical outcomes of acute ischemic stroke treated with intravenous rt-PA.
METHODSOne hundred and one patients with acute ischemic stroke who received intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis within 4.5 hours from disease onset were included. Patients were divided into good or poor outcome group according to modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score, good outcome group: mRS score of 0-1; poor outcome group: mRS of 2-6. Stroke characteristics were compared between the two groups. Factors for stroke outcomes were analyzed via univariate analysis and Logistic regression.
RESULTSOf the 101 patients studied, patients in good outcome group (n = 55) were significantly younger than patients in poor outcome group (n = 46, (62.82 ± 14.25) vs. (68.81 ± 9.85) years, P = 0.029). Good outcome group had fewer patients with diabetic history (9.09% vs. 28.26%, P = 0.012), fewer patients with leukoaraiosis (7.27% vs. 28.26%, P = 0.005) and presented with lower blood glucose level ((5.72 ± 1.76) vs. (6.72 ± 1.32) mmol/L, P = 0.012), lower systolic blood pressure level ((135.45 ± 19.36) vs. (148.78 ± 19.39) mmHg, P = 0.003), lower baseline NIHSS score (12.02 ± 5.26 vs. 15.78 ± 4.98, P = 0.002) and shorter onset-to-treatment time (OTT) ((2.38 ± 1.21) vs. (2.57 ± 1.03) hours, P = 0.044) than poor outcome group. Logistic regression analysis showed that absence of diabetic history (odds ratio (OR) 0.968 (95% CI 0.941-0.996)), absence of leukoaraiosis (OR 0.835 (95% CI 0.712-0.980)), lower baseline NIHSS score (OR 0.885 (95% CI 0.793-0.989)), lower pre-thrombolysis systolic blood pressure (OR 0.962 (95% CI 0.929-0.997)), and lower blood glucose level (OR 0.699 (95% CI 0.491-0.994)) before thrombolysis were significantly associated with better outcome.
CONCLUSIONPatients with no history of diabetes, no leukoaraiosis, low blood glucose level, low systolic blood pressure level and low baseline NIHSS score before thrombolysis have a better outcome.

At present, there still exist some limitations in the laparoscopic surgery robot represented by da Vinci surgical robot, such as the lack of force feedback function. Doctor can not feel the force feedback while operating. In this paper, a new minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery robot system is designed. Based on the master side surgeon's console, stereo vision subsystem and the slave side surgical cart, the multi-dimensional instrument force feedback technology and force feedback based safety protection strategy are introduced. The design realizes the force sensing function of full state operation. Besides, a number of different live pig experiments are carried out. The amount of bleeding in these experiments is relatively small compared with the data of the same kind of surgical robots, which effectively validates the force feedback and surgical safety protection strategies of the new robot system.

A new-type digital electric plum-blossom needle instrument of controllable and adjustable parameters was developed to achieve an automatic tapping instead of manual tapping technique and integrate the function of plum-blossom needle with that of micropulse electrical phase. The alternating current of periodic variation changes the direction of magnetic field around, induces the vibration of the cone head and tapping movement, outputs the micropulse current and acts on the affected area in treatment. The new-type digital electric plum-blossom needle instrument achieves the automatic tapping movement, precisely adjusts the stimulating strength and frequency according to diseases and integrates the tapping stimulation with pulse current to form circulation loop on the skin and intensify the therapeutic effects. This instrument is the big innovation of traditional plum-blossom needle. It is not only applicable for clinical treatment or family healthcare, but also for scientific research with the adoptable digital therapeutic parameters, which benefits the application and development of plum-blossom needle therapy.

Tumor is a serious threat to human health. At present, surgical resection, chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy are the main therapeutic strategies. Monoclonal antibody has gradually become an indispensable drug type in the clinical treatment of cancer due to its high efficiency and low toxicity. Phage antibody library technology (PALT) is a novel monoclonal antibody preparation technique. The recombinant immunoglobulin variable region of heavy chain (VH)/variable region of light chain (VL) gene is integrated into the phage vector, and the antibody is expressed on the phage surface in the form of fusion protein to obtain a diverse antibody library. Through the process of adsorption-elution-amplification, the antibody library can be screened to obtain the antibody molecule with specific binding antigen as well as its gene sequence. PALT has the advantages of short antibody production cycle, strong plasticity of antibody structure, large antibody yield, high diversity and direct production of humanized antibodies. It has been used in screening tumor markers and preparation of antibody drugs for breast cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer. This article reviews the recent progress and the application of PALT in tumor therapy.
