Objective To observe the effect of treating neonatal jaundice with Qing Kai Ling injection plus photoradiation. Methods 583 cases were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group.342 cases in the treatment group received Qing Kai Ling injection plus photoradiation treatment, while 241 cases in the control group received only photoradiation treatment. TBIL, DBIL regression time of jaundice and symptom improvement were observed in both groups. Results After the treatment, TBIL and DBIL's level in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P< 0.05) . symptoms improving in the treatment group was also significantly better (P=0.0087) . The recovery time for the treatment group was shorter than the control group (P= 0.0068). Conclusion Qing Kai Ling injection plus photoradiation is good in treating neonatal jaundice.

Objective To observe the effect of the emergency nursing pathway on acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods From December 2009 to December 2010,86 cases of AMI patients were classified into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The observationgroup was treated with emergency nursing pathway and the control group was treated with traditional nursing.The time of lying in bed,hospitalization time,disease knowledge,complications and patients satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results The time of lying in bed,hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,disease knowledge scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group.The patients' satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Application of emergency nursing pathway in acute myocardial infarction patients can shorten time of lying in bed and hospitalization time,lower complication rate,improve patients' satisfaction degree,which is worthy of being applied in clinic.

Objective To investigate the development trends of domestic cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) in the past eight years.Methods Domestic hospitals that carry out cardiovascular sugeries were inquired with questionnaires annually up-on the number of on-pump and off-pump cardiac operations,oxygenators of different types and extracorporeal membrane oxygenations.Classify all the hospitals according to the cardiac surgery amount.Analyze the market share of each grade and the composition of oxygenators.Results The sum amount of cardiac operations and CPB were 170 547 and 136 753 respectively in 2010.In 2010,the composition of imported membrane oxygenator climbed up to 59.75％ from 43.22％ in 2003,while bubble oxygenator composition decreased from 43.78％ to 14.59％.44 hospitals carried out ECMO in 2010 and the sum number of ECMO was 206.The market share of hospitals( 32),with cardiac surgery number over 1000 per year,was 43％.Conclusion CPB in China has went through a rapid development in the past eight years.Medical resources of CPB should be concentrated and normal and systematic train regulations should be established in the future.

Objective To explore the appropriate labor modalities for secondary pregnancy of women with ci-catricial uterus. Methods 167 cases of cicatricial uterus who had secondary pregnancy were analyzed in a retrospec-tive way. The condition of eicatricial uterus's bottom was monitored by type B ultrasonic, then, vaginal delivery was an alternative option. Results Among them, 94 eases underwent cesarean section diretly, 48 cases selected vaginal delivery,35 cases were mandatory with cesarean section. Conclusion For those with cicatricial uterus having sec-ondary pregnancy, vaginal delivery will be an alternative option. If there is no underwent lesarean section and the bot-tom of cicatricial in good condition.

AIM:To study the curative effect of Xuesaitong Injection (total notoginsenoside) on cerebral infarction.METHODS: 60 patients are divided into two groups at random. The treatment group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection (10mg in 250mL of 0.9% NS by IV infusion). The control group was treated with Danshen Injection (16mL in 250mL of 0.9% NS by IV infusion). Once a day for 28 days.RESULTS: The total effective rate of Xuesaitong Injection group was 80.0%. There were little bad reaction reported. The total effective rate of Danshen Injection was 66.7%. Objective:To improve the radiological diagnosis of breast disease.Methods:Fourty-seven cases of breast disease which were misdiagnosed by molybdenum mammography and confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospetively analyzed.Results: Twenty-six malignant cases were misdiagnosed as benign(group A).Twenty-one benign cases were misdiagnosed as malignant(group B).The mammographic findings in group A were mass(15 cases),nodule(5 casas),roundish and sheetlike image(2 casas),and no abnormal sign (4 casas).The mammographic findings in group B were mass(11 casas),nodule(6 casas),radial scars(1 casa),sheetlike image(1 casa)and calcification(2 casas).Conclusion:By analyzing mammographic findings and emphasizing the diagnosis combined with clinical data and color-ultrasonics,we could decrease misdiagnosis and improve the diagnostic level.

Cardiovascular dysfunction is common in severe sepsis.Although functional alteration is often described,the elevated serum levels of cardiac proteins and autopsy findings of myocardial immune cell infiltration,edema,and damaged mitochondria suggest that structural changes to the heart during severe sepsis may occur and may contribute to cardiac dysfunction.Myocardial functions may be improved by pretreatment with plateletactivating factor,cyclo-sporin A,glutamine,caffeine,simvastatin,or caspase inhibitors.We explored the advance on structural change of the heart during severe sepsis in order to deepen the understanding of these changes.
