The book Acupuncture-moxibustion Clinical Skills Training is one of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" in novative teaching materials, which is published by People's Medical Publishing House. Through learning the first half of the book commonly used needling and moxibustion techniques, it is realized that the selection of book content is reasonable and much attention is paid to needling and moxibustion techniques; the chapter arrangement is well-organized, and the form is novel, which is concise and intuitive; for every technique, great attention is paid to standardize the manipulation procedure and clarify the technique key, simultaneously the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion is also emphasized. The characteristics of the book, including innovativeness, practicability, are highlighted, and it greatly helps to improve students' clinical skills and examination ability.

Objective:To explore the effect of the non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) management plan for hospitalized adolescents with mood disorders based on hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) theory. Methods:From February to July 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 76 adolescents with mood disorders and NSSI from two closed full care wards of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as the research subject. Adolescents were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received the routine diagnosis, treatment, nursing, and risk management plan, while the experimental group implemented the management plan based on the HACCP theory. This study compared the incidence of NSSI, Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire (ANSSIQ), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Accompanying Family Member Satisfaction Questionnaire scores before and after intervention between two groups of adolescents. Results:The control group included 35 patients, while the experimental group included 32 patients. After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The incidence of NSSI in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference ( P<0.05). The satisfaction of accompanying family members in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The management plan based on the HACCP theory is beneficial for reducing the occurrence of NSSI in hospitalized adolescents with mood disorders, improving their negative emotions, enhancing the satisfaction of accompanying family members, and ensuring the safety of the ward.

The repair and reconstruction of long ureteral defects is a technical challenge faced by urologists. The ileal ureter replacement is currently the main surgical method for treating long segment ureteral defects. After the ileal ureter replacement surgery, mucin 2 (MUC2) and mucin 3 (MUC3), which are the main functional components of ileal mucus, continue to be strongly expressed. In addition, the expression of MUC2 gene after surgery is not limited to goblet cells, but can even be expressed in absorption cells of the ileum, ultimately leading to a large amount of mucin synthesis and mucus secretion. Mucus can cause many complications such as obstruction and infection, seriously affecting the treatment effect. At present, the industry has tried various methods to reduce the secretion of mucus and related complications after ileal ureteral replacement surgery, such as cutting the ileum to reduce mucosal area and mucosal exfoliation to reduce mucus production, and has achieved certain results. This article provides a review of research progress on the types, molecular mechanisms, and solutions of mucus related complications after ileal ureteral replacement surgery.
