Objective To investigate the treatment effect of gamma knife radiosurgery for hypothalamic hamartomas. Methods Gamma knife radiosurgery was performed in 9 patients with gelastic seizures. Collimator helmets (4 and 8 mm) were used and a radiosurgery plan was designed to cover 90% of the hamartoma at the 40%~55% isodose curve with the center dose of 28~40 Gy and the margin dose of 12~18 Gy. The clinical outcome was evaluated with the Tan’s scale. Results No complications due to gamma knife radiosurgery occurred. A follow-up from 24 to 54 months showed effectiveness in 7 patients, disappearance of seizure in 1 patient, rare occurrence in 3 patients, significantly reduced occurrence in 2 patients, improvement in seizure control in 1 patient, but ineffectiveness in 2 patients. Conclusion As an approach to the treatment of hypothalamic hamartomas, gamma knife is a safe and cost-effective therapy with rare side effects for hypothalamic harmatomas.

The separation of anionic compounds by strong anion-exchange capillary electrochromatography (SAX-CEC) was carried out. It was found that the analytes could be absorbed onto the stationary phase, and this would lessen the retention factors (k) of the analytes, thus the column separation capability decreased. For the acidic compounds, k increased with increase of applied voltage. And the change of the applied voltage could provide different separation selectivity for the solutes. The separation with different eluent was studied. It showed that the logarithm of the capacity factor linearly decreased with increase of the logarithm of the ionic strength. The different retention behavior of the anionic compounds in SAX-CEC and CE was also studied

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of subeutanous fistula excision for the long-path low anus fistula.Methods Operation for long-path low anus fistula,fistula length＞5cm,divided the pafients into two groups.The therapeutic group:using subcutanous fistula excision;the control group:using fistula icision.Comparing the healing time,arIus malformation,recurrence rate.Results Therapeutic group 47 cases heal,the healing time was 12 days;no anus malformation;no arms ineontenience.In the control group,the healing time was 23 days;anus malformation 23 cases;anus gas incontenience 12 cases.Conclusion To use subcutanous fistula excision for the longpath low anus fistula has the advantages of short healing time,no anus malformation,less pain,and low reccurrent rate.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of autologous stem cell transplantation research for patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae under the stereotactic.Methods One hundred patients with cerebral hemorrhage from Jan.2011 to Sep.2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n =50) and the control group (n =50).The patients of experimental group were given autologous stem cell transplantation under the stereotactic in 6 months after cerebral hemorrhage,while the patients in control group were just given traditional treatment.At 6,7 and 12 months after cerebral hemorrhage,rate with neural function defect scale and functional independence measure(FIM) scores of the two groups were compared.Results FIM scores in the experimental group was 102.08 ± 8.28,significant higher than that in control group(95.28±8.75,P＜0.05).Functional independence measure scores in the experimental group at 7 months after cerebral hemorrhage was 13.12±4.00,significant lower than that in control group(20.40±4.33,P ＜0.05).While,there was no statistical difference at 6 months and 12 months after cerebral hemorrhage between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic of autologous stem cell transplantation on patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae under the stereotactic is benefit at short term,but the long term therapy effective still needs further study.

Objective To establish an analytical method of chromatographic fingerprint of cortex moutan in Dianjiang County through HPLC;To provide reference for the quality control and general evaluation. Methods HPLC with Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used;paeonol was taken as standard;the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O with liner gradient eluation;the delection mavelength was at 274 nm for paeonol and 230 nm for paeoniflorin;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Fourteen batches of samples were analyzed to establish the fingerprint with paeonol and paeoniflorin as reference. Results The results of the 14 batches of samples and similarity evaluation showed that the similar degrees to the 10 batches among the 14 samples were between 0.968-0.998, which illustrated the good similar degrees among samples. Conclusion The established fingerprint with characteristics of stability, good reproducibility and simplicity, can be used for the quality evaluation and control of cortex moutan.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the Yap1 gene and tanshinone ⅡA on the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of Huh-7 hepatoma cells. MethodsA total of 10 pairs of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) samples and adjacent tissue samples were collected in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 1 to December 1, 2019. Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to measure the expression of the Yap1 gene and phenotype-related molecules. MTT cell proliferation detection reagent was used to measure the inhibition rate of cell proliferation after the treatment with different concentrations of tanshinone ⅡA. Western blotting was used to measure the changes in the expression of apoptosis-and migration-related markers after different interventions. Flow cytometry and Transwell assay were used to measure apoptosis and cell migration and invasion abilities. The data of 375 cases of liver cancer and 50 cases of relatively normal liver tissue samples were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas, including clinicopathological information. The t-test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. ResultsIn 8 of the 10 pairs of HCC samples and adjacent tissue samples, HCC samples had significantly higher expression of Yap1 than the adjacent tissue samples. Compared with the normal human liver epithelial cells L02, the Huh-7 and HCCL-M3 hepatoma cells had a significant increase in the expression of Yap1. The silencing efficiency of si-Yap1-3 transfection reached 87.004% at the protein level. MTT results showed that tanshinone ⅡA effectively inhibited the proliferation of Huh-7 cells, with a half inhibitory concentration of 8.683 μmol/L. After the cells were treated with si-Yap1-3 and tanshinone ⅡA, there was an increase in the expression of the downstream marker for proliferation and migration E-cadherin and a reduction in the expression of vimentin, and the results of Transwell assay showed that compared with the si-NC group, the tanshinone ⅡA+si-Yap1-3 group had significant reductions in the migration and invasion abilities of Huh-7 cells (migration: 43.19±2.88 vs 132.20±10.03, t=8.527, P=0.001; invasion: 53.95±4.20 vs 179.10±11.11, t=4.484, P=0.011). The group treated with si-Yap1-3 and tanshinone ⅡA had an increase in the expression of the apoptosis-related marker Bax and a reduction in the expression of Bcl-2, as well as a significantly higher early apoptosis rate than the si-NC group (2598% vs 9.21%, χ2=4.078, P＜0.05). ConclusionOncogene Yap1 silencing combined with tanshinone ⅡA can promote the apoptosis of Huh-7 hepatoma cells and inhibit their migration and invasion, which can provide certain guiding significance for clinical medication.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of spousal kidney transplantation , and to explore the significance in today's society.Methods:We retrospectively collected the relevant clinical data from the transplantation department of the first hospital of jilin university, from October 2009 to December 2018. Receptors who accepted spousal, parental and compatriot donor kidney is respectively obtained.Then the postoperative efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results:The graft survival rates of spousal kidney transplantation were 94.1% at 3 years and 83.7% at 5 years, which were not significantly different from other types of living kidney transplantation ( P=0.260). There was no significant difference in creatinine at each time point within 3 years after operation between three groups. At 3 years and 5 years after operation, there was no significant difference in creatinine between spouse group and sibling group.But the creatinine of spouse group was lower compared with parent group ( P=0.014, 0.038). The incidence of rejection within 1 years after spousal renal transplantation was 25%, which was significantly higher than parent group and sibling group ( P=0.029). Age of donor, gender of recipient, D/R BMI and incidence of AR or not in recipient were independent predictors for 1-year creatinine in living kidney transplantation (correlation coefficient: 0.048、-26.03、-15.95、10.23; P=0.003、<0.001、0.021、0.013). Conclusions:Spousal kidney transplantation has same clinical efficacy compared with other types of living kidney transplantation, which can greatly improve the donor kidney resource.So it worth being further promotion, but compared with other types of living kidney transplantation, we should be more alert to the incidence of rejection reaction, so as to obtain better curative effect.

Objective To evaluate the effect of MRS-assisted stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) for small recurrent high grade glioma (HGG).Methods A total of 54 patients with recurrent HGG were selected,the tumor diameter was less than 3 cm,the patients were divided into the conventional MRI group of 26 cases,and MRI+MRS group of 28 cases.The target region of the conventional MRI group was defined as the enhanced and short T1,long T2 area;MRI+MRS group was defined as the region of Cho/NAAindex (CNI) ≥1.6 in the surrounding short T1,long T2 and enhanced area.All the patients were followed up at least 12 months,analysed their therapeutic effect.Results Compared with the conventional MRI group,MRS+MRI group margin dose increased (19.46 Gy vs.13.58 Gy),the average diameter of target were smaller (2.6 cm vs.3.0 cm),progression-free survival was longer (6.8 months vs.5.6 months),the 1-year survival rate was higher (78.6％ vs.50.0％),and the occurrence rate of brain edema was lower (5 vs.17),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion MRI+-MRS assisted SRS helps to accurately identify the scope of HGG,its short term effect was superior.

Objective To compare the efficacy of TightRope loop plate and Endobutton plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 94 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation who were treated at this center from March 2021 to February 2023.They were divided into two groups based on different admission date.The Group E(n =47)received Endobutton plate treatment between March 2021 and February 2022,while the Group T(n =47)received TightRope loop plate treatment between March 2022 and February 2023.At the last follow-up,the perioperative indicators,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores,and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,incision length,and VAS scores at 7 days after surgery in the Group T were shorter or lower than those in the Group E(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidence of perioperative nerve injury,internal fixation displacement,clavicle fracture,vascular injury,and infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The subjective and objective scores of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function in both groups at9 months after surgery showed significant improvement compared to preoperative scores(all P =0.000).There was no significant difference in the subjective and objective scores of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function between the two groups at 9 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with TightRope loop plate ot or Endobutton plate has a significant effect and can effectively improve shoulder joint function.Compared with Endobutton plate,use of TightRope loop plate has minor surgical trauma,less bleeding,and significantly reduced postoperative pain,being more conducive to early functional exercise for patients.

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical outcomes of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) patients receiving primary treatment at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 1985 to 2015,and investigate the changes in treatment efficacy between the first and the second 15 years.Methods Clinical data of GTN patient receiving primary chemotherapy at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 1985 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.It further compared the therapeutic results and chemotherapy cycles given to GTN patients,according to International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO,2000) prognostic score system,who were classified to different stages and low-or high-risk groups.Results In total,1 711 GTN patients were included in this study.Comparing the 1985-2000 group and the 2001-2015 group,the results showed that:(1) while the overall complete remission (CR) rate was 93.7％ (1 603/1 711),the CR rate of 2001-2015 group was significantly higher than that of 1985-2000 group [98.4％ (1 155/1 174) vs 83.4％ (448/537),x2=139.353,P＜0.01].This difference was significant between stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients,but nonexistent between stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients,including low-and high-risk groups.(2) The relapse rate of patients who had been in CR was 2.7％ (43/1 603),with no significant differences between the groups of 1985-2001 and 2001-2015 [3.6％ (16/448) vs 2.3％ (27/1 155),x2=6.867,P=0.142].(3) The overall mortality rate was 2.6％ (44/1 711),which significantly decreased in 2001-2015 group compared to 1985-2000 group [1.6％ (19/1 174) vs 4.7％ (25/537),x2=13.830,P＜0.01].This difference appeared only in high-risk patients with stage Ⅲ disease (x2=9.505,P＜0.01).(4) Fluorouracil was gradually replaced by floxridine in chemotherapy regimens.The total cycles of chemotherapy regimens given to low-risk patients with stage Ⅲ disease significantly decreased in 2001-2015 group,but no statistical difference was shown with patients at other stages.Moreover,the cycles of consolidation treatment were significantly reduced in patients with stage Ⅲ patients.Conclusions GTN patients could obtain satisfactory curative results after appropriate and standard treatment.Peking Union Medical College Hospital has achieved better curative effect in the latest 15 years than before.
