The electronic structure of a Lindqvist type [Mo7O24]6- anion with 5 different types of counterion (K+, Na+, NH4+, [NH3Pr]+ and [NH3Pri]+) was calculated by using the Discrete Variational Method coupled with Density Functional Theory (DFT-DVM). It could be concluded through variance analysis to the calculated results that the type of counterion does not influence remarkably the electronic structure of [Mo7O24]6- anions. Perhaps it can be used to explain the experiment fact that the polyoxomolybdate structure of the Mo7O24 framework is apparently of critical significance to antitumor action. On these grounds we forecast that two other lindqvist type heptamolybadates(their counterions are Na+ and [NH3Pr]+ respectively) may also exhibit antitumor activities.

In recent decades, bone tissue engineering has made great progress in the treatment of large bone defects, among which bioprinting is one of the most important technologies. 3D bioprinting achieves precise control of the spatial structure of bone tissue engineering scaffold manufacturing by adding different materials in layers, and cells are placed into the scaffolds based on hydrogel materials to solve the uniform distribution of cells in the scaffolds. However, most biomedical materials used for 3D bioprinting are static and cannot be changed with the dynamics of the body's internal environment. 4D bioprinting combines the concept of time with 3D bioprinting and uses stimulus-responsive materials to change their shape under various stimuli to create dynamic 3D biological structures. It offers unprecedented potential for bone tissue engineering. The shape memory properties of printed structures meet the needs of personalized bone defect repair, and functional maturation procedures promote osteogenic differentiation of stem cells. In this paper, we review the commonly used 3D bioprinting methods and the mechanism of functional and morphological transformation in 3D bioprinting developed into 4D bioprinting technology by summarizing the research on bioprinting and tissue engineering at home and abroad in recent years. What's more, we introduce the application of bioprinting in the treatment of bone defects in bone tissue engineering as well as the current challenges and future prospects.

OBJECTIVETo explore the association of a functional polymorphism Val158Met of COMT gene and attention and executive function in first-episode treatment-naive patients with schizophrenia and healthy controls.
METHODSTrail making test (TMT) and clinical performances were evaluated in 103 first-episode treatment-naive patients with schizophrenia and 99 healthy controls. Polymorphism of COMT Val158Met was analyzed using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. A general linear model was used to investigate the effect of genotype subgroups on the attention and executive function.
RESULTSThere was a significant difference between control subjects and patients with schizophrenia on the TMT-A and B. However, no significant difference among Val/Val, Val/Met and Met/Met on the TMT-A and B in control subjects and patients with schizophrenia was detected.
CONCLUSIONThe association among COMT Met variant and trail making testing (attention and executive function) has been replicated. However, no association of COMT Met variant with disruption of dopaminergic influence on neurocognitive function was detected. This may be due to the heterogeneity of population.

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and emotional regulation in the parents whose children have acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL). MethodsBy convenient sampling method, a total of 233 parents whose children had ALL were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2013 to June 2017, and the levels of PTSD and emotional regulation were evaluated by The PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version (PCL-C) and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ). A total of 233 questionnaires were distributed and 233 valid ones were retrieved, yielding an effective recovery rate of 100%. ResultsIn this study, the participants got (35.82±4.93) points for PCL-C, among which the highest average item score was (2.29±0.36) points for "Avoid/Numb"; the score of "cognitive reappraisal" and"expressive suppression" were (4.27±0.64) and (4.35±0.60) points in ERQ. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score and each dimension score in PCL-C were negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal (P<0.05), and were positively correlated with expressive suppression (P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression were the influencing factors for PTSD of the parents with ALL children (P<0.05). ConclusionsALL children's parents have serious PTSD and tend to choose the emotional regulation way of expressive suppression. There is correlation between the degree of PTSD in ALL children's parents and their emotional regulating ability, therefore, nursing staff should assist them in the improvement of their emotional regulation ability to reduce the level of PTSD.

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of a death case of meningococcal meningitis in Hengyang city, Hunan Province in 2024.Methods:Epidemiological investigation of the death case was performed, and samples from the patient and close contacts were collected. Following cultivation and isolation, Neisseria meningitidis ( Nm) strains were analyzed by antimicrobial susceptibility testing, pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), and whole-genome sequencing for analyzing epidemiological and etiological characteristics. Phylogenetic analysis was carried out using core genomic multilocus sequence typing (cgMLST). Results:The case was a 16-year-old high school boarding student with fulminant meningococcal meningitis. He had shock symptoms, and died within 24 h of the onset of symptoms. Six Nm strains were isolated from the patient and his roommates, belonging to two distinct clades. Isolate 144569 from the patient was highly homologous to isolate 144572 from a close contact, both belonging to the highly pathogenic sublineage L44.1 of CC4821. The typical molecular features was C: P1.7-2, 14: F5-101: ST4821 (CC4821). The two strains carried the antimicrobial resistance genes of gyrA-71 and penA-552, indicating reduced susceptibility to quinolone and penicillin, which was with their resistance phenotype. The isolates from four close contacts clustered within the same clade, characterized by the molecular features of B: P1.18-25, 9-18: ST5829 (UA). Conclusions:The death case is caused by Nm serogroup C from highly pathogenic sublineage L44.1 of CC4821. The spread of this isolate has the potential risk of outbreaks of invasive meningococcal disease. It is necessary to enhanced the molecular epidemiological surveillance, particularly focusing on the transmission of multiple serogroups of Nm among adolescents and the increasing exposure risk.
