OBJECTIVE: To establish the performance management system in the dispensing department of hospital. METHODS: The quantified assessment criteria as well as the method of vertical and omnidirectional assessment were established, The result of assessment was closely related to the personal reward. The evaluation and feedback of performance management were strengthened. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: After the realization of performance management, the performance of both individuals and the dispensing department have been greatly enhanced. The performance quality is evidently improved, as well as the extent of satisfaction from patients, hospital staffs and people in charge.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To focus on the phenomenon of medication socialization.METHODS:Referenced by the related literature, different social factors affecting medication socialization were analyzed from the perspective of social pharmacy.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The social factors affecting medication socialization were patients, pharmaceutical enterprises, governmental regulatory agencies, pharmacologists, new technologies, hospitals, doctors etc.To prevent medication from over-socialization effectively, medical professionals’roles should be brought into full play, people’s consciousness of rational drug use should be strengthened, enterprises’attention to the social effects should be emphasized, and governmental supervi-sion should be strengthened, meanwhile correct public opinion orientations should be followed.

Aim ToobservetheeffectofSanHuang Decoction (SHD )on glucose and lipid metabolism in insulin resistance(IR)3T3-L1 adipocytes. Methods TheIRmodelof3T3-L1adipocyteswasinducedby high glucose and hyperinsulinism cultivation(also con-taining dexamethasone ).The adipocytes were treated with rosiglitazone(Ros)and different concentrations of SHD(2. 5,5,10,20,40 g·L-1 )for 24 h.The content of glucose disappeared from the culture medium was determined as glucose consumption of the cells. The transport of glucose was observed by 2-deoxidation-[3 H]-glucose uptake method. The efflux of nonesteri-fied fatty acids(NEFA)from adipocytes was observed by the concentration of NEFA in the culture medium. The mRNA expression of glucose transporter-4 (GLUT-4)was measured by real-time polymerase chain reac-tion (real-time PCR).The protein expression of GLUT-4wasdetectedbyWesternblot.Results Compared with the Con group,SHD(5,10,20,40 g·L-1 ) could significantly induce the glucose consumption and transportion(P<0. 01 ),increase the glycerol content in culture supernatant(P<0. 01 ),reduce the NEFA concentration in culture medium and accumulation of intracellular TG(P<0. 01 ).And all of these change showed a concentration-dependent effect when SFD concentrations were from 5 g·L-1 to 20 g·L-1 .At the same time,Ros could also remarkably induce the glucose consumption and transportion(P<0. 01 ),and increase the accumulation of intracellular TG (P <0. 01);but the concentration of NEFA and glycerol in culture medium did not show any difference in the Ros-treatedgroup(P>0.05).Conclusion SHDcanin-crease insulin sensitivity by increasing glucose trans-portation and consumption in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes as well as decreasing the NEFA efflux from the cells.

Objective To standardize the procedure and ensure the safety of oral administration, and to achieve the "three-accurate",that is right medicine, right time, and right patients. Methods The concept of "Health Care Failure Mode and Effect analysis" was used to analyze the procedure of in-patients' oral administration, and adjust the system according to insecurity factors to improve the hospital oral administration system constantly. Results The systematic reconstruction of the oral administration improved nurses' and patients' satisfaction, reduced the error rate of in-patients' oral administration and improved the safety of oral administration. Conclusion The application of"Health Care Failure Mode and Effect analysis" to forward-looking analysis in-patient oral administration system, combined with the actual situation of our hospital to develop and implement plans are the guarantees of oral administration security.

This paper analyzes the recently epidemic status of schistosomiasis, the change of natural and social factors, and field survey and evaluation data of schistosomiasis in Ya’an City after Lushan Earthquake on April 20,2013,and proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the conventional schistosomiasis control measures, the control of exogenous infection sources, the con-trol of Oncomelania hupensis snails and health education for ensuring no major epidemics after the disaster. This paper also recom-mends the direction and suggestions for future schistosomiasis control in Ya’an City.

Medication safety is a top concern for medical institutions. Outpatient prescription standard is designed to standardize prescription, dispensing, and supervision for outpatient and emergency prescriptions at medical institutions. The standard covered prescription authorization management, prescription issuance, prescription dispensing, prescription saving and supervision. These four parts focus on risk exposure of patients′medication safety, and aim at safeguarding patient medication safety, which were formulated according to China′s laws and regulations, domestic and international industrial standards and technical specifications, as well as prescription conditions at medical institutions and experts opinions. The standard covers technical requirements and guidance, management measures and system development, serving as an important basis to guide medical institutions on standardize management of outpatient prescription and emergency prescription.
