Objective To explore the effective nursing and long-term safety training mode, early intervention on safety awareness of junior nurses, regulate the safety behavior, ensure patient safety. Methods The ideas and methods of HSE management system (health, safety and environment trinity management system) were introduced, from training needs research, safety courses design, safety behavior training, training process management, safety knowledge clinical application and training quality control implementation of systematic management. From 2013 to 2014 low seniority nurses safety training for 2 years, including new hospital nurse per year.Taking the self contrast before and after experimental design, safety knowledge to master the situation, the nurse's satisfaction and quality of care and safety management before and after training were compared. Results The actual class qualified rate and safety knowledge awareness and the excellent and good rate of safety skills assessment after training were 80.10%(157/196), 92.34%(181/196),96.43%(189/196), which were higher than those of 65.30%(128/196), 81.63%(160/196), 88.78%(174/196) before training, and the differences were statistically significant, χ2=10.81,9.94,7.07,P<0.01. The overall satisfaction of the nurses for safety training was 92.35%(181/196)after training, which was higher than that of 80.61%(158/196)before training, the difference was statistically significant, χ2=16.37, P < 0.01.The qualified rate of nursing quality for the critically ill patients after training was 90.13%(210/233), which was higher than that of 81.48%(176/216) before training, the difference was statistically significant, χ2= 6.94, P < 0.01. The patient safety and quality, the quality of nursing records were 95.81%(206/215), 95.29%(688/722) after training, respectively, which were higher than those of 89.60%(181/202), 85.10%(577/678) before training, the differences were significant, χ2=5.98,4.17, P<0.05. Conclusions Improved safety training is normative, practicability and maneuverability, safety behavior norms, improve the risk identification and emergency handling ability, reduce nursing risk, close to the clinical need for safety management, safety training for nurses to provide the basis for sustainable development.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of a silicone tractor in the treatment of nipple inversion. Methods 15 patients were treated with this new type of tractor. Of all the patients, 11 were with mild to moderate nipple inversion, and 4 were serious affected patients. In the seriously affected group, the tractor was used after operation. Patients in the mild to moderate nipple inversion group was treated with the silicone tractor only. Results The result in all the patients was satisfactory after follow-ing-up for 6 to 12 months. The appearance of the nipples was well. Conclusion Continuously pulling with silicone tractor is an ideal method in nipple inversion treatment. It is simple, safe and effective.

To identify novel transcripts and sRNA in genome of B .melitensis by transcriptome sequencing ,total RNA were extracted from B .melitensis culture and rRNA were removed .After the addition of adaptor ,RNA was reversely transcribed into cDNA ,which were then subjected to PCR amplification and sequencing .The generated reads were mapped to genome se‐quence of B .melitensis strain 16M .With the mapping results ,novel transcripts and sRNA were identified by bioinformatics methods .Sequencing results analysis showed that genome sequence was covered with the reads with good quality .A total of 773 genes were extended in their 5′and/or 3′ends of their original locations .Sixteen novel transcripts and 241 sRNAs candi‐dates were identified .RT‐PCR showed that some of the sRNAs were differentially expressed under stress conditions .In B . melitensis genome ,there is novel transcript which is not predicted .The sRNA does exist in B .melitensis and were expressed under different conditions .

Objective To explore prenatal MRI findings of fetal midline dural sinus malformation(DSM).Methods Eleven fetuses of midline DSM were collected.Abnormalities in the fetal occipital or cerebellar area were found from 21 to 27 weeks of gestation. Then MR scanning in the following week was performed.Of all 11 fetuses,9 were pathologically proved to be midline DSM,and the other 2 were followed up and proved after birth. The imaging findings and pathological features were analyzed. Results MRI of 11 fetuses showed cystic dilation of the occipital cranium of torcular herophili area, with the size of 10 mm× 15 mm to 35 mm× 55 mm,and the adjacent sinuses were also dilated. On axial or coronal images, the lesions were cuneiform, while on sagittal images, the lesions were spindle-or crescent-shaped.The lesions displayed isointensity or slightly hyperintensity on T1WI,while slightly hypointensity, isointensity or slightly hyperintensity on T2WI.In 9 of the 11 fetuses, class round or bar thrombosis on the side wall of the cystic mass were observed, which were hyperintensity on T1WI and isointensity and hypointensity, isointensity or hyperintensity on T2WI.Hemosiderin deposition was observed around the thrombi in 6 fetuses.Lesion diameters in 2 fetuses were more than 30 mm,and the adjacent brain tissue was significantly dislocated.Nine fetuses of postmortem pathology after induced labor showed deformed and dilated venous sinuses,in which eccentric thrombi were seen in 7 fetuses with side branches around them.Normal brain development was observed in 2 live birth newborns. Conclusion Prenatal MRI can accurately diagnose fetal midline dural sinus malformation, and estimate the development of fetal brain, which may be helpful to prognosis prediction.

Objective To investigate the immunization effect of influenza A/H1N1 vaccine in health care workers (HCW) in Inner Mongolia Greater Khingan Mountains area. Methods Five hundred and five HCW who received A/H1N1 influenza vaccination (immunized group) and 129 staffs who didn't receive the vaccination (unimmunized group) were randomly sampled for semiquantitative testing of serum H1N1 antibody (IgG) levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results were analyzed and stratified by age, sex, occupation and the time interval between the time of vaccination and serum sample collection. The antibody positive rates of the two groups were compared by x2test. Results There were 401 (79. 4%) HCW whose H1N1 antibody were positive and 50 (9.9%) whose antibody were weak positive among 505 immunized HCW. While among 129 unimmunized HCW, there were 59 (45.7%) whose antibody were positive and 15 (11.6%) whose antibody were weak positive. The seroconversion rates of specific antibody were not significantly different among the different age groups after receiving A/H1N1 influenza vaccine (P> 0.05).However, there were statistical differences of the seroconversion rates among different sex groups (men 95.7% vs women 87.4% in immunized group, x2=6.40, P<0.05; and men 73.3% vs women 52.5% in unimmunized group, x2 =4.07, P<0.05) and different occupation groups (doctor 86.0% vs nurse 94.5% in immunized group, x2 = 9. 16, P<0.01; and doctor 43. 8% vs nurse 75.0% in unimmunized group, x2=12.61, P<0.01 ). The seroconversion rate was 81.5% after 80 to 89 days of vaccination, which was significantly lower than those after 30 to 39, 50 to 59 days and 60 to 69 days of vaccination, which was 100.0%, 94.7% and 93.6%, respectively (x2 =3.96, P <0.05; x2=7.15, P <0. 01; x2 = 9. 98, P<0. 01). Conclusions A/H1N1 influenza vaccination can induce effective immune response in HCW in Greater Khingan Mountains area of Inner Mongolia. However, the level of specific antibody significantly reduces after 80 to 89 days of vaccination.
