Objective To investigate the changes of traditional Chinese medical constitution types with menstrual cycle of sub-health state women, thus to explore the affectability of diseases during menstrual cycle. Methods Sub-health State Questionnaire and Menstruation State Questionnaire established in our previous study were used for the epidemiological survey of 330 women outpatients aged 20-45 years admitted by the disease-preventive department of Tianhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results In 330 cases, the cases of sub-health state accounted for 64.5%, in which 21.5%had pure sub-health state without any chronic diseases, and 43.0% had sub-health state together with some diseases. The diseases of hyperplasia of mammary glands, vaginitis, cervical spondylosis, hyperlipemia, chronic appendagitis, and uterus myoma had higher morbidity rate in order. At premenstrual phase, constitution types of Qi stagnation, damp heat, and blood stasis had the higher incidences; at menstruation phase, Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and damp heat had the higher incidences; at postmenstrual phase, yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, and damp heat had the higher incidences. Most of the sub-health state women had the complex constitution types, accounting for 93%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical constitution types are correlated with menstral cycle of sub-health state women, and show some effects on the affectability and progress of diseases. The investigation results of dynamic changes and the distribution of traditional Chinese medical constitution types during menstrual cycle will supply some evidence for the prevention and treatment of irregular menstruation and sub-health state of the women with Chinese medine.

Objective To study factors affecting prognosis of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC),focusing on the correlation between extent of lymph node dissection and prognosis of patients with ICC.Methods The clinical data of ICC patients who underwent radical resection at the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2013 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the extent of lymph node dissection, the patients were divided into the non-dissected lymph node group, the routine dissection lymph node group and the extended lymph node dissection group. The prognoses of the three groups were compared. The Cox stepwise regression model was used to analyze the independent risk factors for prognosis of patients with ICC.Results The 178 patients included 109 males and 69 females.Their ages ranged from 30 to 81 years (average 59 years). There were 80 patients in the non-dissected group,34 patients in the routine lymph node dissection group, and 64 patients in the extended lymph node dissection group. The overall survival rates of the 178 patients at 3 years after liver resection was 29.2% (52/178),overall median survival 25.8 months. The 3-year survival rates of the non-dissected group, routine dissection group, and extended dissection group were 10.0% (8/80),52.9% (18/34),40.6% (26/64),respectively.The differences among the three groups were significant (P < 0.05).Comparison among the three groups showed that there was no significant difference in survival rates between the routine dissection group and the extended dissection group (P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in survival rates between the non-dissected group and the extended lymph node dissection group (P <0.05).Univariate analysis showed that CA19-9,tumor diameter, portal tumor thrombus, and lymph node dissection were related to prognosis of patients with ICC (P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed CA19-9,tumor diameter, and extent of lymph nodes clearance were related to patient survival (P < 0.05).Conclusions CA19-9,tumor diameter, and extent of lymph node dissection were independent risk factors of survival in patients with ICC.For patients with ICC who undergo surgical resection, conventional laparoscopic lymph node dissection can achieve good results, and there is no need to extend lymph node dissection.

Objective To investigate the value of correction of ultrasound elastography strain rate ratio in BI-RADS grading of breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and breast cancer. Methods The data of 120 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and 120 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation or biopsy in this hospital from January 2012 to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The boundary, shape, echogenicity, aspect ratio, calcification, blood flow distribution, resistance index,BI-RADS grade, ultrasonic elastography strain ratio were analyzed. The value of correction of ultrasound elastography strain rate in breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and breast cancer BI-RADS grading ratio were investigated. Results There were significant differences in boundary, rear echo, aspect ratio, calcification, ultrasonic elastography strain ratio between breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma and breast cancer (P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups about morphology and internal echo (P>0.05);Breast hyperplasia with fibroadenoma were mainly 0-Ⅰ in blood flow distribution,RI< 0.7,breast cancer showed Ⅱ-Ⅲ,RI≥0.7,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Ultrasound elastography strain rate ratio improved the diagnose accordance rate of two groups after BI-RADS' classification correction. Conclusion Hyperplasia of mammary glands with fibroadenoma and breast cancer have overlapping ultrasound features.Ultrasound elastography strain rate ratio can improve the diagnose accordance rate of two groups after BI-RADS' classification correction, which has certain clinical value.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding RNAs that function as post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression. The deregulated expression of miRNAs is associated with a variety of diseases, including breast cancer. In the present study, we found that miR-495 was markedly up-regulated in clinical breast cancer samples by quantitative real time-PCR (qRT-PCR). Junctional adhesion molecule A (JAM-A) was predicted to be a potential target of miR-495 by bioinformatics analysis and was subsequently verified by luciferase assay and Western blotting. JAM-A was found to be negatively correlated with the migration of breast cancer cells through loss-of-function and gain-of-function assays, and the inhibition of JAM-A by miR-495 promoted the migration of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. Furthermore, overexpression of JAM-A could restore miR-495-induced breast cancer cell migration. Taken together, our findings suggest that miR-495 could facilitate breast cancer progression through the repression of JAM-A, making this miRNA a potential therapeutic target.
