Objective : To systematically evaluate the incidence of suicide ideation among HIV/AIDS patients in China, so as to provide insights into prevention of suicidal behaviors among HIV/AIDS patients. Methods : All publications pertaining to suicide ideation were jointly retrieved in electronic databases from database creation to May 22, 2022, including CNKI, CMB, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed and Web of Science. The quality of literatures was evaluated using the 11 quality indicators for cross-sectional studies recommended by the United States Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and a meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata 16.0. The stability of the study results was evaluated using sensitivity analysis, and the publication bias was evaluated using Begg's test. Results : A total of 1 557 publications were screened and 32 literatures covering 12 917 HIV/AIDS patients were included in the final analysis, including 21 Chinese publications and 11 English publications, and 19 high-quality publications and 13 moderate-quality publications. Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of suicide ideation was 30.3% (95%CI: 23.2%-37.4%) among HIV/AIDS patients in China, and subgroup analysis showed higher incidence of suicide ideation in unemployed HIV/AIDS patients than in employed patients (P<0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed stable study results, and Begg's test revealed no significant publication bias. Conclusions The incidence of suicide ideation is 23.2% to 37.4% among HIV/AIDS patients in China. High attention paid to psychological health and early psychological interventions are required to prevent the development of suicide ideation.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic cefiazidime on early bacterial infection in APBSCT recipients during neutropenia.Methods APBSCT recipients were prospectively randomly assigned to intravenous ceftazidime treatment group and control group (no prophylaxis of antibiotics).The treatment started from the first day until resolution of neutropenia or the appearance of early bacterial infection.Results From March 2010 to January 2013,70 APBSCT recipients were enrolled in the study with 36 in treatment and 34 in control group.Overall,29 (41.4％) patients developed early bacterial infection,among which,9(25.0％) in the treatment group and 20(58.8％) in the control group (P =0.004).The median infection free survival (IFS) was not reached in the treatment group and was 8 days in the control group (P =0.005).Despite whether patients received single high dose melphalan or other conditioning regimes,the early bacterial infection rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the median IFS was longer in the treatment group than that in the control group.The mean courses of antibiotic administration were (8.08 ± 2.03) days and (3.68 ± 3.56) days respectively in the treatment and control groups (P ＜ 0.001).However,the duration of empirical carbapenems were (1.67 ±3.03) days and (3.68 ±3.56) days respectively (P =0.013).There was no significant difference of antibiotics cost per patient between the two groups.Four patients in the treatment group had a transient elevated serum creatinine.Overall,no infection related mortality was observed in either group.Conclusions Prophylaxis of intravenous ceftazidime for APBSCT recipients is effective in preventing early bacterial infection with an acceptable toxicity and cost profile.However,it doesn't have effect on infection related mortality.Therefore,our results do not support the use of antibiotic prophylaxis for patients undergoing APBSCT.

Objective To analysis the plague monitoring results on plague of rats in Lasiopodomys brandti plague natural foci of Xilin Gol Plateau in Inner Mongolia from 2001 to 2013,to master the dynamics of the plague epidemic,and to provide a basis for developing countermeasures.Methods Plague monitoring data from 2001 to 2013 in Lasiopodomys brandti plague natural foci were collected,main host density,rate of dye fleas,flea body index,bacteriology,serology and epidemic situation were studied.Results Within 13 years,10 153 Lasiopodomys brandti were captured overlapping a monitored area of 2 919.25 hm2,the average rat density was 3.48/hm2;other small rodents were captured 43 632 times,and 1 631 mice were captured,capture rate was 3.74％.Totally 22 752 host animals were checked by etiology,104 animals were infected with epidemic diseases,79 fleas of 31 groups positive fleas were checked from cultured 27 702 fleas of 6 437 groups.Totally 2 237 serum samples of Lasiopodomys brandti were checked using indirect hemagglutination (IHA),2 copies were found positive,the positive rate was 0.09％.Conclusion In Lasiopodomys brandti plague natural foci of Inner Mongolia,the plague bacteria infected host animals are still existed,future outbreak is possible;the monitoring and health education should be strengthened,in order to prevent the plague spreading to human being.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques on motor function of stroke patients.Methods114 stroke patient were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=68) and control group (n=46). The patients of the treatment group were treated with reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques. Those of the control group were treated with general acupuncture combined with facilitation techniques. The period of treatment of two group was 30 days.ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of motor function and activities of daily living of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01).ConclusionThe reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques can obviously improve motor function of stroke patients.

Objective This study was to assess the three-dimensional gross tumor volume(GTV)motion of lung cancer caused by respiration using four-dimensional computed tomography(4DCT),and to analyze the influenee factors.Methotis Four-DCT scans of 22 lung focuses in 21 patients with lung cancer were analyzed.The gross tumor volume was contoured in all 10 respiration phases of 4DCT scans.The changes in volume of GTV,the 3D motion of the centroid,boundary of GTV and the 3D spatial motion vectors were calculated and the irdluenee factors were analyzed.Results The average change in volume of GTV was+14.3%(0.2%.42.5%)/-8.4%(0.4%-38.6%),the average movement amplitude of GTV centroid and GTV boundary were(0.18±0.12)cm,(0.20±0.16)cm,(0.53±0.59)cm and(0.42±0.23)cm,(0.41±0.22)cm,(0.57±0.70)cm in medio-lateral,vertro-dorsal,cranio-caudal(CC) direction,respectively.The CC movement was larger than other directions(Z=-2.12,P=0.034;Z:-2.10,P=0.035),and no significant difference was observed in 3D motion of GTV boundary(Z=-0.81.P=0.417;Z=-0.86,0.391).The CC motion of GTV eentroid in lower lobe was larger than that in upper lobe[(0.87±0.64)and(0.35±0.49)cm,(t=-2.12,P=0.047)],and no significant difference was found in other directions[(0.23±0.10)and(0.19±0.18)em(t=-0.49,P=0.629),(0.21±0.13)and(0.17±0.11)cm(t=0.76,P=0.460)].There was no correlation of the 3D movement and 3D spatial motion vector of GTV to the volume of GTV(r=-0.306,-0.062,-0.279,-0.300;P=0.189,0.796.0.234,0.199).Conclusions GTV motion of patients with lung cancer is individual,the CC movement is the moat obvious,using 4DCT to assess is comparatively accurate.The motion amplitude of lower lobe focuses is larger.No significant correlation of the GTV motion to the volume was observed.Larger sample study is needed to analyze the influence of adjacency to the GTV motion.

Objective To analyze the monitoring results on plague in Meriones unguiculatus plague natural foci in Inner Mongolia from 2010 to 2014,to master the epidemic dynamics of the plague and to provide a basis for developing countermeasures.Methods The plague monitoring data in Meriones unguiculatus plague natural foci from 2010 to 2014 were collected;main host density,rate of dye fleas,flea body index and bacteriology were counted;serology detection was done and the epidemic situation was analyzed.Isolation and identification of Yersinia pestis were carried out through a 4-step test (microscopic examination,isolation and culture,phage lysis test and animal experiment).Serum samples were tested by indirect hemagglutination test.Results Within 5 years,21689 Meriones unguiculatus were captured overlap monitored areas of 7116 hm2 totally,the average rat density was 3.05/hm2;other small rodents were clipped 144352 times,3947 mice were captured,capture rate was 2.73％.Totally 26500 Meriones unguiculatus were checked,91 Meriones unguiculatus were infected with epidemic diseases,227 of 59 groups positive fleas were checked from cultured 51262 fleas of 13268 groups.Totally 5426 serum samples of Meriones unguiculatus were checked,5 copies were found positive,the positive rate was 0.09％.Conclusions Inner Mongolia Meriones unguiculatus plague is still active and spreading.We must enhance propaganda of the plague.Surveillance and emergency management should be strengthened to prevent a outbreak of the plague in human being.

Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of non-contrast-enhanced MR venography (NCE-MRV) for Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS). Materials and Methods NCE-MRV and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination were performed in thirty-five patients with suspected BCS. The diagnostic agreement between them were compared. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value were also calculated. Results In all 35 patients, 32 were diagnosed as BCS on DSA, and 33 on NCE-MRV. DSA showed inferior vena cava membrane stenosis in 8 patients compared to 10 on NCE-MRV;membrane obstruction in 7 compared to 6 on NCE-MRV, segmental stenosis in 3 compared to 4 on NCE-MRV;segmental obstruction in 10 compared to 10 on NCE-MRV, IVC thrombosis in 5 compared to 5 on NCE-MRV. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of NCE-MRV in diagnosing BCS were 100.0%, 67.8%, 97.1%, 100.0%and 96.9%, respectively. There was good intra-modality agreement (Kappa=0.89). NCE-MRV also demonstrated intra-hepatic collaterals in 30 patients, extra-hepatic collaterals in 27 cases, and accessory hepatic veins in 25 cases. Conclusion NCE-MRV has excellent diagnostic agreement with DSA in diagnosing inferior vena cava lesion in patients with BCS. It may be used in noninvasive diagnosis.

Objective Myelodysplastic spndrome (MDS) patients' chromosome aberrations were detected by CC and FISH method respectively,to establish standard FISH platform of diagnosis of MDS,to compare the differences of FISH and CC in the detection of MDS chromosome aberrations.Methods Chinese MDS patients fulfilled with the Vienna minimum diagnostic criteria were tested by CC and FISH method,and the patients' clinical data was collected at the same time.Results The standard FISH platform of diagnosis of MDS was established successfully,including probe combination of-5/5q-,+8,-7/7q-,20q-,-Y,the success rate was 100 ％.In 83 cases of MDS,chromosome aberrations rate detected by two methods was 42.2 ％,30.1％ of CC method and 33.7 ％ of FISH method,the accordant diagnostic rate was 76.1％.FISH had higher positive rate than CC method (29.6 ％ vs 18.6 ％,P =0.049) in the IPSS intermedian-risk 1 group,but lower positive rate in IPSS intermedian-risk 2 group (62.5 ％ vs 81.2 ％,P =0.036).There were 11 (19.0 ％) cases of clonal chromosome aberrations detected by FISH method but not detected by CC method,in which 10 (90.9 ％) cases were intermedian-risk 1 group (IPSS grouping).Evaluate IPSS by FISH and CC respectively,the accordant rate was 86.7 ％.Evaluate IPSS by CC alone will result in 3 patients (3.6 ％)decline in risk stratification,and evaluate IPSS by FISH alone will result in 8 patients (9.6 ％) decline in risk stratification.There were 35 (42.2 ％) cases of chromosome aberrations detected by the two methods,including 13 (15.7 ％) cases of complex karyotype and 22 (26.5 ％) cases of single abnormal karyotype.The most common chromosomal aberration was +8,a total of 9 (10.8 ％) cases,followed by abnormalities of chromosome 7,a total of 7 (8.4 ％) cases.Conclusion The study has established standard FISH platform of diagnosis of MDS,the method is stable,sensitive and rapid.FISH technology joint CC technology can improve the patients with MDS chromosome aberration detection rate.Compared to CC,FISH technique can improve the detection rate of the intermedian-risk 1 IPSS grouping MDS patients.Because of limited probe,FISH technique can not entirely replace the role of CC method in MDS,but can complement each other.

Plasmablastic myeloma is a rare pathological classification of multiple myeloma. This condition must be differentially diag-nosed because of lack of a distinctive phenotype. Involvement of the central nervous system is a rare complication of multiple myelo-ma. The choice of treatment is important for plasmablastic myeloma. Thus, this article presents a rare case of plasmablastic myeloma with multiple cranial nerve involvement. We clarify the diagnosis through the multidisciplinary team and select the optimal therapy for the patient.
