Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of infusion-related adverse events in third-party cord blood stem cell infusion. Methods A total of 305 patients successfully underwent haploidentical stem cell transplantation combined with the third-party cord blood(CB) infusion, were recruited by convenience sampling from January 2013 to December 2015,in hematological department of a tertiary hospital in Suzhou. A self-developed questionnaire and adverse event assessment scale were used to investigate the influencing factors. Results The rate of infusion-related adverse events was 49.51%,81.82% were related to cardiovascular adverse events with the high-est rate of hypertension(76.14%). Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.030,95CI%:1.010-1.051),HLA matching between CB and receptor (OR=0.589,95%CI:0.413-0.838),thawed CB cell activity (OR=1.064,95%CI:1.015-1.115)were major influencing factors. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to patients who are elderly, with low matching HLA and receive thawed CB product with high cell activities, and provide timely nursing care in advance.

Objective To study the effective sterilization method of laparoscopic instruments. Methods Using 2 different methods to sterilize the same laparoscopic instruments, and then compared the effects of sterilization. Results The bactericial rate of the 2 methods were both 100%. Conclusion The Huiri sterilizing method only need 40 minutes, which fits the requirement of one by one operation.

OBJECTIVETo study the diagnostic value of SATB2, together with CK7 and CK20, in colorectal cancer.
METHODSImmunohistochemical study for SATB2, CK7 and CK20 was carried out in 210 cases of colorectal cancer tissue, 100 cases of non-colorectal cancer tissue, 90 cases of lymph node metastases and 50 cases of normal colorectal mucosa.
RESULTSThe sensitivity and specificity of CK20+/CK7- immunophenotype for diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma were 78.1% and 92.0%, respectively. When triple markers were used, the immunophenotype CK20+/CK7-/SATB2+ had a sensitivity of 57.1% and a specificity of 98.0%. When combining the immunophenotype of SATB2+/CK7- or CK20+/CK7-, the sensitivity was 85.7% and specificity was 90.0%.
CONCLUSIONSA panel of immunohistochemical markers SATB2, CK7 and CK20 could increase the specificity for diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma significantly. SATB2 is considered as a useful adjunct in this respect.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of α-pinene,β-pinene and linalool in volatile oil of Hedychium flavum. METHODS:The volatile oil was extracted from H. flavum according to steam distillation stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition volume Ⅳ). GC method was adopted to determine the content. The determination was performed on HP-5 capillary chromatographic column(30 m×0.032 mm×0.25 μm)with hydrogen flame ion detector(FID),nitrogen gas as carrier gas, with injector temperature of 200 ℃,and detector temperature of 250 ℃,column flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, samples size of 1 μL and split ratio of 40:1 by programmed temperature. RESULTS:The linear range of α-pinene,β-pinene and linalool were 0.090 5-2.413 3 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),0.098 3-2.620 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),0.169 1-4.510 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 8), respectively. RSDs of precision,stability(12 h),reproducibility tests were no more than 2.0%(n=6). The average recoveries were 99.84%(RSD=0.49%,n=6),100.24%(RSD=1.38%,n=6),99.41%(RSD=1.67%,n=6),respectively.The contents of α-pinene,β-pinene and linalool ranged 0.214 4-1.325 0,0.766 2-3.172 1,0.357 4-1.518 7 mg/g in volatile oil from 23 batches of H. flavum produced in Guizhou province. CONCLUSIONS:The method established in this experiment is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used for the content determination of α-pinene,β-pinene and linalool in volatile oil from H.flavum.

BACKGROUNDTo evaluate and compare the effects and toxicity of the domestic product of recombinant mutant human tumor necrosis factor (rmhTNF) combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
METHODSTwo hundred patients with NSCLC in multicenter were randomly devided into trial group (150 cases) and control group (50 cases). Chemotherapy with CAP regimen was given to the patients. Meanwhile, rmhTNF injection of 4×10⁶U/m² was also given from the 1st to 7th days, the 11th to 17th days on the chemotherapy cycle in the trial group. The control patients received chemotherapy alone. Twenty-one days were as a cycle, 2 cycles were given to each patient. The chemotherapeutic effects and toxicity were observed and compared between the two groups after the therapy.
RESULTSof the 200 patients, 5 cases in the trial group and 3 cases in the control group were out of the trial because of economy. The other 192 cases (145 cases in the trial group and 47 cases in the control group) could be analyzed and evaluated the clinical effects and toxicity. The response rate of chemotherapy was 46.90% (68/145) in the trial group and 17.02% (8/47) in the control group respectively ( P =0.001). The KPS scores was 86.02±9.74 in the trial group, and 80.14±9.10 in the control group ( P =0.025). No significant difference of degree III+IV toxicity was observed between the two groups ( P > 0.05). The side effects related to rmhTNF included slight fever, cold-like symptoms, pain and red and swelling in the injection site. All of them were mild and didn't need any treatment and disappeared after the therapy. There were no severe abnormality of liver and kidney function and ECG in both groups.
CONCLUSIONSThe results demonstrate that the effects of domestic rmhTNF combined with chemotherapy are remarkably higher than that of chemotherapy alone in the treatment of NSCLC. rmhTNF can increase the sensitivity to chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of the patients with slight toxicity. Hence rmhTNF is worth expanding clinical use.

Ferroptosis is a new programmed cell death dependent on iron ions.Ferroptosis can be induced by endogenous or exogenous pathways, and cells exhibit specific cell morphological signs and are regulated by a variety of molecular mechanisms. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in the treatment of cancer. This article summarizes the mechanism of ferroptosis in bladder cancer and the regulation of cancer cells, as well as the role of ferroptosis-related factors, non-coding RNA regulation, N6-methyladenosine (m6A), amino acid metabolism and autophagy dependent ferroptosis in the growth and proliferation of bladder cancer, with a view to provide new strategies for the treatment of bladder cancer.
