Objective:To study the application value of postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation training in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture received hip joint replacement. Methods:elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who received hip joint replacement were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation training and control group given conventional intervention. Then knee joint function, hip joint function and quality of life were observed. Results:Harris score, HSS score and physical function, psychological function, social function, cognitive function, life quality score of observation group is higher than those of control group. Conclusion:comprehensive rehabilitation training has positive clinical value for it can improve the hip joint and knee joint function, enhance the quality of life.

Objective Compare and analyze the serum proteomics data of healthy human and patients with bronchial asthma(both before and after ICS treatment).Then explore the possible pathogenesis and therapeutic targets.MethodsSelect 102 patients with chronic persistent asthma who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital during December 2015 to December 2016, and recruit 102 cases of healthy volunteers over the same period.The patients were treated with conventional ICS, after 8 weeks of treatment, compare and analyzethe serum proteomics data of healthy people and both patients with bronchial asthma (both before and after treatment).ResultsAfter treatment, patients with asthma still got poorer lung function than normal ones (P<0.05);at the same time, all of the serum HSP70, Eotaxin, MMP-9 of pre-treatment patients were higher than healthy individuals (P<0.05), although they had declined after treatment (P<0.05), but still higher than normal people(P<0.05).ConclusionHuman serum HSP70, Eotaxin, MMP-9 may not only be involved in the pathogenesis progress of asthma, but the mechanisms of treating asthma with ICS.

Objective To determine the relationship between end-tidal carbon dioxide tension (PET CO 2 )obtained from the distal ends of the tracheal tube and arterial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO 2 ) compared with the sidestream capnometer in infants with congenital heart disease. Methods Twenty infants undergoing congenital heart disease surgery,12 males and 8 females,aged 3-48 months,ASA physical statusⅠ-Ⅲ were enrolled.Measurements of PET CO 2 were obtained from the distal ends of the tracheal tube using a sterile 22 G catheter that was inserted into the tube and from the proximal end with a sidestream capnometer in 20 intubated infants with congenital heart dis-ease.The data including PET CO 2 and the arterial PaCO 2 were obtained both after the anesthesia induc-tion and the CPB.Results The data of PET CO 2 obtained from the distal ends of the tracheal tube after the anesthesia induction [(36.8 ±2.7)mm Hg vs.(32.5 ± 1.4)mm Hg,P <0.05 ]and the CPB [(40.8±2.5)mm Hg vs.(36.5±1.6)mm Hg,P <0.05]were both higher than those from the proximal end with a sidestream capnometer.The difference between PaCO 2 and PET CO 2 obtained from the distal ends of the tracheal tube after the induction [(7.1 ±0.7)mm Hg vs.(1 1.4 ± 1.5 ) mm Hg,P <0.01]and the CPB [(9.3±1.2)mm Hg vs.(13.5±2.3)mm Hg,P <0.01]were sig-nificantly lower than that between PaCO 2 and PET CO 2 obtained from the proximal end.Distal side-stream PET CO 2 correlated with the PaCO 2 (R 2 =0.94 after induction and R 2 =0.93 after the CPB,P<0.05).However,the proximal PET CO 2 with the sidestream capnometer correlated very poorly with PaCO 2 whether after the induction (R 2 = 0.68,P < 0.05 )nor the CPB (R 2 = 0.66,P < 0.05 ). Conclusion We conclude that the PET CO 2 obtained from the distal ends of the tracheal tube provides accurate estimates of the PaCO 2 in critically ill infants with congenital heart disease.

The purpose of the present work is to observe cGMP positive cells after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the gerbil hip-pocampus. Immunofluorescent methods were used in gerbil hippocampal tissue slices. The results showed that after cerebral is-chemia cGMP synthesis in the CAi-a subfields was increased, cGMP positive cells were distributed mainly in CA1 subfield. Mostof cGMP positive cells were astrocytes. The number of small round cGMP positive cells were increased after recirculation follow-ing ischemia in the dentate gyrus. These results indicate that after cerebral ischemia cGMP synthesis was increased in the CA1-asubfield, It is possible that astrocytes play an important role in the regulation of metabolism in the early stage after ischemia-reperfusion.

Objective To explore the drug resistance diversity of pseufomonsd aeruginosa.Methods We did sensitivity experiments by 23 antibiotic of 1731 pseudomonad aeruginosa identified from clinic during 1997 to 2008,Results In 1 731 pseudomonad aeruginosa,the samples were main from phlegm,accounted for 58.5%.the second from secretion accounted for 24.7%.The drug resistance of pseudomonad aeruginosa for ampicillin、cefazolin and cefuroxime sodium were all higher than 90%,the second were trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole 83.2%.The antibacterial medicines of drug resistance higher than 70%were netilmicn(75.2%)、ofloxacin(70.4%)、tetracycline(74.1%)、choramphenicol(72.0%).The antibacterial medicines of drug resistance Iower than 30%were Cefoperazone/Sulbactam、cefepime、imipenem、ceftazidme.In 12 years,the drug resistance diversity had enhanced prevalent trend.The enhanced speed of proportion drug was slow in 2004～2007,but it was fast again in 08 year.Conclusion The pseudomonad aeruginosa have become one of the most clinical routine nosogenetic germs.It showed single and anti muhiresistance of antibioties seriously.In order to improve antibacterial treating effect,we should inspect the drug resistance continuously in our area.We could select rationally antibacterial medicine according to the result of medicine sensitivity experiments.

OBJECTIVE：To observe effect of L-NAME on apoptosis in the gerbil hippocampus after recirculation following ischemia.METHOD：Bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries and TUNEL stain methods in gerbitil hippocampal tissue slice were used.RESULTS：L-NAME inhibited apoptosis in the CA1 subfield.CONCLUSION:Endogenous NO mediated apoptosis is inhibited by the L-NAME.

Objective To explore the effect of protein kinase C inhibitor on the level of phosphralated extracellular regulated protein kinases in the spinal trigeminal nucleus of migraine model rats.Methods Healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group (group C),sham operation group (group C),migraine model group(group M),and H-7group(H-7group),with 18 rats in each group.Dural blood flow and the extracellular discharge frequency in the spinal trigeminal nucleus was recorded.ERK1/2 phosphorylation was tested.Results (1) Dural blood flow:compared with group C((3.8± 1.0)％),the dural blood flow in M group ((78.0±4.2) ％)increased obviously(P＜0.01) ; compared with M group((78.0±4.2)％),the dural blood flow in H-7 group((-24.8±4.9) ％) decreased obviously(P＜0.01).(2) The percentage of extracellular discharge frequency change:two hours after treatment,the percentage of extracellula discharge frequency change in group M ((325.9 ±47.3)％)was higher than that in group C((107.3±16.4)％).The percentage of discharge frequency change in group H-7((136.0±26.5)％) was lower than that in group M((325.9±47.3)％).There was no significant difference in the percentage of discharge frequency change between group H-7((136.0±26.5) ％) and group C((107.3 ± 16.4)％).(2) ERK1/2 phosphorylation:the ERK1/2 phosphorylation in group M was higher than that in group C.The ERK1/2 phosphorylation in group H-7 was lower than than that in group C and group M.Conclusion ERK1/2 is a downstream PKC signal path and PKC may have indirect activation of ERK1/2.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of immunosuppression regimens,postoperative complications,dead causes and risk factors of lung transplantation (LTx).Methods The immunosuppression regimens and clinical data of 100 patients with end-stage lung diseases receiving LTx in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed between Sept.2002 to Dec.2010.There were 72 patients subject to single LTx and 28 patients to bilateral LTx,amongst them 61 patients received LTx under circulation support,including 5 cases of cardopulmonary bypass (CPB) support and 56 cases of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support.The immunosuppression regimens including Cyclosporin,mycophemolate Mofeil and corticosteroids were utilized in 53 recipients before the year of 2007,and Cyclosporin was switched to Tacrolimus in 47 patients after 2007.All the patients received Daclizumab or Basiliximab as immunosuppression induction regimens.Results The 1-,2-,3-and 5-year survival rate after LTx was 73.3％,61.6％,53.5％ and 40.7％ respectively.The mean survival time post-transplant in the patients who received Cyclosporin-based regimens and Tacrolimus-based regimens were (36.57 ± 3.44) months and (35.00 ± 2.33) months,repectively,with no significant differences (P＞0.05).The main causes of mortality included primary graft dysfunction (PGD),acute rejection (AR),bronchiolitis obliterans (BOS) and sepsis.The incidence of AR and BOS in Tacrolimus group was significantly lower than that in Cyclosporin grou (P ＜0.05),but the incidence of diabetes mellitus was significantly higher in Tacrolimus group.Analysis of Spearman rank correlation revealed that there was a direct correlation between the incidence of AR and BOS (r =0.340,P＜0.01).The use of circulation support,diagnosis of IPF,postoperative complications such as AR,BOS and infection were associated with decreased survival time postoperatively,in both univariate and multivariate proportional hazards regression models (P＜0.05).Conclusion Cyclosporin-and Tacrolimus-based regimens were both effective immunosuppression strategies postoperatively,Consummate follow-up surveillance and prompt treatment of complications were the key points in prolongation of survival time and improving quality of life after LTx.

Objective This study investigates the protective effect of bicyclol on liver function in patients after liver resection.Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing liver resection with Pringle's maneuver were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,and given bicyclol (50 mg),diammonium glycyrrhizinate (150 mg),and silybum marianum (77 mg),respectively.The medication was orally given preoperatively for 5 days and postoperatively for days 3 to 7.The fasting serum ALT,AST,TB,ALP,and PAB levels were determined before operation and on days 1,3,5,and 7 after operation.Results ALT levels in the A group were significantly lower than those in the B and C group on post operative days 1,3,5,and 7 (P＜0.01).On postoperative day 7,the ratio of serum ALT returned to normal was significantly higher than the B and C group ratios (P＜0.05).Conclusion Therefore,oral bicyclol given before and after liver resection can significantly inhibit the rapid increase and promote the normalization of serum ALT levels.
