Objective:To retrospectively analyze the influencing factors during the hospitalization of premature infants in the neonatal intensive careunit (NICU) based on the breast-feeding choices of the primary family caregivers of premature infants discharged from NICU.Methods:According to the breast-feeding status of 342 premature infants discharged from the NICU from The First hospital of Jilin University from June 1st, 2019 to December 31th, 2019, a self-designed data collection form for premature infants was used to investigate them, and the influencing factors of NICU hospitalization on breast-feeding selection were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The factors influencing breastfeeding included gestational age ( tvalue was-2.177, P=0.029), birth weight ( tvalue was-2.036, P=0.043), feeding mode during hospital stay ( χ2value was 6.582, P=0.010), length of hospital stay ( Zvalue was-2.205, P=0.027), maternal age ( Zvalue was-2.975, P=0.003), maternal education level ( χ2value was 8.350, P=0.04) and twin pregnancy ( χ2value was 7.367, P=0.007). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that breast-feeding during hospitalization ( P=0.003) and older age of the mother ( P<0.001) were favorable factors to promote breast-feeding. Twin pregnancy ( P=0.006), low maternal education ( P=0.001) and gestational age ( P=0.006) were the risk factors that were not conducive to the implementation of breastfeeding. Conclusion:During the hospital period, the implementation of breastfeeding and the old age of the mother are conducive to the choice of breastfeeding after discharge, while twin pregnancy, low education of the mother and premature infants of large gestational age are not conducive to the implementation of breastfeeding.

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herb formula Tangtongfang by bathing the affected feet of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods A parallel, randomized, controlled clinical research was performed. 70 diabetics in the inpatient and outpatient divisions of the Department of Endocrinology, Guanganmen Hospital, from January 2005 to October 2007 were investigated. They were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Before study, there were no statistic differences between the two groups, including gender, age, course of diabetes mellitus(DM), course of DPN, blood glucose (including fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose), traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores and nerve conduction velocity (NCV). The treatment group were treated with Tangtongfang bathing and the control group were treated with warm water bathing. Each group was also administered Vitamin B1 20 mg, t.i.d and Vitamin B6 20 mg, t.i.d respectively. All patients were keeping their routine treatment and diabetic care to control their blood glucose, such as diets, practices and drugs. Clinical symptoms and electrophysiological tests in diabetic peripheral neuropathy syndrome were investigated. The period of treatment was 8 weeks. Results After study, 9 cases retreated from this clinical trial totally, 4 cases in the treatment group whereas 5 in the control group. Among 4 common single symptoms, coolness feeling of the feet of diabetic patients was significantly improved (P<0.05) after bathed with Tangtongfang. The change of TCM symptom scores and tibialis NCV was significantly improved (P<0.001, P<0.05) in the treatment group. The improvement ratio was 45.2% and 61.3% in the treatment group, while was 10% and 3.3% in the control group. In each group there was no statistical difference between pre-and post-study with blood test, urine test, blood ALT, blood BUN and Cr, ECG examination (P>0.05). No adverse event was observed in each group. Conclusion Tangtongfang bathing improved several symptoms of patients suffering from DPN, especially the symptom of coolness feeling of the patients' feet. No adverse event was observed. This result showed that Tangtongfang bathing was worthy of using as a safe agent in treatment of DPN.

Objective:To study the influence of triptolide on neutrophils asthmatic mice of WBC and EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Methods:Using ovalbumin ( OVA) combined with lipopolysaccharide ( LPS) method to establish sensitized asthmatic mice,BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 32 neutrophilic asthma group ( NA group ) , neutrophil triptolide intervention group (TLN group),neutrophil dexamethasone group (DXN group) and normal control group (NC group),n=8,hemocytometer calculated for each group of mice bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ( BALF) of the total number of WBC and EOS;smears stained Switzerland View in-flammatory cell infiltration. Results: In bronchioalveolar lavage fluid, numbers and infiltrations of WBC and EOS were significantly decreased in the DXN,TLN group than those in the NA group(P<0.05);but were significantly higher than the NC group (P<0.05), the DXN group above parameters were significantly higher than the TLN group ( all P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Triptolide can reduce the total number of BALF WBC and EOS,inhibit lung WBC,EOS infiltration, ease neutrophilic airway inflammation.

Objective To observe the efficacy of percutaneous hepatic cryoablation for the treatment of primary or meta-static hepatic malignancies (<5 cm in diameter). Methods A total of 31 patients (39 tumors <5 cm in diameter) were treated with argon-helium cryoablation system under the guidance of CT or ultrasound. Results Tumor ablation range was 90%-100% in 39 lesions, including 69.23% (27/39) complete ablation. The 1- and 2-year survival rate was 90.32% (28/31) and 61.29% (19/31),respectively.No bleeding and injury of blood vessel or bile duct was noted.Complications of cryoablation included intraoperative shivering in 4 (12.90%) patients, postoperative fever (37.12-38.25℃ in 7 (22.58%) patients and hepatic pain in 6 (19.36%) patients. One patient had severe pain relief until 2 h after cryosurgery with ice-cold skin temperature and stable life index, analgesic had little effect, and no bleeding was found on CT image.Other patients had slight or moderate pain and remained untreated. Conclusion Percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryoablation is a feasible and safe technique in the treatment of small primary or metastatic hepatic malignancies not suitable for resection.

Changes in structure of oral solid dosage forms (OSDF) elementally determine the drug release and its therapeutic effects. In this research, synchrotron radiation X-ray micro-computed tomography was utilized to visualize the 3D structure of enteric coated pellets recovered from the gastrointestinal tract of rats. The structures of pellets in solid state and in vitro compendium media were measured. Pellets in vivo underwent morphological and structural changes which differed significantly from those in vitro compendium media. Thus, optimizations of the dissolution media were performed to mimic the appropriate in vivo conditions by introducing pepsin and glass microspheres in media. The sphericity, pellet volume, pore volume and porosity of the in vivo esomeprazole magnesium pellets in stomach for 2 h were recorded 0.47, 1.55 × 108 μm3, 0.44 × 108 μm3 and 27.6%, respectively. After adding pepsin and glass microspheres, the above parameters in vitro reached to 0.44, 1.64 × 108 μm3, 0.38 × 108 μm3 and 23.0%, respectively. Omeprazole magnesium pellets behaved similarly. The structural features of pellets between in vitro media and in vivo condition were bridged successfully in terms of 3D structures to ensure better design, characterization and quality control of advanced OSDF.
