Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and chemotherapy in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to observe its effect on immune function and serum tumor markers of carcino embryonie antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and neuronspecific enolase(NSE).Methods 80 patients with NSCLC who were confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in the study.Among them,the control group received paclitaxel + carboplatin chemotherapy,40 patients; the treatment group received Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of the control group,40 cases.The clinical curative effect was evaluated after four cycles of treatment and the adverse reactions were recorded.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome before and after four cycles of treatment were evaluated,and the quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were evaluated by Karnofsky performance score(KPS).The immune function and tumor markers were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65.0％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(42.5％,χ2=4.07,P=0.04).In the treatment group,the adverse reaction rate was 37.5％,significantly lower than 62.5％in the control group(χ2=5.00,P=0.02).The score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group before treatment,and the KPS score was significantly higher than that in the control group before treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of patients in the treatment group compared with before treatment had no significant difference,while the control group after treatment of the immune function was significantly lower than before treatment,and compared with the treatment group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients after treatment of tumor markers decreased significantly,and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplemented with Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer on the immune function of little effect,help to promote serum levels of serum tumor markers and clinical symptoms improved,reduce adverse reactions,improve clinical efficacy and quality of life.

Objective To investigate the difference of standard tangential field and multiple fileld radiotherapy in axillary lymph node after conserving surgery,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods 20 cases of left breast cancer patients were selected,all patients underwent breast -conserving surgery,postoperative radiothera-py.All patients used standard radiotherapy wild tangent based and reverse -intensity modulated radiation therapy optimization.Armpit I,Ⅱ lymph nodes were used to calculate the extent of coverage of the original plan,target dose uniformity HI,dose conformal CI,dosimetric parameters were calculated.Results Under standard tangential field irradiation,I stand mean dose was (33.95 ±8.24)Gy,which was significantly higher than Ⅱ station (22.13 ± 6.67)Gy,and V50,V45,V40 were (22.45 ±6.32)%,(39.83 ±7.54)%,(49.65 ±8.31)%,which were higher than Ⅱ stand,I stand irradiation was significantly more,the differences were statistically significant (t =5.632,P =0.009;t =7.214,P =0.000;t =8.954,P =0.000;t =6.121,P =0.002).The whole breast irradiation armpit IMRT plan,19 patients (95.00%)reached 95% by volume APTV≥50Gy,coverage was better;but HI,CI were (1.11 ± 0.03),(1.36 ±0.07)respectively,which were significantly worse than the standard wild tangent,the differences were statistically significant (t =6.584,P =0.001;t =9.144,P =0.000).Under Hatano IMRT irradiation ipsilateral lung,heart suffered an average dose of (1 694.58 ±102.31)cGy,(645.54 ±74.44)cGy,which were significantly more than the standard tangential field irradiation,the differences were statistically significant (t =7.654,P =0.000;t =6.654,P =0.001).Conclusion Standard tangential field irradiation has poor coverage in Ⅱ axillary lymph node station,irradiation intensity modulated radiation has better coverage,but significantly increased the dose to normal tissues.

Objective To evaluate the mid‐term efficacy of microendoscopic discectomy (MED) and microsurgical lumbar discectomy (MSLD) for treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH) .Methods 98 patients with single segment LDH in the Orthopedic department of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from March 2009 to April 2010 were divided into 2 groups ,including 44 cases undergoing MED and 54 cases undergoing MSLD .The operative efficacies were assessed by the visual analogue scale (VAS) , Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) scores and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) .Results There were statistically significant differences in the skin incision length ,amount of intraoperative blood loss and time of returning to work between the two groups (P<0 .01) ,while the operation time ,average hospital stay time and incidence of complications showed no statistically significant differences (P>0 .05) .The mean follow‐up duration was 49 .13 months in the MED group and 47 .24 months in the MSLD group respectively .At the last follow‐up the postoperative back and leg pain VAS scores ,JOA scores and ODI in each group were signifi‐cantly improved compared with the preoperative data (P<0 .01) .However ,there were no statistically significant differences in the intergroup comparison .Conclusion MED and MSLD are the effective methods for treating single segment LDH .However ,MED has less trauma and early out‐of‐bed ambulation ,is an ideal minimally invasive surgery .

Objective To analyze non -small cell lung cancer patients with platinum -based chemotherapy excision repair cross -complementing 1 (ERCC1)and breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1 )gene polymor-phism,to examine the correlation of ERCC1 and BRCA1 gene polymorphism and non -small cell lung cancer platinum chemotherapy drugs sensitivity and chemotherapy prognosis.Methods 140 cases of non -small cell lung cancer were selected as subjects of this study.All patients were given platnum -based chemotherapy,peripheral blood ERCC1 and BRCA1 genes polymorphism were determined.The distribution of ERCC1 Asn118Asn genotype and BRCA1 Ser1613Gly genotype was observed.The relationship between different genotypes and the effect of chemotherapy and survival time after chemotherapy was compared.Results The proportions of ERCC1 Asn118Asn TT genotype,CT genotype and CC genotype were 5.7%,30.7% and 63.6%.The proportions of BRCA1 Ser1613Gly GG genotype,AG genotype and AA genotype were 8.6%,52.9% and 38.6%.In 140 patients,completely cured,partial response,stable disease and progressive disease patients were 0 case,33 cases,61 cases and 46 cases,the proportions were 0.0%, 23.6%,43.6% and 32.9%,the chemotherapy effective rate was 33.8%.ERCC1 Asn118Asn genotype was signifi-cantly correlated with the effect of non -small cell lung cancer chemotherapy (χ2 =4.416,P <0.05 ).BRCA1 Ser1613Gly genotype was significantly correlated with the effect of non -small cell lung cancer chemotherapy (χ2 =13.256,P <0.05).By Cox regression analysis and Log -rank test analysis,the average survival time of BRCA1 Ser1613Gly gene CC genotype non -small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy was longer than the CT +TT genotype (OR =2.946,χ2 =5.136,P <0.05).The average survival time of BRCA1 Ser1613Gly gene AA genotype non -small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy was shorter than the AG +GG genotype (OR =3.124,χ2 =5.136,P <0.05).Conclusion ERCC1 Asn118Asn genotype and BRCA1 Ser1613Gly genotype was significantly correlated with non -small cell lung cancer platinum -based chemosensitivity and chemotherapy prognosis.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize extraction technology of Shenqi fukang granules. METHODS:Single factor method was used to investigate water multiple at first time using water absorption as index,soaking time using yield of dry extract as index. Based on single factor test,by weighted comprehensive scoring method,using the yield of dry extract and the content of 75％ ethanol extraction as indexes,extraction time,water multiple and extraction times as factors,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize water extraction technology of Shenqi fukang granules. Validation test was conducted. RESULTS:The optimal water extraction technology included 8-fold water (L/kg), extracting for 3 times, 1 h each time. CONCLUSIONS:The optimized extraction technology is stable and controllable in quality,and can provide reference for industrial production of Shenqi fukang granules.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),and to discuss the occurrence of adverse events.Methods A total of 59 patients with advanced HCC were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into TACE plus IMRT group (study group,n=30) and TACE group (control group,n=29).The early tumor response rate,progression free survival (PFS),median survival time (mST),and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The early tumor response rate in the study group was 60.0％,which was significantly higher than 34.4％ in the control group (P=0.043).PFS of the study group was 260 days,which was remarkably higher than 195 days of the control group (P=0.006).The mST was 468 days in the study group,which was 431 days in the control group (P=0.195).In the study group,2 patients developed severe liver function damage,which was improved after active liver protection therapy for more than 20 days.Conclusion For the treatment of advanced HCC,TACE combined with IMRT can improve early tumor response rate and prolong PFS time,moreover,its adverse reactions can be well tolerated by patients.

With the continuous development of identification technologies such as mass spectrometry,omics,and antibody technology,post-translational modification(PTM)has demonstrated increasing potential in medical research.PTM as a novel chemical modification method provides new perspectives for the research on dis-eases.Succinylation as a novel modification has aroused the interest of more and more researchers.The available studies about succinylation mainly focus on a desuccinylase named sirtuin 5.This enzyme plays a key role in mod-ification and has been preliminarily explored in cardiovascular studies.This paper summarizes the influencing fac-tors and regulatory roles of succinylation and the links between succinylation and other PTMs and reviews the re-search progress of PTMs in the cardiovascular field,aiming to deepen the understanding about the role of this modification and give new insights to the research in this field.

Objective: To analyze the potential categories and influencing factors of the compliance trajectory of orthokeratology lenses (OK lens) in myopic children and adolescents, so as to provide a basis for dynamic and accurate intervention of OK lens compliance in myopic children and adolescents. Methods: From January to June 2024, 310 myopic children and adolescents wearing OK lens were selected as research subjects from the Ophthalmology Medical Center of Cangzhou Central Hospital using a convenient sampling method. Data were collected at four time points: when the glasses were first fitted (T0), 2 weeks after fitting (T1), 1 month later (T2), 3 months later (T3), and 6 months later (T4). The data collection methods included general information questionnaires, compliance surveys for OK lens wearers, the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Self-report Version (BRIEF-SR), family support scales, and a self-made questionnaire on myopia control attitudes. A growth mixed model was used to identify the trajectory categories of compliance with OK lens wearing among myopic children and adolescents, and multiple Logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the influencing factors. Results: The compliance with OK lens among myopic children and adolescents were roughly divided into four developmental trajectories: C1 exemplary adherent (58 cases, 18.71%), C2 gradual progressor (130 cases, 41.94%), C3 fluctuating (85 cases, 27.42%), and C4 stubborn low follower (37 cases, 11.94%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, with C1 group as the reference, age (C3, OR = 0.74 ), parental education level (C4, OR =0.67), executive function (C2, OR =0.69; C4, OR =0.44), family support (C3, OR =0.75) and myopia control attitude (C2, OR =0.39) were all influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens; with C2 group as the reference, age (C3, OR = 0.55 ), parental education level (C3, OR =0.34; C4, OR =0.64), executive function (C3, OR =0.77), and family support (C4, OR =0.58) were all influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens; with C3 group as the reference, age (C4, OR = 0.68 ), and myopia control attitude (C4, OR =0.44) were both influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens ( P <0.05). Conclusions The compliance of wearing OK lens in children and adolescents with myopia can be roughly divided into four trajectories, and there is group heterogeneity. Dynamic and precise compliance intervention strategies should be given based on different trajectories and influencing factors.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the value of copy number variation sequencing (CNV-seq) for revealing the genetic etiology of fetuses with isolated ventricular septal defect (VSD). METHODS: From December 2017 to December 2020, 69 fetuses with isolated VSD were identified at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Meanwhile, 839 similar prenatal cases were selected from public databases including Wanfang data, Wanfang Medicine, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) by using keywords such as "Ventricular septal defect", "Copy number variation", and "Prenatal". A total of 908 fetuses with isolated VSD were analyzed. CNV-seq was carried out for 69 fetuses. RESULTS: Among the 908 fetuses, 33 (3.63%) were found to harbor pathogenic CNVs, which included 11 chromosomal aneuploidies (1.21%) and 22 pathogenic CNVs (2.42%). The pathogenic CNVs have involved 12 genetic syndromes, with those known to involve the heart development including 5 cases of 22q11.21 deletion syndrome, 2 cases of 4q terminal deletion syndrome, and 1 case of 9q subtelomere deletion syndrome. The outcome of pregnancies for 15 fetuses with pathogenic CNVs was known, of which 12 were terminated, and 3 had spontaneous closure of the ventricular septum after birth, but 1 of them had other abnormalities. CONCLUSION Fetuses with isolated VSD have a relatively high risk for chromosomal abnormalities, for which CNV-seq should be recommended.

Since the reform and opening-up, China’s health care has made great progress, and the level of national health literacy has steadily improved. However, there is still a disconnect between the health literacy and healthy behavior of Chinese residents, and traditional health education has little effect on behavior change. Based on the limitations of current traditional health education on improving health level of the whole people, this paper explored more effective education methods, deeply discussed how to integrate health ethics into health education to achieve the purpose of effectively promoting individual health behaviors. At the same time, this paper systematically expounded how the theory of behavioral economics provides theoretical support for the rationality and feasibility of health ethics education to promote healthy behavior, further explained the internal psychological mechanism of health ethics education affecting people’s healthy behavior, and provided feasible solutions for how to integrate health ethics into the new model of health education in practical application. To sum up, the integration of health ethics into health education is conducive to disseminating health concepts, improving health literacy, as well as promoting health behaviors, and then promoting the effective implementation of individual health and Healthy China.
