Because of the long acquisition time and spin-echo planar imaging sequence, diffusion weight magnetic resonance image (DWI) should be denoised effectively to ensure the follow-up applications. The commonly used denoising methods which induced from gray level image lack the use of the specific information from multiple magnitude directions. This paper, therefore, proposes a modified linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) denosing method used for DWI. The proposed method uses the local information to estimate the parameter of the Rician noise and modifies the LMMSE using the information of multiple magnitude directions synthetically. The simulation and experiment of the synthetic DWI and real human brain DWI dataset demonstrate that the proposed method can more effectively remove the Rician noise compared to the commonly used denoising method and improve the robustness and validity of the diffusion tensor magnetic resonance image (DTI).

OBJECTIVE:To establish culture management concepts in hospital pharmacy professions and to standardize the behaviors among pharmacists,patients,colleagues and other health professionals.METHODS:Theories about the corpo?ration management development,definition of corporation culture,the3levels of corporation culture management and the operation of corporate culture construction were briefly introduced;the hospital pharmacy profession culture management principle was established with a reference of the corporate culture management concept at all times and in all over the world.RESULTS:Harmonious,friendly,kindly and placatory atmosphere can be established through the culture construction in material,system,behavior and spiritual levels;pharmacists should be urged to win the trust of patients so as to achieve the best therapeutic effects for the patients.CONCLUSION:The establishment of hospital pharmacy profession culture management principle can inspire pharmacists'passion and enthusiasm for work;thereby the development of pharmaceutical enterprises can be promoted.

Objective: To discuss the method for establishing the relationship between chromatographic fingerprints and its usage in process control. Methods: The relationship between chromatographic fingerprints of a fermentation product Ganoderma capense and its finished preparation had been developed according to guidance on fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicinal medica. As for peaks whose acceptance criteria of relative area should be set, their relative areas in chromatographic fingerprints of raw material and its finished product, the ratios of relative areas of peaks from raw material to those from finished product and their relative standard differences were calculated. Results: The relative standard differences of the rations of all peaks whose acceptance criteria areas should be set, were less than 8%. Conclusion: The results show that the rations and RSDs are enough to represent the quantitave relationship between chromatographic fingerprints, and the acceptance criteria of RSD should be less than 10% (n≥10). The quality of finished product can only be assured if the acceptance criteria of relative areas of peaks in chromatographic fingerprint of raw material are tighter than those set according to guidance, and the manufacture process keeps consistency.

Objective To evaluate the system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel so as to establish a consummate talented personnel introduction mechanism and to further standardize the introduction work. Methods On the basis of referring to document papers and soliciting management as well as human resource experts iteratively,the research method of expert consultation was adopted.(Results)The index system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel in school of medicine was preliminary established,and the objective index and subjective evaluation were scientifically combined to form the method of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel. Conclusion Through simulative assessment and evaluation as well as probational demonstration,there exits definite scientificality and applicability on this academic assessment and evaluation index system,and it can provide a properly objective evaluation and essential reference foundation in the aspect of introducing more advanced talented personnel in the near future.

Objective To explore the nursing after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects. Methods 12 cases with finger pulp defect accepted the free great toe fibular flap were reviewed. Results All flaps survived and no vascular crisis occurred. The flap shaped well, and the skin sweated and the two point discrimination was 4-6 mm. Conclusion Close monitoring and appropriate is important after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects.

Objective To evaluate the security and efficacy of combination of epristeride and terazosin for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Method One hundred and eighty-four patients with BPH were treated by epristeride for 6 months and terazosin for 1 month, the efficacy and complication were observed. Results After 6 months treated, compared with before treated, the common symptoms improved, the residual urine decreased 20.74ml, maximum flow rate increased 3.76 ml/s, prostate volume grown downwards 6.70cm3 and the quality of life raised apparently(Pall＜0.05 ). Condusion Combinationof epristeride and terazosin for treatment of BPH is safe and effective.

Objective To investigate the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine interferon (IFN)-γand anti-inflammatory cytokine interlenkin (IL)-10 in expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) and their clinical significance. Methods The levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 in EPS of 20 patients with CP (type Ⅲ A, group A ), 20 patients with CPPS (type Ⅲ B,group B) and 10 healthy men (control group) were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results were analyzed comparatively with NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI).Results The levels of IFN-γ in EPS of group A and group B were ( 14.92 ± 7.85 ), ( 13.74 ± 5.96) ng/L respectively, which were higher than that in control group [(7.47 ± 1.40) ng/L] (P ＜ 0.05 ). And the levels of IL-10 in EPS of group A and group B were (216.40 ± 33.65 ), (223.70 ± 45.21 ) ng/L respectively, which were higher than that in control group [( 162.10 ± 43.81 ) ng/L] ( P ＜ 0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B. No correlation between NIH-CPSI and IFN- γ,IL-10 levels in EPS(P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion IFN-γ and IL-10 have a very important role in etiology of CP/CPPS and they can be the objective parameters in the diagnosis of CP/CPPS.

Particle radiotherapy using proton and heavier-ion beam was first proposed for clinical application by Robert Wilson in 1946. Compared to conventional photon radiation, proton and heavier-ion beam has significant physical advantage, and heavier-ion has unique biological characteristics. With the development of accelerator and radiation technique, it is being investigated for tumor treatment in many clinical centers. This article reviews the current status of clinical application of particle therapy using proton and heavier-ion beam in digestive system tumor.
