Objective: To study expression of CD44 S and CD44 V6 in ameloblastoma (AB) and odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) . Methods: S-P method was used to detect CD44 S protein in 77 cases of AB (32 of primary, 39 of recurrent,6 of malignant), 19 cases of OKC and 12 cases of oral normal mucosa;and CD44 V6 protein in 61 cases of AB (24 of primary , 31 of recurrent and 6 of malignant), 19 cases of OKC and 12 cases of oral normal mucosa. Results: Expression of CD44 S and CD44 V6 were detected in cell membrane of stratum spinosum and stratum basale in normal oral mucosa. In 19 cases of OKC, loss of expression of CD44 S was detected in 10 cases, and loss of integrity of CD44 V6 expression was detected in 15 cases. Loss ration of expression and abnormal expression ratio of CD44 S in AB were 27.3% and 63.6%, respectively. That of CD44 V6 in AB were 11.5% and 50.8% respectively. Objective To investigate the association between the lumbar vertebral fracture damage degree with the fracture classification,injury score,kyphosis deformity and nerve function injury.Methods According to the damage degree of posterior lig ament complex(PLC),the patients were divided into the PLC intact group and PLC injury group.Its relationship with PLC injury was researched by evaluating the fracture classification,injury score and nerve function injury situation in the two groups.Results The LCS score and TLICS score in the PLC injury group were (7.1±0.8) points and (8.2±0.6) points,which were higher than (5.7±0.5) points and (4.6±0.7) points in the PLC intact group.The Denis score in the PLC injury group was more serious.The Cobb angle in the PLC injury group was 29°,and which in the PLC intact group was 19°.The proportion of nerve function insufficiency in the PLC injury group was 89％,while which in the PLC intact group was only 60 ％.Conclusion The thoracolumbar vertebral fracture is closely related with PLC.PLC damage degree is positively correlated with the fracture classification,injury score,kyphosis deformity and nerve function injury degree.

Objective To investigate the effects of RDP1258 on survival of rat cardiac allograft. Methods RDP1258 was synthesized and the model of rat heart abdominal transplantation was established. Animals were divided into four groups. Group 1 received no immunosuppression. Group 2 received CsA alone. Group 3 received RDP1258 alone. Group 4 received RDP1258 and subtherapeutic CsA. In all cases RDP1258 was administrated intraperitoneally and CsA was gavaged. Light and electron microscopic examinations were taken . Transplanted hearts were monitored daily by direct palpation. Results The purity of synthesized RDP1258 was over 95 % and the molecular weight was in accord with theoretical value. The histology and the ultrastructure changed little in grafts in group 3 and group 4. Survival of rat cardiac allograft was significantly prolonged in group 4. Conclusions RDP1258 can suppress acute rejection. Perioperative administration of RDP1258 in combination with CsA can significantly prolong survival of rat cardiac allograft.

AIM:To investigate the expression and the significance of VEGF-C/D in rat cornea after alkali burning as well as the role of lymphangiogenesis in the high-risk corneal transplantation rejection.
●METHODS:The model of alkali burn corneal was made. Different times corneas were taken to electron microscope for vascularization, and examined the expression of VEGF-C/D and VEGFR-3 in l, 3, 5, 7, 14, 28d. The other rat cornea after alkali burn were divided into four parts to penetrate keratoplasty, containing only blood vessels in the cornea ( group A ) , angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis ( group B ) , lymphangiogenesis degenerating period ( group C ) , angiogenesis degenerating period ( group D ) . ln addition, there are also normal groups ( group N ) to compare the Rl values and survival time of corneal graft.
●RESULTS: Electron microscopy showed that, when the first 7d rat cornea appeared neovascularization after alkali burn, but not lymphangiogenesis. The occurrence of new blood vessels and lymphatic in 2wk. There were no obvious lymphangiogenesis in 5wk and the angiogenesis gradually subside in 8 wk. The expression of VEGF-C/D and VEGFR-3 in the corneas of rats were up-regulated in the third days after the injury, and reached its peaks at 5d. The average survival time of group N, A, B, C, D were (14.25±0.62)d, (9.35±1.02)d, (5.06±1.13)d, (8.71±0.83) d, (9. 44±1. 05)d after transplant cornea. Compared to the rest of the group, group B plant average survival time significantly shortened (P<0. 05), while compared with group B, the survival time of A, C, D groups were significantly longer (P<0. 05).
● CONCLUSION: VEGF - C/D and VEGFR - 3 are expressed significantly after corneal alkali burn. New lymphatic vessels can accelerate high - risk corneal transplantation immune rejection.

OBJECTIVE To investigate hand hygiene of healthcare workers in burn ward in our hospital and provide scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of hospital infection in burn ward.METHODS Selected randomly 30 healthcare workers in burn ward and sampled from hands for bacterial culture.RESULTS The average colony of hand pathogens of the 30 healthcare workers was 105.42 CFU/cm2,the maximam was 1093 CFU/cm2.Among the hand pathogens,40.91% were Bacillus subtilis,36.36% were micrococcus and 13.64% were Staphylococcus aureus.CONCLUSIONS Hand hygiene of healthcare workers are not optimistic in burn ward.Strengthening the education of hand hygiene and raising the executable rate of hand hygiene are important measures to prevent and control the hospital infection in burn ward.
