1.The clinical effect of losartan combined with metoprolol tartrate in treatment of elderly patients with coro-nary heart failure and its effect on heart function, plasma brain natriuretic peptide and hemorheology

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of losartan combined with metoprolol tartrate in treat -ment of elderly patients with coronary heart failure and its effect on heart function ,plasma brain natriuretic peptide and hemorheology.Methods 88 elderly patients with coronary heart failure were randomly divided into two groups ,and 44 cases were in each group .All of the patients were given conventional treatment , and the control group was given losartan while the observation group was received metoprolol tartrate on the basis of the control group ,the clinical effi-cacy and effect on cardiac function ,plasma brain natriuretic peptide ,hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45% significantly higher than 77.27%of the control group (χ2 =7.728,P<0.05);cardiac function and plasma BNP were significant improvement compared with the control group(t=6.55,6.02,7.41 and 13.24,all P<0.05);after the treatment,except the plate-let adhesion rate ,the hemorheology of the observation group were significant improvement compared with the control group(t=7.84,7.32,6.55,7.02,5.89 and 5.70,all P<0.05).Conclusion Losartan combined with metoprolol tartrate in treatment of coronary heart failure is significant effect ,and it can effectively improve the patient′s cardiac function,plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels and blood rheology ,and it is worth to be applied in clinical .
2.Clinical efficacy and safety of total thyroidectomy combined with 131Ⅰradioiodine therapy for patients with hurthle cell thyroid cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of total thyroidectomy combined with 131Ⅰradioiodine therapy for patients with hurthle cell thyroid cancer(HCT). Methods From January 2001 to January 2013,20 HCT patients in our hospital,who under-went total thyroidectomy combined with 131Ⅰradioiodine therapy. The complications, the thyroid dysfunction and tumor recurrence were ob-served. Results The total efficiency of patients received total thyroidectomy combined with 131Ⅰradioiodine therapy was 100%, with no hoarseness,infection and other complications. And there was no tumor recurrence or death during follow-up. Total thyroidectomy combined with central lymphadenectomy had increased the chance of injury of parathyroid. There was no significant differences of PTH levels between simple thyroidectomy and total thyroidectomy combined with central lymphadenectomy in patients with different stages of treatment in 131Ⅰtreatment (P>0. 05). Conclusion Simple thyroidectomy combined with 131Ⅰradioiodine therapy causes less chance of injury of parathy-roid that restored within a month, which is high safety.

5.Dynamic expression of matrix metalloproteinase and the effect of sodium aescine in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe the relationship between dynamic expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 protein and water contents in perihematoma, and the effect of sodium aescine in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods 250 Wistar rats were assigned randomly to four groups: normal control group (10 rats), sham operation group (80 rats), ICH group (80 rats) and sodium aescine treating group (80 rats). 8.Quality assessment of Liuwei Wuling tablet by HPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis.

Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector was employed for simultaneous determination of six components and specific chromatograms analysis in Liuwei Wuling tablets with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The results showed that six components containing specnuezhenide, phillyrin, schisandrin, schisantherin A, schizandrin A and schizandrin B were separated well under the analytical condition. The average recoveries ranged from 98.96% to 100.5% with RSD less than 2. 0%. Twenty-five common peaks were selected as the specific chromatograms of Liuwei Wuling tablets with schisantherin A as the reference peak. Similarities calculated by cosine of angle, correlation coefficient and peak area ratio similarity (PAR) were all above 0. 95, indicating a good similarity between the reference and twenty batches of samples. Grubbs test and cluster analysis indicated that the established HPLC fingerprints and HPLC quantitative analysis can be used efficiently in the quality control of Liuwei Wuling tablets.
