OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the writing of research paper on pharmacoeconomics.METHODS:Problems concerning the structure of pharmacoeconomics research paper in our country were analyzed and some points which need attention on the writing of this kind of paper were discussed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:A valid pharmacoeconomics research paper should state clearly its research area,explain in detail the theoretical methodological bases,analyze fully the possible costs and results and clearly state the bases for his option,apply an appropriate statistical analysis,meanwhile pay attention to sensitivity analysis.

To meet the demands of high definition of video and transmission at real-time during the surgery of endoscope, this paper designs an HD mobile video transmission system. This system uses H.264/AVC to encode the original video data and transports it in the network by RTP/RTCP protocol. Meanwhile, the system implements a stable video transmission in portable terminals (such as tablet PCs, mobile phones) under the 3G mobile network. The test result verifies the strong repair ability and stability under the conditions of low bandwidth, high packet loss rate, and high delay and shows a high practical value.

Pathogenic diagnosis is very important for the management of sellar mass.Many reasons can cause sellar mass,which makes it easily to be misdiagnosed and subsequently lead to mismanagement.The aim of this article is aimed to catch physicians′ attention to the differential diagnosis of sellar mass,in order to raise the management level of sellar mass and to reduce its misdiagnosis and mismanagement.

OBJECTIVE: To comprehend the general situation of pharmaceutical services in hospitals in China.METHOD: The general situation of pharmaceutical services was investigated by questionnaire survey through mailing among a total of 600 hospitals including third-level grade A and B and second-level grade A and B hospitals and 42 pilot sites hospitals of clinical pharmacist work system selected by stratified random sampling.And the results were given a statistical analysis.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: A total of 281 questionnaires(46.8%) were sent back from sample hospitals and 29(69.0%) from pilot hospitals.37.1% of the hospitals developed the service of mixed dispensing for intravenous drugs,61.7% set up drug information consultation department,32.9% had monitoring software or system for rational drug use,indicating a great evolvement has been achieved in Chinese hospital pharmaceutical services.But there is still great difference in pharmaceutical care between different level and grade of hospitals.

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the status quo of the practice of clinical pharmacy in hospitals of China.METHODS: A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 sample hospitals and 42 clinical pharmacist work system pilot hospitals based on stratified sampling regarding the status quo of the clinical pharmacy practice in China.And the results were subjected to statistical analysis.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: A total of 310 questionnaires were sent back,which revealed that the proportions of developing clinical pharmaceutical services including prescription evaluation,ADR monitoring,drug information consultation in hospitals at different level were high,but the proportions of developing such pharmaceutical services as medication orders' writing and drug-food interaction monitoring were low.The pilot hospitals had better clinical pharmacy services as compared with common hospitals,much as in drug therapy monitoring and individualized medication therapy.The clinical pharmacists were characterized by low quality and scanty numbers.The financial support to clinical pharmacy and the role of the clinical pharmacists remain to be intensified.

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese drugs for nourishing Yin and clearing the heat on regulation of sex hormones and clinical efficacy patients with SLE.Methods Fifty four active SLE patients with Yin deficiency were randomly divided into 2groups.Thirty patients in tr eatment group were treated with Pill of Wind-weed Phellodendron and Rehman nia(Zhibai Dihuang Wan)and Bolus for Replenishing Vital Ess ence(Da Buyin Wan)combined with western medicine for 2months,while 24patients in control group were treated with western medicine alone.Before and a fter treatment,the serum levels of f ollicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone,estradiol,pr ogesterone,testosterone,prolactin were measured by ELISA in 54patien ts,respec-tively.Before treatment the serum l evels of FSH,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone,prolactin were measured in 30active SLEpatien ts without Yin deficiency and 25age-matched healthy controls simultaneously.Results The mean levels of FSH,luteinizing h ormone,estradiol were significant ly higher in patients with Yin de-ficiency than those without Yin deficiency and those in heathy controls(P

Objective To investigate the risk factors of flare in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods In this retrospective cohort study132cases of SLE were followed up for1～5years.The risk factors of SLE flare were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression with computer software,SPSS.Results Of the132patients,82cases had more than one flare,the total number of flares was115.The incidence of flare was0.22per patient-year.The frequency of flares within5years after diagnosis of SLE was higher than that in more than5years.By univariate logistic regression analysis the age younger than40years at the beginning of the study,age of disease onset younger than32years,stress,depression,overwork,pregnancy,suffering from infectious disease,and quick decreasing of prednisone dosage significantly increased the risk of flare(P

Objective:To investigate the status of parenting locus of control for middle school students in Hunan and explore its impact factors. Methods: The 5583 middle school students and their parents were sampled randomly using stratified sampling.
