1.The clinical value of serum CA125 in diagnosis of endometriosis caused pelvic pain
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(9):1304-1306
Objective To study the correlation of serum CA125 level and differentiation of endometriosis (EMs) and pelvic pain due to Ems.Methods The clincal data of 305 EMs patients were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ four stage according to r-AFS.The relevance of preoperative serum CA125 and differentiation of Ems and pelvic pain were assessed and statistically analyzed. Results The serum CA125 level was higher in Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage (69.4 ± 5.7) U/ml,(171 ± 11.5) U/ml than that in Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage (14.8 ± 1.2) U/ml,(36.3 ±3.0) U/ml,there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The positive rate of CA125 increased progressively (12.1%,21.5%,40.2%,63.9%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The pain syndromes in the clinical features of differentiation of Ems had obvious difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The serum CA125 detecting can be used in differentiation of Ems,and it has important value in diagnosis and prognosis of EMs.
2.Thoughts and Realization of a General Drug Administrative System
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE: To realize the general use of product managing software in management of drugs in modern hospital. METHOD: The softwares for import, sales and storage of pharmaceutical products in modern hospital were analyzed and compared. The type with best data transplant was found out and grafted upon the module relation. The network technology of programming tool VB was adopted to establish the sensitivity of the effective word section in the database , and the structure of the data was set up in an selective way in the procedure initializing window. RESULTS: The chaining of the system with many kinds of databases was completed. CONCLUSION: The modern programming technology combined with effective establishment of the database can be employed to transplant the complicated data, and therefore the medicine management software can be expected to be in general use.
3.Research Advances of Hypertensive Complication
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(02):-
[Objective]To provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension and its complication.[Methods]Summarize the hypertension and its complication, therapy of chemical and TCM drug, and pharmacological test, through analyzing the related literatures in CNKI,Chinese biomedical database (CBM),and wanfang and vip from 1989 to 2007.[Results]To study the key role of mechanism of hypertension and its complications on hypertension research.[Conclusion]The treatment of hypertension which can be caused by many factors and its complications should be"combination of disease and syndrome."
6.Research progress in the surgical treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;(9):487-490
Thyroid cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the human endocrine system. A papillary thyroid microcarci-noma (PTMC) is usually defined as a papillary thyroid tumor that is less than 10 mm in diameter. The incidence of thyroid cancers has obviously increased in recent years. The surgical treatment of PTMC differs in China and overseas. Aside from conventional surgery, novel surgical methods, such as ultrasound-guided percutaneous ablation, have been used for the surgical treatment of PTMC. This arti-cle mainly discusses the research progress in the surgical treatment of PTMC.
7.Bariatric surgery for the treatment of metabolic diseases
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;12(12):976-979
Bariatric surgery began in 1950s.The rapid increase of obese patients and development of laparoseopic techniques lead to popularity of bariatric surgery all over the world in 1990s.Current mainstream of bariatric surgeries include laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy,Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion. In this review, the efficacy of different surgical procedures was compared in the aspects of metabolic disorder remission and incidence of operation complications and mortality.Efficacy of bariatric surgery on the alleviation of metabolic disorders (including hypergycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia),individual treatment and interdisciplinary cooperation should be emphasized.
8."Thoughts on Classification and Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Terminology Related to ""Sweat"""
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1811-1814
This study was conducted under the background of the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) terminology. Current TCM symptom terminology related to sweat was taken as basis in the extended study. The ICD classification of multiple axis and hierarchical level was used as guidance thought. This paper proposed the principle of detailed classification of TCM sweat symptoms and finally made classification rules for TCM sweatsymptoms. This study has promoted the development of TCM terminology standardization.
9.Prevention and management of hemorrhage during laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(6):727-728
ObjectiveTo investigate the prevention and management of the hemorrhage during laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC), and improve success ratio. MethodsThe medical data of 420 cases with LC from May 2003 to 2009, September were analyzed retrospectively, including total number, hemorrhage site and ways of prevention and management. Results417 cases experienced successful C,with success ratio 99.3%. 49 cases ( 11.7% ) had hemorrhage, and in 46 cases(93. 9% ), it was stopped by laparoscope or hemostasis by compression,3 cases were rescued by operation. All hemorrhage sites included 15 cases(30. 6% ) in triangle de Calot,26 cases(53. 1% ) in gallbladder bed, and 8 cases ( 16.3% ) in incision. ConclusionA reliable opetration and appropriate hemostasis are critical of the successful operation and prevention of complications after LC.
10.Research progress on detecting low molecular weight analytes based on surface plasmon resonance sensing technology
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;33(1):1-6
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is a high-tech optical detection technolo-gy developed quickly in recent years, which combines biology, polymer chemistry and sensing technologies to form a rapid, sensitive, specific, portable and easy to operate detection technology. This paper outlines the mech-anism of SPR sensing technology for detection of low molecular weight analytes, the main application methods and research progress, discusses the advantages and shortages of the method, and foretastes the development prospect of this technology.
