1.Pathogeneses of erectile dysfunction after rectal cancer treatment.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(6):558-561
Rectal cancer is a common malignancy in the alimentary tract with an increasing incidence, the current treatments of which include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and integrated comprehensive options. Sexual dysfunction, especially erectile dysfunction (ED), is one of the commonest complications in men after rectal cancer treatment and is generally attributed to the damage to the pelvic autonomic nerves. However, recent studies show that ED after rectal cancer treatment is a complex pathophysiological process associated with neurogenic, vasculogenic, and psychological factors. This article reviews the pathogeneses of ED after rectal cancer treatment in order to provide some theoretical evidence for its prevention and treatment.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
From April.1993 to Jan.1994,transcatheter maxillary arterial chemoem- bolization using Cisplatin microspheres(DDP-ms)in combination with PBF(DDP,BLM,5- Fu)had been used in 14 cases with regional relapsed nasopharngeal carcinoma and 3 cases of untreated locally advanced nasopharngeal carcinoma got positive response. The result showed 2 patients with Cr,13 PR,1MR and 1 NC advanced cases with PR.The total suc- cessful rate(CR+PR)was 88 24%(15/17),In addition, the main toxicity and coplicaton had been discussed.

OBJECTIVE To improve the professional ability of nosocomial infection managers.METHODS By analyzing the status quo and questions among nosocomial infection managers,we explored the essentiality of professionalism construction of the team of nosocomial infection managers and brought forward a way for it.RESULTS It is necessary to set up a professional education and culture system, improve the related guarantee system and keep the team of nosocomial infection managers in stabilization for strengthening the professionalism construction of the team.CONCLUSIONS It is the objective requirement to promote the construction and development of nosocomial infection discipline that impels professionalism construction of the team of nosocomial infection managers.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the function of department of nosocomial infection management in practice.METHODS It was analyzed the situation that the functional management of department of nosocomial infection in China could not be fully used at present. As far as the main content of nosocomial infection control was concerned,it brought forward the idea of performing the functional management of department of nosocomial infection in practice.RESULTS According to establishing the function of department of nosocomial infection management, strengthening the professional ability, and improving the service, both the effect and quality of nosocomial infection management could be enhanced.CONCLUSIONS The same as medical treatment, scientific research, nursing and logistic management, nosocomial infection management should stick to the legal management, and then its function can be effectively used.

The high-copy-number plasmid pcDNA3.1+ is unstable within S almonella typhimurium. A novel plasmid pmcDNA3.1+ was constructed by removin g the promoter sequence of ampicillin resistance gene (bla gene) in plasmid pcDNA3.1+. In contrast to pcDNA3.1+, pmcDNA3.1+ was stable within Salmonel la typhimurium SL7207 in LB medium with or without ampicillin. Further experi ments showed the ?-lactamase activity of Salmonella typhimurium SL7207(pmc DNA3.1+) was apparently lowered than that of Salmonella typhimurium SL7207( pcDNA3.1+) and the high ampicillin concentration was maintained longer in LB me dium culturing Salmonella typhimurium SL7207(pmcDNA3.1+). When mice were a dministered with Salmonella typhimurium SL7207(pmcDNA3.1+) intraperitoneall y, more than 95% of Salmonella cells separated from the spleen still harbore d the plasmid pmcDNA3.1+ 7 days later; but 99% of Salmonella cells lost the plasmid pcDNA3.1+ at day 3 in mice innoculated with Salmonella typhimurium SL7207(pcDNA3.1+). By lowering the expression of bla gene, the rapid deco mposition of ampicillin in LB medium was avoided and the metabolic pressure was relieved for the host cells. This method offers a solution for the problem of t he instability of high-copy-number plasmid within Salmonella typhimurium.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
A high active soybean isoflavone glucoside hydrolase-producing mould strain was isolated from spirit qu. Its optimal hydrolase-producing conditions were as follows: 2.5% wheat bran as carbon source, 1% NaNO3 as nitrogen source, initial pH7. 0, culture medium volume 40mL/250mL, inoculating quantity 8% , culture temperature 30℃, revolutions 160r/min and culture time 84h. The enzyme activity reached 82 U/mL. Cu2+ can inhibit Absidia sp. R strain from producing the hydrolase, the influence of other metal ions was not remarkable on it.

Objective To understand the mechanism of cerebral energy failure after hypoxia ischemia at the molecular level and to establish the protocol for the safe and effective treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods One hundred neonatal rats were divided into normal control group and hypoxic-ischemic(HI) group. SD rats of both groups were decapitated at the time of 2 h,24 h,48 h,72 h and 7 d after HI.These tissues of cerebrum, cortex and hippocampus were taken out to explore the influence of HI on the expression of GLUT1 and GLUT3 genes with the method of RT-PCR.Results There was an enhancement in the expression of GLUT1 and GLUT3 genes with the increasing of day age. The expression was more intense in hippocampus than that in cortex. However, HI could significantly enhance the expression of GLUT genes. The expression was higher in cortex than that in hippocampus. The expression of two genes reached the peak at 24 h after HI, but was significantly lower than that in control group at 7 d after HI.Conclusion The increased expression of GLUT genes can maintain the energy supplement for the brain and delay a cascade reaction of cerebral energy failure.
