3.Nonoperative treatment compared with plate fixation of displaced midshaft clavicular fractures
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(24):-
[Objective]To compare the outcome and complication rates following nonoperative and those after ptate fixation of displaced midshaft clavicular fractures.[Method]Between March 2001 and December 2005,the data of 110 patients with a displaced midshaft fracture of clavicle were retrospective analyzed.Among them,62 patients were treated with plate fixation,including 53 male and 9 female patients aged 33.5 years old averagely.48 patients were treated with closed reduction and a figure-of-eight bandage applied,including 33 male and 15 female patients aged 33 years old averagely.Following enrollment in the study,the patients were seen at six weeks and at three,six,and twelve months.Assessment included standardized clinical evaluation,completion of the Constant shoulder score,complication and plain radiographs.Radiographic union was defined as complete cortical bridging between proximal and distal fragments on radiograph.[Result]All patients completed one year of follow-up.Constant shoulder score were significantly improved in the operative fixation group at all time-points(P

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2000;0(06):-
Objective To observe the changes of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in blood sugar,TC,TG,HDL C,plasma insulin,body mass index(BMI), microalbuminuria,etc before and after moderate intensity exercise training.Methods 28 patients with mean age of 59.0?7.6 years did moderate intensity exercise training for 1~1.5 hours every day for 12 month.At the same time they received the treatment of diet and oral antidiabetic drug com pared with 40 controls without exercise training. Before and after the observing period we measured the values of items above.Results Plasma glucose level , HbAlc,AUCGS(the area under the curve of glucose sugar) and BMI in fat diabetes with training team were obviously decreased compared with those before observation( P 0.05).Conclusion Exercise training can significantly descend blood sugar, insulin resistance and BMI of obese people ,improve lipidmetabolism and ascend insulin sensitivity. So the action of exercise can't be replaced by the diet and oral drug.
5.The Acting Mechanisms of Statins and Their Application in the Prevention and Treatment of Stroke
Ding-Ming SUN ; Zhi-Jun ZHANG ;
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Stroke is one of the most important causes of disability throughout the world.Epide- miological and clinical studies have demonstrated that statins significantly decrease the incidence of ischemic stroke.In addition to lipid-lowering effect,statins may also have a number of other acting mechanisms that are not dependent on reducing cholesterol levels.Moreover,statins inhibit cerebral vasospasm caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage.For most of the individuals,the safety and tolerability of statins are well.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2011;20(10):626-628
Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is a kind of disease that is associated with EB virus infection and characterized by progressive distruction and necrosis of the nasal cavity and midline facial tissues, with histological features of diffuse lymphomatous cells inflitrate and inflammatory cells as abackground or angiocentric and angioinvasive inflitrate.The prognosis is poor,as it is highly aggressive and it can progress rapidly.This article mainly discusses and reviews the progress in treatment methods.
7.Advances in the studies on cytokine and chemokine gene polymorphisms associated with uveitis

International Eye Science 2008;8(12):2373-2375
·Uveitis is an inflammation of any or all parts of the uveal tract including the iris, ciliary body and the choroid. Despite current advances in diagnosis and management, visual loss occurs in 35%-45% of patients with uveitis. The etiopathogenesis of uveitis remains unknown; it may be associated with environmental and immunogenetic factors. Many studies have demonstrated polymorphisms in major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes may determine involvement in uveitis. Recently polymor-phisms in non-MHC genes, including cytokine and che-mokine genes, have been reported to play important roles in the pathogenesis of uveitis. This article reviewed the advances in the studies on cytokine and chemokine gene polymorphisms associated with uveitis.

This study collected demographic data, past history, personal history, family history, dosage, solvent, combined medication information of adverse reaction cases from a prospective, multi center, large sample intensive hospital monitoring, and found the influencing factors with cross-tab analysis. The results showed that in the medication group of 19-45, patients with allergic histories had a higher proportion in ADR; in the medication group of 46-65, male patients with allergic histories had a higher proportion in ADR; indication and non-indication group, patients of 19-45 years old, with combined medications and allergy histories had a higher proportion in ADR; Non-indication medication group, patients with combined medication, higher concentration, out-instruction solvent and dosage, had a higher proportion in ADR. So, the ADRs of Shenfu injection were related to the history of drug allergy, and also related to the indication, dosage, solvent, concentration when it was used.
