Objective: To investigate the effects of bovine plasma fibronectin on the proliferation and differentiation of rat osteoblasts. Methods:Rat osteoblasts were cultured and identified. AlamarBlue were used to determine the effect of various concentration of bovine plasma fibronectin on the proliferation of the osteoblasts. ELISA method was used to determine the alkaline phosphatase activity of the cells. Results: Fibronectin stimulated the proliferation of rat osteoblasts at 40 ?g/ml (P

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(23):-
The disc degeneration disease has been main research focus in spinal surgery, but the pathogenesis of disc degeneration is still not clear.Appropriate animal models are important for the study of pathogenesis of disc degeneration.Presently, models of disc degenetation are mainly classified into two categaries:vitro models and vivo models. The animal vitro models include disc cell models and disc tissue models. The vivo models include mechanics models and trauma models. This review tries to give a short introduction about the status and progress of animal model about disc degeneration.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To detect the expression of cyclin B 1 in human ameloblastoma(AB). Methods:Expression of cyclin B1 was detected in 73 cases of AB (32 primary, 33 recurrent and 8 malignant cases), 19 of odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) and 7 of normal oral mucosa by streptovidin-biotin method. Results:The ratio of positive nuclear expression of cyclin B 1 in normal oral mucosa, OKC and AB was 28.6%(2/7), 36.8%(7/19) and 63.0%(46/73) respectively (P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2009;25(12):1753-1756
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods MSCT images of 42 cases of colorectal carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in all cases, and curved planar reconstruction (CPR), shaded surface display (SSD), CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC) and Raysum were performed in some of the cases. MSCT findings were analyzed in comparison with operative and pathologic features. Results The detecting rate and quatitative rate of colorectal carcinomas with MSCT were 100%,respectively.The accurate rates were 82.9%(29/35) and 100%(7/7) in detection of invasion of surrounding structures and metastasis in abdominal organs respectively, the sensitivity and specificity for detetion of lymph node metastasis were 71%(22/31) and 100% with MSCT imaging. Conclusion MSCT scan with multiform reconstruction techniques can make definite diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma, which is helpful for treatment plan.

Objective To open out new method,we probe into immune function of??ST and NKT cells in NSCLC.Methods The peripheral blood cells were stained with antibodies labeled with fluorescence in NSCLC,??T,NKT and their set group cells were counted with flow cytometry. Results The absolute counts of??T,CD~+_(56)??T,CD~-_(56)??T,NKT and??T~+ NKT cells in NSCLC was significantly lower than that of normal controls. The relative counts of NKT,??T~+ NKT,??T~-NKT and CD~+_56??T cells in NSCLC was not sig- nificantly lower than that of normal control. The absolute counts of??T cells in NSCLC positively correlated to the number of NKT cells,(r=0.426,P=0.009).Conclusion The absolute counts of??T,NKT and their set ground cells in NSCLC was significantly lower than that of normal controls. In NSCLC the relation of the??T and NKT had positive correlation.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications in the treatment of advance liver cancer under ultrasound guidance with percutaneous RFTI-1 TM-cold cycle RF tumor ablation apparatus produced by Nangjing TianMa high-tech Company limited. Methods 25 patients of advance liver cancer, including 8 cases of metastatic liver cancer, 17 of primary hepatic carcinoma, were treated with percutaneous RFA cool-tip electrode under Ultrasound guidance 1 to 2 times. Eight of the patients prior to RFA were treated with TACE of individually three times for each. The postoperative efficacy was evaluated by enhanced CT. Results 10 lesions were completely necrotized and the majority parts of another 15 lesions were also under necrosis. Follow-up of six months, all patients are still alive with marked improvement of life quality. Conclusion The short-term efficacy of percutaneous Ultrasound-guided RFA with cool-tip electrode for treating advance liver cancer is quite satisfied, worthy to be recommended.
