Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hydrogen-rich water (HRW) combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets (OHCT) in the treatment of malignant neuropathic pain (MNP) patients.Methods Eighty MNP patients were randomly divided into two groups:OHCT group (group A,n =40) and HRW combined OHCT group (group B,n =40).The visual analog scale (VAS) score,frequency of pain outbreaks,pain relief rate,average dose of OHCT per day,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The VAS scores and frequency of pain outbreaks in groups A and B were significantly reduced after treatment (P ＜0.05).Compared to group A,the VAS scores,pain relief rate,outbreak pain and average dose of OHCT per day in group B were significantly improved after 14 and 28 days of treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the adverse reactions,such as constipation,nausea and vomiting,in group B were significantly less than those in group A (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions HRW combined with OHCT can effectively improve the MNP,and reduce average dose of OHCT per day and adverse reactions.

Objective To compare the effect of different dose human immunoglobulin for intravenous injec-tion( IVIG) in the treatment of Kawasaki disease ( KD) .Methods According to different time ,55 children with KD were divided into two groups.26 patients between January 2002 and February 2006 were selected as group A,while 29 patients between October 2006 and June 2013 were selected as group B .Patients in group A were given IVIG 0.4 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×5d,while group B was given IVIG 2 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×1d.Then,the time of fever-reducing and CAL of the two groups were compared .Results The time of fever-reducing in group A was (38 ±4) h,that in group B was (34 ±3)h,there was significant difference between the two groups (t=4.15,P<0.05).The incidence rate of CAL in group A was 6.9%,which was higher than 6.1%in B group,but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant(χ2 =0.253,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of KD with IVIG 2 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×1d is more superior than IVIG 0.4 g· kg-1 · d-1 ×5d.

AIM: To study the effect of oligonucleotides containing unmethylated CpG motif (CpG ODN) on mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) in anti-HcaF cytotoxicity. METHODS: BMDCs were stimulated by CpG ODN in combination with tumor antigen (TAg). The expression of CD80 on BMDC surface was analyzed by FCAS. Level of IL-12 (p70) in supernatants of BMDC culture was detected by ELISA. The proliferation of T cells was examined by MTT assay. Cytotoxicity of CTL induced by CpG ODN combining with TAg was detected by MTT assay. RESULTS: CpG ODN combining or not combining with TAg up-regulated the expression of CD80 on BMDC surface and stimulated BMDCs to produce a high level of IL-12. CpG ODN-activated BMDC promoted the proliferation of T cells. CTL induced by CpG ODN in combination with TAg appeared strong specific cytotoxicity on Hca-F cells. CONCLUSION: CpG ODN may effectively induce the functional maturation of mouse BMDC in vitro. CpG ODN in combination with TAg can enhance the anti-HcaF cytotoxicity of CTL. [

ObjectiveTo explore the association of smoking to the Aspirin and Clopidogrel antiplatelet in patients with stable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods241 smoking patients and 252 non-smoking patients underwent PCI for stable coronary artery disease, all patients had taken aspirin 100 mg/d for 7 d or more. The arachidonic acid (AA)- and adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation were tested as they got in hospital. Then, they accepted Clopidogrel 300 mg as loading dose, continued with 75 mg/d for 3 d. The ADP-induced platelet aggregation were re-tested. ResultsThe incidence of aspirin resistance (AR) and aspirin semiresponder (ASR) was 19.1% in all the cases, and was 25.5% in smoking group, 14.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.027). Age (OR=3.79，95%CI: 1.77～8.12) and smoking (OR=1.98，95%CI: 1.18～4.43) were the independent risk factors of AR and ASR. The incidence of Clopidogrel resistance was 19.5% in all the cases, and was 13.2% in smoking group, 24.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.03). Smoking (OR=0.22，95%CI: 0.09～0.54) may reduce the risk of Clopidogrel resistance. ConclusionSmoking increased the risk of AR and ASR, but reduced the risk of Clopidogrel resistance.

Objective To detect the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)and explore the relationship between HPV infection and clinicopathological features.Methods HPV detection and genotyping in 156 cases of NSCLC were performed using a new liquid chip based on Luminex.Patient clinical characteristics were also recorded,and the relationship between HPV infection and clinicopathological features was studied.Results Of the 156 tumor-DNA samples tested,40 (25.6%)cases showed presence of HPV-DNA,of which 37 cases were of a high-risk HPV type (16,18,33, 58).The differences were statistically significant between the HPV-positive and HPV-negative groups in gender (χ2 =4.387,P =0.036),smoking (χ2 =8.130,P =0.004),histologic type (χ2 =4.075,P =0.044)and lymph node metastasis (χ2 =7.082,P =0.008).The differences were not statistically significant between the HPV-positive and HPV-negative groups in age (χ2 =0.013,P =0.910),differentiated degree (χ2 =1.727, P =0.189),clinical stages (χ2 =0.179,P =0.672),distant metastasis (χ2 =3.012,P =0.083).Logistic regression analysis revealed that lymph node metastasis alone was an independent predictive factor of HPV infection in NSCLC (OR =0.384,95%CI:0.153-0.967,P =0.042),and gender (OR =1.402,95%CI:0.522-3.769,P =0.503),smoking (OR =0.506,95%CI:0.194-1.322,P =0.506),histologic type (OR =0.393,95%CI:0.133-0.161,P =0.091)were not independent predictive factors of HPV infection. Conclusion The infection of HPV presents in part of Chinese NSCLC patients,and HPV infection may be connected with occurrence and development of lung cancer.

Objectives To explore the effect and advantages of seperatable nylon ring ligation under endoscope for esophageal varices hemorrhage.Methods 24 cases of esophageal varices hemorrhage accepted ligation treatment under endoscope guide by using Olympus separatable nylon ring ligation apparatus. The effect was recorded. Results The average ligation points on one case were 10 2. The emergency hemostatic rate hemorrhage from esophageal varices repture was 100%. The disappearance rate of esophageal varices was 73 7%. No severe complication was occurred during operation.Conclusions Seperatable nylon ring ligation treatment under endoscope is a new safe and effective method for esophageal varices hemorrhage. This method is simple and cheap.so it has valuable for spreading use in clinic.

Objective To study the effects of serum containing Psoralea on proliferation and melanogenesis in A375 human melanoma cells by serum pharmacological method. Method A375 human melanoma cells were cultured in vitro. Different concentrations of drug-contained serum were added to the culture medium during logarithmic growth phase.
