OBJECTIVE:To find out the main problems about quality supervision over Chinese herbal pieces and effective su-pervision strategies. MEDTHODS:First,static and dynamic models of the game between the enterprises engaged in the production and business of Chinese herbal pieces and local food and drug administration were respectively established,to which pure strategy Nash equilibrium analysis and mixed strategy Nash equilibrium analysis were made. Next,the model of the game between the supe-rior regulatory authorities and the basic-level regulatory authorities was established,to which mixed strategy analysis was made to find out the supervision factors relevant to the quality safety of Chinese herbal pieces. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Based on the current situation of quality supervision over Chinese herbal pieces and the analysis results of the game models,it is suggested that at present the Chinese herbal medicine regulatory authorities of China should work hard to promote the reform of the supervision system,reduce supervision cost(including the guidance of the large-scale and centralized production of Chinese medicinal materi-als and unified appliance of approval number to the administration of Chinese herbal pieces),establish a systematic and comprehen-sive system of rewards and punishments,create a professional supervisor staff(including the strengthening of basic-level supervisor staff creation and the improvement of personnel's quality,the standardization of the law enforcement of regulatory authorities and the combination of proper power delegation to lower levels and strict supervision),and balance the relationship between the govern-ment and the public in supervision to increase the public's awareness of responsibility.

Objective To explore the changes and the clinical signficance in serum myocardial zymogram of patients with intracerebral be hemorrhage(ICH).Methods To estimate the serum myocardial zymogram.Serum aspartate aminotrasferase(AST),lactate dehychogenase (LDH),creatine kinas (CK) in patients with ICH were measured in 3 days,then to make comparison with control group.Results The serum myocardial zymogram in ICH group were higher than that of control group(P <0.05).There were different changes in serum myocardial zymogram of various parts.The serum myocardial zymogram in group with temporal lobe damage was higher than that of group without temporal lobe damage (P < 0.05).The serum myocardial zymogram of group with colliculus brain damage was higher than that of group without colliculus brain damage(P <0.05) ,the serum myocardial zymogram of group with disorder of consciousness was higher than that of group wakefulness(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are significant changes in the serum myocardial zymogram of patients with ICH.The incidence of the serum myocardial zymogram in ICH was close]y correlated to the severity area and part of ICH,consciousness disorder.To estimate serum zymogram is helpful to judge patients' state and prognosis.

Objective　To construct an anti-LPS single chain phage antibody library in mice for further biomedical works. Methods　Total RNA was extracted from splenic cells for reverse transcription after BALB/C mice had been immunized with pure LPS for 4 weeks. The designed primers were used to amplify the variable region genes of both heavy and light chain (VH,VL) with polymerase chain reaction. The VH and VL were then conjugated to form a single chain of variable fragment (ScFv) by a linker. The ScFv was cut by NotⅠ and SfiⅠ and then ligated into a pCANTAB5E phagemid vector which was digested with the same restriction enzymes. The ligated vector was then tranfected into the competent E.coli TG1 cells. Four TG1 clones were randomly selected to detect the exotic DNA. Results　The titer of anti-LPS in murine sera was 1∶12 800. The concentration of total RNA was 12.3813 μg/ml. The length of the fragments were 340 bp for VH, 320 bp for VL and 800 bp for ScFv respectively. 1.9×107 clones were grown after transfection and one from the four randomly selected clones was identified to contain the exotic DNA. Conclusion　A 4.75×106 murine anti-LPS single chain phage antibody library was successfully constructed.

Objective To observe the apoptosis or oncosis of pancreatic acinar cells of different severity of acute pancreatitis (AP) and the release level of enzymes in vitro, and to investigate the relationship between them. Methods Two-step enzymatic digestion method was used to separate pancreatic acinar cells into 4 groups. 0. 1 μg/ml of the caerulein was added in the AP group. Caerulein and LPS (bacterial lipopolysaccharide, 10 mg/L) were added in LPS group. Caerulein and OCT (octreotide, 100 ng/ml) were added in OCT group. Medium was added in the control group. AO (acridine orange) and EB (ethidium bromide) double staining method was used to detect the incidence of apoptosis or oncosis of acinar cell. The release of intracellular enzyme was detected by measuring the concentrations of amylase and LDH in cell culture media by colorimetry method. Results The apoptosis index was 2.2 + 0.4, 6.4 ± 0.6, 4.6 + 0.4, 11.2 +1.2 in the control group, AP group, LPS group, OCT group; while the oncosis index was 3.0 +0.4, 17.2 ±1.6, 23.0 ± 2.2, 12.8 ± 1.4 in the control group, AP group, LPS group, OCT group; the release of LDH was (2180 ±240), (8060 ±930), (9460 +920), (6860 ±740) U/dl, the level of amylase was (1750 ± 190),(3820 ±460), (4420 ±480), (2260 ±260)U/L. All the values in the experiment groups were significantly higher than that in control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The oncosis index, LDH, amylase in LPS group was significantly higher than that in AP group ( P ＜ 0.05 ), but the apoptosis index in LPS group was significantly lower than that in AP group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The apoptosis index in OCT group was significantly higher than that in AP group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), but the oncosis index, LDH, amylase was significantly lower than that in AP group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusions Induction of apoptosis and reduction of oncosis in AP pancreatic acinar cells can reduce the release of enzyme in acinar cells.

Objective: To study the antipyretic action of Dipseudoephedrine Glycyrrhizin and its effect on heart rate and blood pressure of rats.Methods: The model of pyretic rabbit was established by diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus triple vaccine,and to observe the effect of Dipseudoephedrine Glycyrrhizin on temperature of rabbit. Two-path physiological recorder was used to measure heart rate and blood pressure.Results: The experiment proved that Dipseudoephedrine Glycyrrhizin can decrease the anus temperature of pyretic rabbit obviously.Dipseudoephedrine Glycyrrhizanate had no remarkably effect on heart rate and blood pressure.Conclusion: Dipseudoephedrine Glycyrrhizin has antipyretic action and has no effect on heart rate and blood pressure within studied dose.
