Objective To investigate the characteristics of pathogenic bacteria/the drug resistance/the correlated risk fators/the prophylaxis control strategy of the severe craniocerebral injury patients combined with intracranial infection .Methods The clinical data of 35 craniocerebral injury patients with intracranial infection were retrospectively analyzed .Results 35 patients′cerebrospinal fluid were separated and 54 pathogenic bacterium had been cultured ,including G+ bacterium(61 .11% ) ,the G - bacteria(33 .33% ) , fungi(5 .56% ) .The pathogenic bacteria showed a higher resistance .The single factor analysis found that the wound itself exists in-fection factors ,the postoperative drainage of incision ,liquorrhoea ,with other basic diseases ,surgery lasted for a long time (>4 h) reoperative ,surgery is placed foreign body is severe craniocerebral trauma combined with intracranial infection were the main rele-vant factors .The total effective rate was 62 .86% ,and the mortality was 11 .43% by the positive therapy .Conclusion G+ bacteria were the main pathogenic bacterium in the severe craniocerebral injury patients combined with intracranial infection .The iatrogenic factors leaded to the increase of the proportion of intracranial infection and the resistance increased year after year .The clinical in-travenous antibiotics combined intrathecal injections were beneficial to control intracranial infection ,shorten the course of treatment and enhance the curative effect .

Objective To explore the CT features in CD_(117)-weak and CD_(117)-negative gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods The CD_(117)-weak and CD_(117)-negative Gist proved by pathologically and sur- gically in 13 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumor was located in the stomach in 6 cases, small intestine in 4 cases, colorectum in 2 cases, greater omentum in one case. The most common clinical manifestations were abdominal pain or discomfort in 6 cases, hematemesis or melena in 3 cases.Malignant tu- mors occurred in 8 cases.Benign tumors occurred in 5 cases.A soft tissue was identified in all 13 cases in CT examination. The CT examinations revealed cystic regions and bleeding in 5 cases.Calcification was not noted within the masses in all cases. The mean diameter of benign tumors was 3.4 cm?2.8 cm while that of malig- nant tumor was 7.5 cm?6.2 cm.All the cases underwent operation, the resection rate was 100%.After follow up from 6 months to 4 years in 10 cases,1 case died of tumor recurrence and metastasis, the others survived. Conclusion CD_(117)-weak and CD_(117)-negative Gist occurred more common in the stomach.CT is useful in lo- cation and differentiation of CD_(117)-weak and CD_(117)-negative gastric stromal tumors with regard to benign or malignant.Surgery is the main method for final diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the feasibility of artificial silastic framework(SF)in repair of large area of tracheal wall defects. Methods Twenty healthy adult dogs with tracheal defects for 2.5 cm?6.0 cm-3.0 cm?6.0cm were randomly and equally divided into experimental group(repaired with SF combined with sternohyoid fasciae)and control group(repaired with T-silastie tubule combined with sternohyoid fascial flap). After the operation, the animals were sacrificed at the 4th,8th,16th,24th, and 48th weeks respectively for harvesting the tracheae that were used for tracbeoscopically observing in- flammatory reaction of the repaired defect area and light microscopically observing epithelium healing on the repaired defect area. Results In the experiment group, the repaired trachea was smooth, without proliferation of granulation;and at the 8th week, the repaired defect area was covered with epithelial cells, with good functional recovery of respiration, phonation and deglutition. In the control group, there was obvious proliferation of granulation on the tracheal surface near anterior and posterior ends of T-silas tic tubule. The animals were under asphyxia to die with extraction of T-silastic tubule. Conclusions SF has excellent tracheal skeletal function. In the meantime,SF combined with sternohyoid fasciae is a simple but effective method for repair of large area of tracheal wall defects.

In this study, the psbA-trnH sequence as DNA barcode was used to evaluate the accuracy and stability for identification pteridophyte medicinal material Pyrrosiae Foliumas from adulterants. Genomic DNA from 106 samples were extracted successfully. The Kimura 2-Parameter (K2P) distances and ML tree were calculated using software MEGA 6.0. The intra-specific genetic distances of 3 original plants were lower than inter-specific genetic distances of adulterants. The ML tree indicated that Pyrrosiae Folium can be distinguished from its adulterants obviously. Therefore, the psbA-trnH sequence as a barcode of the pteridophyte, can accurately and stably distinguish Pyrrosiae Folium from its adulterants.

Lipoproteins are biological lipids carriers. The natural and reconstituted lipoprotein based drug delivery systems have been extensively developed in recent years. This article reviews the development of natural and reconstituted low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein based vehicles in the antitumor area.

To evaluate the protective effects of intravitreal injection of cannabinoid HU - 211 for optic nerve in glaucoma rats, providing the experimental evidence in the treatment of glaucoma optic nerve injury.
●METHODS: Glaucoma rats (18 eyes) were modeled by electric coagulation sclera surface vein and randomized into 3 groups, group A received intravitreal injection of 1mg/ 0. 1mL cannabinoid HU - 211 every other day respectively; group B was given intravitreal injection of 0. 1mL water every other day, group C was high intraocular pressure (lOP) group, 6 eyes were randomly selected for blank control group ( group D). lOP was observed every day. The rats were sacrificed after treatment 4wk, froze retina section, HE stain. The density fluctuation of retinal ganglion cell ( RGC ) neurons assessment the optic nerve of rat model with chronic high lOP glaucoma were measured.
●RESULTS: The apoptosis and damage degree of RGC in group B was obviously higher than that in group A, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in groups B and C (P >0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON: lntravitreal injection of cannabinoid HU-211 shows obvious protective effect on optic nerve in glaucom rat models.

Objective To explore the effect of iron chelators on labile iron pool and expression of apoptosis associated genes in cells of K562, an erythroleukemia cell line. Methods K562 cells were incubated at 37 ℃ in RPMI 1640 containing 10% heat-inactived fetal bovine serum in an saturated humidity and 5% CO_2 incubator. K562 cells were incubated with different concentrations of desferro-(xamine(DFO)). The study groups were divided as following: DFO group, iron+DFO group and the control group. Following indices were detected which included apoptosis by flow cytometry (FCM) assay, expression of Rb, c-myc, bax mRNA by RT-PCR. The intracellular LIP was measured with a fluorimetric assay using the metalsensitive probe calcein-AM.Results 1. The viability of K562 cells incubated with different concentrations of DFO was lower than that of control group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h (P
