1.Hypotensive Test of Rats by Intravenous Immunoglobulin
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(04):-
In the paper, 32 lots of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG)were tested by an animal model, the hypotensive test of rats. A linear correlation was found between prekallikrein activator (PKA)activity and hypotensive reaction if the inflow of human IVIG was made rapid (r=0.96,n=23). The preliminary observations indicated that it would be satisfactory that the PKA activity was below 35IU/ ml and the size of reduction in blood pressure was not 15% higher than that of control animal's level. The rat model can provide a method for safe usage of the intravenous immunoglobulin and reliable detection of and control over the residual PKA activity in blood products.
2.Effects of misoprostol in the female rat with osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(06):-
Objective This study was performed to investigate whether misoprostol (PGE1 analogue) is effective for the restoration of bone loss in female rats with osteoporosis induced by ovarectomy. Methods The model of osteoporosis was established by ovariectomy in rats, and then the rats were given different doses of misoprostol. Bone mineral density(BMD), serum BGP and urine HOP/Cr were measured. Results BMD (0 26?0 03)g/cm 2 and (0 28?0 02)g/cm 2 in the misoprostal treatment groups was significantly higher than that in the control group 〔(0 23?0 02)g/cm 2, P 0 05〕 Compared with the control group 〔(3 02?0 42)?g/L, P 0 05 〕. Conclusions Results of our study demonstrate that the bone loss caused by ovariectomy was restored by misoprostol administration. The effect of misoprostol mainly is due to its promotion of bone formation.

Acupuncture Research 2010;0(03):-
Objective To observe changes of the partial oxygen pressure in the deep tissues along the Large Intestine Meridian (LIM) during acupuncture stimulation,so as to reveal the characteristics of energy metabolism in the tissues along the LIM. Methods Thirty-one healthy volunteer subjects were enlisted in the present study. Partial oxygen pressure (POP) in the tissues (at a depth of about 1.5 cm) of acupoints Binao (LI 14),Shouwuli (LI 13),Shousanli (LI 10),2 non-acupoints [the midpoints between Quchi (LI 11) and LI 14,and between Yangxi (LI 5) and LI 11) of the LIM,and 10 non-meridian points,1.5-2.0 cm lateral and medial to each of the tested points of the LIM was detected before, during and after electroacupuncture (EA) stimulation of Hegu (LI 4) by using a tissue oxygen tension needle-like sensor. Results In normal condition, the POP values in the deep tissues along the LIM were significantly higher than those of the non-meridian control points on its bilateral sides. During and after EA of Hegu (LI 4),the POP levels decreased significantly in the deep tissues along the LIM in comparison with pre-EA (P0.05). Conclusion POP is significantly higher in the deep tissues along the LIM of healthy subjects under normal conditions, which can be downregulated by EA of Hegu (LI 4),suggesting an increase of both the utilization rate of oxygen and energy metabolism after EA.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objectives A rat model sciatic nerve crush injury was reproduced in rat,and behavioral changes, pain threshold, thermal withdrawal latency(TWL)and the changes in c-fos expression in cornu dorsale medullae spinalis were examined, and the relationship between peripheral nerve regeneration and hyperpathia was explored. Methods 40 male Wistar rats weighing 180-200g were randomly divided into sciatic nerve injury group(group A,n=20)and sham-operation group(group B,n=20).The right sciatic nerve of rats in group A was crushed with a hemostat in the middle of the nerve for 30 seconds, until the nerve appeared translucent. The right sciatic nerve of rats in group B was only exposed without crush injury under the same anesthesia.Behavioral response, pain threshold and TWL were assessed on 18,21,24,27,30,33,36 and 39d after operation.c-fos expression was examined immunohistochemically on 21,27,33 and 39d after operation after rats were euthanized. Results The cumulative pain scores of group A were higher than those of group B at every time point(P

Objective To introduce the aim, design principles, function and characteristic of LIS. Methods Through functionalized design of module, this net management system is created by composed application, sampling, check, count, verify, auditing, issuance, quality control, query, consume control as an entirety. Results The accurate test data, the timeliness report and the query convenience were increased. Conclusion The LIS can provide exact and quick medical service for patients.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the establishment of performance indicator system for evaluating national essential drug system in China.METHODS:Reference to the field of health policy performance evaluation research and practice at home and abroad.WHO indicators for evaluating national drug policies, and a qualitative study on the theory and approach of policy evaluation was conducted.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:To establish a China-specific performance evaluation indicator system, policy goals should be specified, and evaluation criterions and policy components should be also defined firstly. An indicator system framework of national essential drug system which based on WHO recommendatory indicators should be proposed accordingly. But detailed indicators should be established based on field research and experts counseling.

Objective To explore significance of the T lymphacyte subgroup in cases with multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods Indirect immunofluorescence assay and flow cytometry were used to evaluate the presence of CD_4~+,CD_8~+ and T lymphocyte in the sera and CSF in patients with MS treated with glucocorticoid in the active stage. Results The CD_4~+,CD_8~+ and T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of the patients in comparison with those of the control group decreased whereas their CD_4~+/CD_8~+ increased(P
