Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 153 Sm-EDTMP treatment on pain palliation in the patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer, breast cancer or prostate cancer. Methods 166 patients with bone metastasis of cancers were intravenously injected 18.5～37 MBq/kg (0.5～1.0 mCi/kg ) body weight of 153 Sm-EDTMP, once a month or two months. Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shutiao Decoction on patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression. Methods:Sixty patients with stable coronary artery disease and anxiety and depression from January 2019 to December 2019 in Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. They were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases according to random number table method. The control group recieved Western medicine routine treatment combined with psychological intervention, the treatment group was treated with Shutiao Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, TCM syndrome score, Seattle Angina Scale (SAQ), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were evaluated. The adverse events were recorded during treatment and clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0% (27/30), the control group was 73.3% (22/30), where the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z=-2.515, P=0.012). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score (9.37 ± 6.47 vs. 18.37 ± 6.58; t=-5.341, P<0.01) of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Among SAQ domains’ scores, the physical activity limitation, and the stable state of angina pectoris, angina attack in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( t values were 2.294, 7.698, 4.677, 3.215, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01). The HAMA score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (9.20 ± 5.26 vs. 12.17 ± 4.88; t=-2.266, P=0.027). The HAMD score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (11.27 ± 5.83 vs. 15.03 ± 6.16; t=-2.433, P=0.018). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% (1/30) in the treatment group and 6.67% (2/30) in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( χ2=0.351, P=0.554). Conclusion:Shutiao Decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment can improve patients’ TCM syndromes, relief angina pectoris, anxiety and depression.

As an advanced quantitative technology for cells, flow cytometry, which can make multi-paramter quantitative analysis and sorting of individual cells or biological particles, has been widely used in immunology, oncology, hematology and other fields of medical research and clinical diagnosis in recent years.It can quantitatively detect the expression levels of cytokines and the distribution characteristics of cell subsets in the intraocular fluid.Compared with traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, cell morphology and immunohistochemistry, it has the advantages of simple operation, smaller sample size, higher sensitivity and higher throughput.Flow cytometry has been widely used in the detection and subgroup analysis of cytokines related to eye diseases, such as intraocular angiogenesis, intraocular lymphoma, retinopathy, cataract, uveitis, sarcoidotic uveitis, infectious intraocular inflammation, etc.Flow cytometry plays an increasingly important role in the pathogenesis research and targeted therapy of eye diseases.In this article, the application of flow cytometry in the examination of cytokines and cytology in ocular fluid for ocular diseases were reviewed.

Team training significantly affects the performance of clinicians in neonatal resuscitation, which plays an important role in improving outcomes of asphyxiated newborns. Since 2016, team training was formally described in the Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation, including 10 key points, which were summarized into three core elements in this review: teamwork, communication, and leadership. We review the application of these three elements in current team training and the main training approaches, aiming to offer a framework for standardized team training and to improve the success rate of neonatal resuscitation.

AIM: To observe the efficacy and compliance of cetirizine hydrochloride and pranoprofen eye drops on children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis.
● METHODS: A total of 63 children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis, from the outpatient department in our hospital between Jan. 2014 and Dec. 2015, were randomly divided into two groups including experimental group and control group. The cases in experimental group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride, 2 times/d, 5 drops (0. 25ml, 2. 5mg) each time (≤6 years) or 10 drops (0. 5ml, 5mg) each time (>6 years), oral or oral with beverage and food, 1g/L pranoprofen eye drops, 4 times/d, 1 drop each time. The cases in control group were only treated with cetirizine hydrochloride, 2 times /d, 5 drops (0. 25ml, 2. 5mg) each time (≤6 years) or 10 drops (0. 5ml, 5mg) each time (>6 years), oral or oral with beverage and food for 14d. All the children were detected the scores of symptom and pathology before and after treatment. Compliance and side effect of the drug were surveyed by questionnaire.
● RESULTS: The scores of symptom, pathology and overall total after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in each group ( texperimental, symptom =10. 41, P < 0. 05; texperimental, pathology = 10. 05, P < 0. 05;texperimental, overal =10. 75, P<0. 05;tcontrol, symptom=8. 11, P<0. 05;tcontrol, pathology=8. 89, P<0. 05; tcontrol, overal =8. 41, P<0. 05). The scores of symptom, pathology and overall total in experimental group were lower than those in control group after the treatment (tsymptom=5. 27, P<0. 05; tpathology=3. 97, P<0. 05;toveral =4. 32, P<0. 05). The effective rate of experimental group ( 85%) was significantly higher than control group (60%) (χ2 =4. 92, P<0. 05). Most of the children ( 94%) had very good compliance. None of children had side effect such as sleepiness and thirst.
● CONCLUSION: Cetirizine hydrochloride and pranoprofen eye drops in combination may offer a safety and effective treatment on children with vernal keratoconjunctivitis and have good compliance.

In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the treatment of tumors, especially digestive system tumors, has achieved promising results.The current research shows that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and 5-FU can enhance tumor inhibition rate, prolong survival period of patients, improve immunity and quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce side effects such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions and so on.Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine combined with 5-FU can have synergistic and attenuated effects.

At the moment of its WTO accession, China also enters the stage of mass higher education. Mass higher education is an objective inevitability of the economic and social development. China's mass higher education lays a firm foundation for China to join the WTO and the WTO entry in turn brings considerable opportunities to it. Objective To study the efficacy of simple Chinese medicine steam spray and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after facial burn deep Ⅱ degree.Methods 80 patients were randomized into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases).The treatment group was given the treatment of Chinese medicine steam spray.The control group was given the treatment of Chinese medicine steam spray,pressure therapy,physical therapy,rehabilitation training and psychotherapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups was evaluated respectively after 3 months.Results After 3 months,the skins of most of patients in the treatment group were nearly normal with no pigmentation and scar hyperplasia.The cure rate was 72.5 ％,the obvious effective rate was 12.5 ％,and the effective rate was 7.5 ％.Some patients in the control group were lightly and inconspicuously pigmented,but the pigmentation area was reduced.The colour of their skins was not different from that of the normal skin.The cure rate was 42.5 ％,the obvious effective rate was 12.5 ％,and the effective rate was 25.0 ％.The effects of the two groups were significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after the facial burn can reduce the pigmentation and scar hyperplasia and improve the quality of life.
