Objective To explore the effect and utilization of comprehensive treatment on intrahepatic recurrence after hepatic resection for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods One and two year recurrent rate of 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent hepatic resection in a two-year follow up were analyzed retrospectively,control group 30 cases,comprehensive treatment group 30 cases.Results One and two year intrahepatic recurrent rate of comprehensive treatment is 13％(4/30)and 40％(12/30)respectively.The difference was statistically singnificant(x2=4.176,4.310,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive treatment on postponing intrahepatic recurrence after hepatic resection for hepatocellular carcinoma is obvious.

Objective To research effect of esomeprazole,mosapride,hydrotalcid treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),and find effective treatment methods.Methods 90 cases diagnosed as GERD patients were divided into the three groups:group A(30 cases),B group(30 cases),C group(30 cases).A group was treated with esomeprazole 40mg qd,B group was treated with esomeprazole 40mg qd,mosapride 5mg tid,C group was treated with esomeprazole 40mg qd,mosapride 5mg tid,three scenarios Hydrotalcid 1.0g tid treatment.The treatment methods remained for 4 weeks and 8 weeks and symptom remission were evaluated.Results The clinical remission rates were 66.7％,83.3％ and 90.0％ after four weeks treatment in A group,B group,C group; the clinical remission rates were 73.3％,90.0％ and 96.7％ after eight weeks treatment in A group,B group,C group.The total effective rate of group A and group C in eight weeks were significantly difference (P ＜ 0.05),A group and B group,B group and C group showed no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with mosapride,Hydrotalcid treated with GERD can get better efficacy,which can improve symptom relief rates.

OBJECTIVETo investigate effects of elastic stable intramedullary nails for the treatment of radial neck fracture in children.

METHODSFrom July 2006 to December 2011, 25 children with radical neck fractures, which included 16 males and 9 females aged from 7 to 15 years old (means 10.7), were treated with elastic stable intramedullary nails. According to Judet classification, 6 cases were type II, 17 cases were type III and 2 cases were type IV (including 1 case with type IVa and 1 case with type IVb). The fracture healing, pain, deformity and range of motion of elbow were recorded.

RESULTSAll patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an average of 14 months. Twenty-five patients were obtained bone healing. According to Tibone and Stoltz evaluation standard, 18 cases got excellet results, 4 cases in good and 3 cases in moderate.

CONCLUSIONElastic stable intramedullary nails for the treatment of radial neck fracture in children has advantages of simple operation,less trauma and good results.

Objective To study the clinical significance of P - selection expression in children with viral encephalitis and the correlation between this expression and the cerebral infarction with critical viral encephalitis. Methods Flow cytometric was employed to detect the expression of P- selection on the surface of platelet membrane in 44 children with viral encephalitis(20 light patients and 24 critical patients) and 20 healthy control children. The area of the cerebral infarction was determined by computed tomographic scan in 20 patients with critical viral encephalitis. The correlation between the two variables was analyzed. Objective To investigate the roles of adrenomedullin(ADM) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease(CHD) complicated with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods Plasma ADM and ET-1 concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay in heart failure stage and recovery period of 18 infants with left-to-right shunt CHD.Also 20 healthy infants acted as control group were measured.Results Plasma concentrations of ADM and EF-1 were significantly higher in heart failure stage of left-to-right CHD infants than those in their recovery period,and both in their heart failure stage and in their recovery period were higher than that in control group(P

BACKGROUND:Compared with hydroxyapatite materials and other nano-hydroxyapatite composites, carbon fiber-reinforced nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composites have been significantly improved in the mechanical strength, toughness, elastic modulus and other aspects. It can be used for repairing bone defects of loading parts. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the biocompatibility of carbon fiber-reinforced nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composites in bone tissues. METHODS:Eight Bama mini pigs were taken to establish models of thoracic vertebral defects and implanted with carbon fiber-reinforced nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composites. At 8, 16 and 24 weeks after implantation,the animals were sacrificed, respectively, for bone mineral density detection and hematoxylin-eosin staining. Blood samples for kidney and liver function tests were taken before and 1 and 8 weeks after implantation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Hematoxylin-eosin staining of bone samples showed that the materials could bond with the bone defect interface without rejection, and could induce osteogenesis of chondrocytes. At 8 weeks after surgery, the broken ends of cancelous bone closed and the composite material was wrapped by granulation tissues. At 16 weeks after surgery, granulation tissues were organized and new bone developed directly from fibroblast cels. The new bone tissues were nearly fused with the end of cancelous bone. At 24 weeks after surgery, new bone tissue became mature lamelar bone, and the end of cancelous bone was connected tightly with the composite material. Bone mineral density of the implanted vertebra showed an increase trend at 8, 16 and 24 weeks after implantation. Over time, the bone mass was increased. The liver and kidney function tests showed that there was no significant difference before and after implantation. It is preliminarily believed that the carbon fiber-reinforced nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 composite has excelent histocompatibility and bioactivity without hepatic toxicity and nephritic toxicity.

Objective To investigate the effects of Rhizoma Zingiberis Extract (RZE) on the cardiac functions of rabbits with heart failure. Methods Forty pure-bred New-Zealand rabbits were randomly allocated to 4 groups: control group, low-dosage RZE group, moderate-dosage RZE group and high-dosage RZE group. The rabbit model of heart failure was established by intravenous dripping of 20 g/L pentobarbital sodium. Oral tube perfusion of RZE was given after model establishment.The hemodynamic changes were observed before and after the modeling and 5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90,120,150 minutes after treatment by a RM-6000 4-graph physiological monitor.
