Objective To evaluate the value of gated ~(99)Tc~m-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging in detection of myocardial ischemia in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods Sixty-nine patients with clinically proven hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were divided into 2 groups using coronary angiogram as "gold standard":positive group(n=19,narrowing≥50%) and negative group (n=50,narrowing＜50%).Gated ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging was performed and positive in all 69 patients (41 males,28 females,aged 35-75 years).Comparative analysis between the two groups was carried out using t-test.Results In the positive group,reversible and irreversible perfusion defects were detected in 9 and 10 patients,respectively.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) increased to (69.1±2.8)% in 8 patients and decreased to(42.8±2.1)% in 11 patients.In the negative group,reversible and irreversible perfusion defects were found in 37 and 13 patients,respectively.LVEF increased to(70.8±4.0)% in 38 patients and decreased to(48.9±2.7)% in 12 patients.The values of ischemic area,severity and extent of perfusion defect,and LVEF were significantly different between the two groups(t=9.28,16.51,2.65;P＜0.001,＜0.001,＜0.01,respectively).Conclusions Gated ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging is valuable in assessing patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Detection for the presence or absence of coexisting coronary artery disease and myocardial ischemia has an important prognostic indication and management indication for these patients.

The standard describes manipulation norms, terms and definitions, dianjizhen and the output energy of single pulse, etc. It is expected that these comments and suggestions can be taken in consideration in the revision of industry standard or the development of national standard so as to improve the scientific level and feasibility of the technique standard of electroacupuncture therapy device.

Objective To study the level of immunoglobulin and the prevalence of ANA in patients with Graves' diseases(GD).To explore the correlation between GD and other systemic autoimmune disorders.Methods Data of 145 patients with GD and 45 healthy subjects were collected.All cases were detected on the presence of ANA and the level of immunoglobulin,FT3,FT4,and thyroid specific antibodies.Results The presencerate of ANA and the level of IgG in patients with GD were higher than that in healthy controls [(28.28% vs 4.55%);(70.96?26.14 vs 60.41?11.01) mmol/L](P

Objective To measure the temperature sensation threshold of trunk skin in healthy adults. Methods The threshold of cold sensation, warm sensation, cold pain sensation and heat pain sensation of trunk skin key points (T3, T7 and T11) were measured with Thermal Sensory Analyzer in 123 healthy adults. Results The thresholds of cold, warm, cold pain and heat pain sensations were obtained. The standard deviation of cold and warm threshold was less than that of heat pain. The range of cold sensation threshold was the largest. The heat pain sensation threshold increased with segmental declining and the sensation threshold increased with age. Conclusion Normal reference value should be established variously with the segment and age. The threshold of cold, warm varies less, while the threshold of cold pain and heat pain varies too much.

Objective To investigate the differences in clinical, laboratory and therapeutic aspects of primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) between young/middle-age group and old group.Methods The 84 pSS patients were divided into the young and middle-age group (n=54) and the old group (n = 30). The differences in clinical features, laboratory indices and drug therapy were retrospectively analyzed. The chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results The positive incidences of xerostomia, dry eye symptom and rampant teeth were 80.0%, 76.7% and 43.3%respectively in the old group. And they were all significantly higher than in young and middle-aged group (57.4%, 51.9% and 20.4%, all P＜0. 05). The positive rates of rheumatoid factor (RF)elevation, antiRo/SSA and antiLa/SSB antibodies were 13. 0%, 36.7% and 16.7% in the old group,and significantly lower than in young and middle-age group (44.4%, 59.3% and 42.6%, all P＜0.05). The incidences of leukopenia and thyroid gland involvement were much lower in the aged group (13.3% and 10.0%) than in the young and middle-age group (48. 1% and 37.0%, P＜0. 05). The percentage of patients receiving hydroxychloroquine as the main medicine was much lower in the aged group than in the young and middle-age group (16.7% vs. 40. 7%, P＜0. 05), while percentage of treatment with exclusive glucosides of Paeony Capsules was much higher (33.3% vs. 14.8%, P＜0.05). There were no statistical differences between two groups in ophthalmological examination,immunoglobulin level and sialography. Conclusions Those pSS patients with late onset exhibit more abnormalities in clinical parameters, but fewer in immunological parameters, which may be helpful in estimating prognosis and pathogenetic factors in pSS.
