Objective To evaluate the value of gated ~(99)Tc~m-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging in detection of myocardial ischemia in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods Sixty-nine patients with clinically proven hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were divided into 2 groups using coronary angiogram as "gold standard":positive group(n=19,narrowing≥50%) and negative group (n=50,narrowing<50%).Gated ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging was performed and positive in all 69 patients (41 males,28 females, aged 35-75 years).Comparative analysis between the two groups was carried out using t-test.Results In the positive group, reversible and irreversible perfusion defects were detected in 9 and 10 patients, respectively.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) increased to (69.1±2.8)% in 8 patients and decreased to(42.8±2.1)% in 11 patients. In the negative group, reversible and irreversible perfusion defects were found in 37 and 13 patients, respectively.LVEF increased to(70.8±4.0)% in 38 patients and decreased to(48.9±2.7)% in 12 patients. The values of ischemic area, severity and extent of perfusion defect, and LVEF were significantly different between the two groups(t=9.28,16.51,2.65;P<0.001,<0.001,<0.01,respectively).Conclusions Gated ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging is valuable in assessing patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Detection for the presence or absence of coexisting coronary artery disease and myocardial ischemia has an important prognostic indication and management indication for these patients.

Objective To evaluate the short-term therapeutic effect and radiation reaction of stereotactic radiotherapy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer in the elderly patients. Methods Thirty-one patients with stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer were treated with stereotactic radiotherapy. Patients aged 70-88 years, median age 76; 21 were stage I patients, and 10 stage Ⅱ ; 14 patients had tumor

The establishment of quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine system that not only accords with Chinese medicine function characteristics but also is recognized as international medical circles, is an arduous task in urgent need of solving the current modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of internationalization. It is difficult to evaluate atraditional Chinese medicine by detection of single active components in traditional Chinesemedicinewiththe western medicine quality controlmethod due to the overall effects of traditional Chinese drugs, the components of the overall diversity, targets, and the complexity of the interaction between components of unpredictable make the Long-term since, domestic and foreign scholars continue to explore and put forward a series of quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine. This article summarized the related academic ideas and developments to, providea new thought and perspective for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(1):99-101
Studying the industry standard of electroacupuncture therapy device (YY 0780-2010), collaborating with the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion, in view of academy and safety, the comments and suggestions are proposed on the content of the standard. The standard describes manipulation norms, terms and definitions, dianjizhen and the output energy of single pulse, etc. It is expected that these comments and suggestions can be taken in consideration in the revision of industry standard or the development of national standard so as to improve the scientific level and feasibility of the technique standard of electroacupuncture therapy device.

Objective To study the level of immunoglobulin and the prevalence of ANA in patients with Graves' diseases(GD).To explore the correlation between GD and other systemic autoimmune disorders. Methods Data of 145 patients with GD and 45 healthy subjects were collected. All cases were detected on the presence of ANA and the level of immunoglobulin,FT3,FT4,and thyroid specific antibodies. Results The presencerate of ANA and the level of IgG in patients with GD were higher than that in healthy controls [(28.28% vs 4.55%);(70.96?26.14 vs 60.41?11.01) mmol/L](P
7.Comprehensively correcting lip-nasal deformities secondary to cleft lip repair
Journal of Southern Medical University 2001;21(4):282-284
Objective To explore a comprehensive method to correct lip-nasal deformities secondary to cleft lip repair. Method We developed a simple comprehensive method by combining several currently well-practiced surgical methods with appropriate modification. Chiefly, the Cupid's bow was reconstructed with full-thickness skin excision, and the vermilion deficiency repaired with the mucosal flap from the lower lip. The nasal deformities were corrected comprehensively by rhombic skin excision of the compromised nostril base, traction between the columella base and the lateral alar crus, M+T incision on the edge of the naris and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) implantation into the nasal cavity. Results Twelve patients received surgeries with this approach, whose lip-nasal deformities were well corrected, and complications were not observed. A half-year follow-up demonstrated satisfactory long-term effect. Conclusion This comprehensive method is applicable in correcting moderate or severe secondary lip-nasal deformities with satisfactory effect.

Objective To measure the temperature sensation threshold of trunk skin in healthy adults. Methods The threshold of cold sensation, warm sensation, cold pain sensation and heat pain sensation of trunk skin key points (T3, T7 and T11) were measured with Thermal Sensory Analyzer in 123 healthy adults. Results The thresholds of cold, warm, cold pain and heat pain sensations were obtained. The standard deviation of cold and warm threshold was less than that of heat pain. The range of cold sensation threshold was the largest. The heat pain sensation threshold increased with segmental declining and the sensation threshold increased with age. Conclusion Normal reference value should be established variously with the segment and age. The threshold of cold, warm varies less, while the threshold of cold pain and heat pain varies too much.
