2.Comparison of the efficacy of skin rehabilitation therapies between comprehensive treatment and simple Chinese medicine steam spray after deep facial burn
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2013;(3):187-189
Objective To study the efficacy of simple Chinese medicine steam spray and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after facial burn deep Ⅱ degree. Methods 80 patients were randomized into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The treatment group was given the treatment of Chinese medicine steam spray. The control group was given the treatment of Chinese medicine steam spray, pressure therapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation training and psychotherapy. The clinical efficacy of two groups was evaluated respectively after 3 months. Results After 3 months, the skins of most of patients in the treatment group were nearly normal with no pigmentation and scar hyperplasia. The cure rate was 72.5 %,the obvious effective rate was 12.5 %,and the effective rate was 7.5 %.Some patients in the control group were lightly and inconspicuously pigmented, but the pigmentation area was reduced. The colour of their skins was not different from that of the normal skin. The cure rate was 42.5 %,the obvious effective rate was 12.5 %,and the effective rate was 25.0 %.The effects of the two groups were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after the facial burn can reduce the pigmentation and scar hyperplasia and improve the quality of life.
3.The application of case-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
To investigate the effect of the case-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching. 47 students were divided into two groups :the study group and the control group. The casecentered teaching method was used in the studying group. The control group was taught by traditional method. The final examination showed that the results of the studying group were better than the control group.
4.Expressions of TFF1 and TFF3 in prostate cancer and prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia and their clinical significance.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(4):315-319
OBJECTIVETo explore the expressions of trefoil factor 1 (TFF1) and trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) in prostate cancer (PCa) and prostate intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and their clinical significance.
METHODSUsing immunohistochemistry, we detected the expressions of TFF1 and TFF3 in the prostatic tissues of 89 cases of PCa, 50 cases of PIN, and 65 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), and evaluated their clinical significance.
RESULTSThe positive rates of TFF1 and TFF3 expressions were 77. 53% and 48. 31% in PCa and 66.00% and 30.00% in PIN, significantly higher than 49.23% and 13. 85% in BPH (P <0. 05). The expression of TFF1 was not correlated with Gleason score (P >0. 05), while that of TFF3 was significantly higher in the PCa cases with Gleason score ≤7 than in those with Gleason score > 7 (70. 00% vs 42. 03%, P <0. 05). No significant correlation was observed between TFF1 and TFF3 expressions in PCa (P >0. 05).
CONCLUSIONThe expressions of TFF1 and TFF3 may contribute to the occurrence and progression of PCa, and therefore could be used as laboratory indexes in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and prognosis of PCa.

Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine served as the study object in this study.Their published patent data were recorded and analyzed in terms of the number and types of patent applications, the number of validated patents, and the distribution of patent technologies using the patent information service platform on China Intellectual Property Right Net in order to understand their scientific research level, innovative ability, and scientific research trends.Certain suggestions were put forward for the solu-tion of existing problems and for working out strategies for the protection of intellectual property right.
9.Identification of nuclear localization signals of pseudorabies virus gene UL49.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(4):436-440
Tegument protein VP22 is encoded by Pseudorabies Virus (PRV) UL49. To identify the nuclear localization signals of UL49, it is necessary to determine the transport mechanism and biological functions of the VP22 protein. In this study, we identified two nuclear localization signals from UL49, NLS1 (5RKTRVA ADETASGARRR21) and NLS2 (241PGRKGKV247). The functional nuclear localization signal (NLS) of UL49 was identified by constructing truncated or site-specific UL49 mutants. The deletion of both NLS1 and NLS2 abrogated UL49 nuclear accumulation, whereas the deletion of NLS1 or NLS2 did not. Therefore, both NLS1 and NLS2 are critical for the nuclear localization of UL49. And our resuts showed that NLS2 is more important in this regard.

The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(3):218-221
Objective To investigate the effects of inverse ratio ventilation with positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) on pulmonary function and inflammatory cytokine in patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy during one-lung ventilation. Methods Eighty patients with one-lung ventilation,52 males,28 females, aged 37-65 years,BMI 21-29 kg/m2,ASA grade Ⅱ,were randomly divided into inverse ratio ventilation (IRV) group and conventional ventilation (CV) group (n=40 each).Patients were all implemented into the program of general anesthesia, and ventilated with different modes. The IRV group were ventilated with a actual tidal volume (VT) of 7 ml/kg,respiratory rate of 12 breaths/min,I:E of 2:1,PEEP 5 cm H2O;in CV group with I:E of 1:2.Respiratory parameters were recorded at baseline (T0),5 min after anesthesia (T1),initiate of one-lung ventilation (T2),45 min of one-lung ventilation (T3) and the end of surgery (T4).Arterial blood was collected to analyze blood gas at T0 and T3 respectively.Meanwhile, oxygenation index was calculated. The concentrations of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured with fiberoptic bronchoscope by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Compared with CV group,PaO2was significantly increased and levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in BALF were significantly decreased at T3 in IRV group (P<0.05);Ppeak and Pplat were significantly decreased at T1-T4 in IRV group (P<0.05);PEEP,Pmean and CL at T1-T4 were significantly increased at T1-T4 in IRV group (P<0.05).Two cases (5.0%) of hypoxemia were found in CV group, one case (2.5%) of hypoxemia was found in IRV group, but there were no statistically significant differences in both groups. Two groups were not seen to complications such as delay, atelectasis and pneumothorax. Conclusion The oxygenation and hypoxemia were improved and inflammatory cytokine was released in patients with one-lung ventilation.
