Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(7):757-759
Objective To develop an alignment technique based on the movement of body gravity center. Methods As join forces in the system of balance is zero, the position of body gravity center can be calculated by body gravity which is taken from weight sensors, by the special software. Meanwhile, the position of body gravity will be sent to control unit, which can be transformed to driving signal of motor. The sliding table with laser, linked to motor, can make pursuit movement following with body gravity. A precise alignment can be made as the movement of body gravity. The balance function test is also used to make an assistant estimate for the alignment. Results and Conclusion An alignment technique has been developed for the fit of prosthesis and orthotics.

Objective To evaluate the system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel so as to establish a consummate talented personnel introduction mechanism and to further standardize the introduction work. Methods On the basis of referring to document papers and soliciting management as well as human resource experts iteratively, the research method of expert consultation was adopted.(Results)The index system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel in school of medicine was preliminary established, and the objective index and subjective evaluation were scientifically combined to form the method of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel. Conclusion Through simulative assessment and evaluation as well as probational demonstration, there exits definite scientificality and applicability on this academic assessment and evaluation index system, and it can provide a properly objective evaluation and essential reference foundation in the aspect of introducing more advanced talented personnel in the near future.

With the development of natural products, the research activities on the solubilization methods of water-insoluble natural products have been carried out worldwide. Big molecular weight and poor solubility of most natural active ingredients lead to a very poor oral absorption and low bioavailability, which has extremely limited their development in pharmaceutical fields and clinical application. As a result, it is necessary to find out a suitable technique to improve the solubility and enhance the oral bioavailability of insoluble natural drugs. Based on the related references published in these years, this review introduced some new techniques to improve the solubility and bioavailability of natural drugs, including prodrugs, inclusion complex, solid dispersion, cocrystals, osmotic pump, liquisolid compacts, micronization, self-microemulsifying, nanosuspensions, lipsomes, polymeric micelles and so on, and summarized the theory, characteristics, application range, application examples, problems and development direction of each technique.

AIM: To investigate the effect of 3-methyladenine (3-MA) combined with trichostatin A (TSA) on triple-negative breast cancer cells and the mechanism involved.METHODS: The viability of MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by MTT assay, the migration ability was determined by scratch assay, and the expression of autophagy-related proteins was detected by Western blot.RESULTS: TSA significantly inhibited the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. The results of scratch assay showed that TSA inhibited cell migration ability.Western blot data indicated that TSA resulted in a moderate increase in LC3-Ⅱ expression. Moreover, 3-MA inhibited cell autophagy induced by TSA, and combination of 3-MA and TSA further inhibited the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells.CONCLUSION: Combination of 3-MA and TSA may effectively inhibit the growth of triple-negative breast cancer cells.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(12):-
With ever-increasing knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy of pelvis, more and more findings have been made on the integrated sacroiliac joint system. The sacroiliac complex plays a very important role i n the functions of pelvis due to its specia l biomechanical features. The sacro iliac screw internal fixation is bio mechanically superior to other fixation methods.[

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2010;27(3):123-126
Objective To investigate the relationship between bile amylase (BA) elevation and biliary tract disease in patients with normal pancreaticobiliary junction (NPBJ). Methods The bile juice was collected from bile duct in 202 consecutive cases who underwent therapeutic endoscopic retragrade cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for biliary diseases ( biliary bile group), and from gallbladder (GB) in 73 consecutive cases who underwent percutaneous transbepatic cholecystoscopy for extraction of GB stone ( GB bile group). In biliary bile group, in addition to the measurement of BA, the level of lipnse (n =68), bacteria culture ( n = 149 ), manometry of Oddi's sphincter ( n = 27 ) and bile duct ( n = 38) were also performed. In GB bile group, additional GB biopsy was taken in 31 cases. No patient with pancreaticobiliary maljunction, history of cholangiojejunostomy or post-endoscopic sphincterotomy was included in the study. Results In biliary bile group, BA level was elevated in 95 patients (47. 0% ), in which there was no significant difference between neoplastic and non-neoplastic cases ( 56. 9% vs. 43.7%, P > 0. 05 ), although BA was elevated in most patients with hiler cholangiocarcinoma (7/9). The level of BA was correlated with bile lipase (r =0. 561 ), but not with pressure of Oddi's sphincter or bile duct. No significant difference in positive rate of bile bacteria culture was detected between patients with normal BA level and those with elevated level. In GB bile group, BA level was elevated in 25 patients (34. 3% ), in which the frequency of GB epithelium dysplasia is 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that from patients with normal BA level ( P < 0. 001 ). Conclusion The patients with biliary tract disease and NPBJ have high incidence of reflux of pancreatic juice into bile duct. In patients with elevated BA level, there was no significant difference between incidences of neoplastic or non-neoplastic disease, while the frequency of GB epithelium dysplasia and hilar cholangiocarcinoma were higher than those from patients with normal BA level.

Objective To investigate the effect of tramadol combined with sufentanil on postop-erative analgesia in patients received upper-abdominal surgery. Methods One hundred and fifty pa-tients scheduled for selective upper-abdominal operation were randomly divided into five groups (n=30 each):Tramadol group (T);large dose sufentanil combined small dose tramadol group (TS1 );balanced tramadol and sufentani group (TS2 );small dose sufentanil combied large dose tramadol group (TS3);sufentanil group (S).Postoprative VAS scores were recorded respectively at 1,4,8, 12,24,36,48 h when be in quiet and turning 90 degree,Ramsay sedation score, analgesia pump pressing times and side effects were also recorded. Results VAS scores in group TS2,group TS3 and group S at each time point both be in quiet and turning 90 degree were significantly lower than that of group T and group TS1 (P <0.05).Group S sedation score significantly higher than group T (P <0.05).No significant difference in other groups. Conclusion Balanced tramadol and sufentanil group has best analgesic effect and least side effects. With the increasing doses of sufentanil, its analgesic effect was not obvious enhancement.
