Objective To investigate therapeutic effect,safety and post transplant immunological reconstitution for patients of lymphoma after autologous bone marrow transplantation and occurrence of Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods The clinical situation,laboratory index and immunological reconstitution was observed for patients of lymphoma after inductive treatment,BCEA of pretreatment,autologous bone marrow transfusion,G-CSF and radiotherapy to lymph node.Results Recovery of hemopoiesis was observed after 28 days.Disappearance of joint swelling and negative ESR,CRP,IgMRF were observed after 2 months.The patients started to work after 3 months. No recurrence of lymphoma and Rheumatoid Arthritis has been observed until today.Conclusion The autologous bone marrow transplantation was safe and effective for the treatment to patient of lymphoma with rheumatoid arthritis,which was a new method for the treatment to lymphoma and other autoallergic diseases.

Objective Clinical research was made to observe the relationship between idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and to evaluate the effect of Hp eradication in the treatment of refractory ITP.Methods 13C urea breath test and Hp antibody of serum were made in 48 previously untreated patients with ITP from Department of Hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University during November 2004 to May 2005 years and normal controls consisted of 52 heathy peoples whose gastroscopy was normal.Omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin were used for Hp eradication to refractory ITP with Hp infection.13C urea breath test,Hp antibody of serum and the level platelet and PAIgG was detected after therapy 4~8 weeks.Results Of 48 cases with ITP,33(68.18%)had Hp infection and 24 of 52(46.12%)normal population had Hp infection,the infection rate of Hp in ITP patients being statistically higher than the control group(P

To compare the impact of different incision positions of phacoemulsification cataract exaction on corneal astigmatism.
●METHODS: Totally 412 patients ( 456 eyes) who had undergone the phacoemulsification and lOL implantation from June 2006 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups (each 228 eyes): observation group (incision above the middle of the limbus for the rule astigmatism, at the temporal for against the rule astigmatism, at the top of the temporal regulation on the maximum curvature of the meridian of the cornea for oblique astigmatism, at the top of the temporal for patients without astigmatism);control group ( incision at top and middle of limbus), using a 3mm cornea scleral tunnel incision without suture, 2mm from the limbus. Corneal refractive status of preoperative and postoperative at different times were detected by corneal refractive, comparing the impact of different surgical incision on postoperative corneal astigmatism.
●RESULTS:The visual acuity of 1, 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The average astigmatism of 1, 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05). Corneal astigmatism 3mo postoperative of observation group was significantly lower than preoperative ( P< 0. 05). Corneal astigmatism 3mo postoperative of control group was significantly higher than preoperative (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON:lncision at the corneal curvature of the largest radial could correct preoperative astigmatism and improve visual acuity to a certain extent.

Objective The dynamic accumulation trend of secondary metabolite in cultivated Spatholobus suberectus Dunn at different growth time was studied to provide scientific basis for confirming its reasonable harvesting time. Methods Ethanol-soluble extractives were measured by the method recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( A) Appendix XA ( 2010 edition). The content of total flavonoids was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The contents of protocatechuic acid, catechin, and epicatechin in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn were determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC). Results The contents of ethanol-soluble extractives, total flavonoids and the major components such as protocatechui cacid, catechin and epicatechin in Spatholobus suberectus Dunn showed increasing trend with the prolongation of growth time. The changes of contents of alcohol-soluble extract, total flavonoids and epicatechin in samples collecting at different months in one year showed a parabolic trend, and the contents reached the peak values from July to September. Catechin content kept increasing continually. The content of ethanol -soluble extractives of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn aged 4-6 years met the requirements of the current edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia when harvested from July to September. Conclusion It is preliminarily recommended that Spatholobus suberectus Dunn cultivated for more than 7 years is suitable for harvesting, but the optimal harvest period and the harvest month still need to be further studied.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of benazepril plus betaloc in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 42 cases with CHF were treated with benazepril plus betaloc,the therapeutic effect was compared with 40 cases treated with benazepril alone.Before and after treatment,to observe the changes of systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were observed.Results The general effective rate in treatment group and control group was 95.2% and 80.0%,respectively.The SBP,DBP,HR,LVESd and LVEDd in treatment group decreased obviously(P

Objective To evaluate different angiocardiographic techniques of congenital heart disease in children. Methods 11045 pediatric patients with congenital heart disease were performed angiocardiography using cut film, cine film and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) equipments. Different angiocardiographic techniques were used. Results The diagnostic accuracy of cut film with conventional AP and lateral views was 80.5%,the diagnostic accuracy of cine film with angulated views was 90.0% and the diagnostic accuracy of DSA using non-ionic contrast medium with angulated views was 96.5%. Conclusion Dynamic picture angiography with digital subtraction using non-ionic contrast medium under rapid injection is the key for claiming the high quality imaging diaguosis of congenital heart disease in children.

BACKGROUND:Tumor stem cels are found to be involved in the recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance of the tumor.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the relationship between cel activity and multidrug resistance of CD44+CD24-/low breast cancer stem cels.
METHODS:CD44+CD24-/low breast cancer stem cels sorted from multidrug resistant breast cancer cel line MCF-7/ADR were detected as percentage using flow cytometry. P-gp fluorescence intensity of the cel membrane and MDR mRNA expression in sorted cels and MCF-7/ADR were detected using flow cytometry and RT-PCR, respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After sorting by flow cytometry, the proportion of CD44+CD24-/low breast cancer stem cels was more than 90%, indicating that the sorted cels could meet the needs of the subsequent experiment. CD44+CD24-/low cel subsets exhibited stronger ability to form microspheres than non- CD44+CD24-/low cel subsets. The P-gp fluorescence intensity and MDR mRNA expression of CD44+CD24-/low cels were significantly higher than those of MFC-7/ADR cel line (P < 0.05). These experimental findings suggest that CD44+CD24-/low breast cancer stem cels sorted from MCF-7/ADR cel lines have a strong ability to form cel microspheresin vitro, and significantly raise the level of P-gp protein and MDR mRNA expression, which may be one of the causes of multidrug resistance.

Objective To explore the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and its relationship with the effect of chemotherapy and prognosis in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods The clinicopathological characteristics and outcome of 51 patients with DLBCL diagnosed by pathological biopsy and immunohistochemistry who received CHOP or R-CHOP regimen were collected and reviewed.According to the median of NLR,the patients were divided into low NLR group (NLR≤2.32) and high NLR group (NLR＞2.32).The prognostic influence of the NLR on overall survival (OS) was studied by Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test.To evaluate the independent prognostic relevance of NLR,univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were applied.Results The complete response (CR) rates of the low and high NLR groups were 71.4 ％ (20/28) and 39.1％ (9/23),respectively (P =0.02).The OS in the low NLR group was significantly better than that in the high NLR group (1,2 and 3-year OSs were 96.4 ％,90.4 ％ and 72.3 ％ vs 63.9 ％,52.7 ％ and 42.2 ％,respectively,P =0.009).Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models analysis showed that NLR ＞ 2.32 was an independent prognostic factor (P =0.016).Conclusion An elevated NLR before treatment indicates the poor effect of chemotherapy and prognosis of patients.NLR is an independent prognostic factor for DLBCL.

Objective To analyze the effect of bortezomib together with dexamethsone on the treatment of refractory multiple myeloma.Methods Bortezomib at 1.3 mg/m2 iv drop 1 d,4 d,8 d,11 d.Dexamethasonc 20 mg/d,1～4 d,8～11 d,17～20 d.21 days are used as a course.For bi-course dexamethasone was given by 20 mg/d,at 1～4 d.Results After 2～6 periods,3 cases achieved completely recovery(CR),4 cases are near to completely recovery(CR),3 cases got partially recovery(PR).Conclusion It is a good choice to treat refractory multiple myeloma by Bortezomib together with dexamethagone.

Objective: To explore weather microRNA let-7c (miR-let-7c) could regulate myotrophin gene expression in rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes with possible mechanisms.
Methods: Recombinant plasmid carrying 3′ untranslated region (3′-UTR) of myotrophin and miRNA precursor of let-7c was co-transfected into Hela cells to construct the luciferase reporter system in order to measure luciferase activity. Rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes were cultured. The let-7c gene expression was detected by Taqman probe-based real-time PCR after let-7c miRNA precursor or let-7c miRNA inhibitor transfection respectively; protein expressions of myotrophin and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) were examined by Western blot analysis.
Results: Luciferase activity examination indicated that compared with recombinant luciferase gene expression carrier (pMIR-MTPN)+miR precursor negative control group, pMIR-MTPN+miR-let-7c miRNA precursor group showed reduced luciferase activity (59.30±9.90) % vs (98.10±15.10) %. Western blot analysis presented that compared with miR negative control group, miR-let-7c precursor group had decreased protein expressions of myotrophin (0.28±0.05) vs (0.90±0.09) and NF-κB (0.25±0.06) vs (0.75±0.07); in contrast, compared with Negative inhibitor group, miR-let-7c inhibitor group had increased protein expressions of myotrophin (1.14±0.09) vs (0.44±0.09) and NF-κB (1.09±0.05) vs (0.71±0.06), allP<0.05.
Conclusion: miR-let-7c could inhibit myotrophin expression via acting on its 3′-UTR domain and may also inlfuence NF-κB signaling pathway in rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes.
