Objective To study effects of exectin hydrochloride and intensity modulated radiotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer and its effect on levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and serum glycoprotein antigen 199 (CA199). Methods 88 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group.In the control group, the patients were treated with IMRT, and the observation group was treated with exectin hydrochloride on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.The levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group 84.09% was significantly higher than the control group 52.27%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 of the two groups had no significantly different, after treatment, the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CEA, NSE, CA199 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate of I-II, III-IV liver function, gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow suppression and acute radiation pneumonitis in observation group and control group.Conclusion Ectectin hydrochloride combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy can effectively reduce the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 in patients with advanced lung cancer, and the clinical efficacy is good, and will not increase the adverse reaction rate.

Objective To investigate the changes of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in serum and urine of lupus nephritis(LN)patients in active phase and remission phase.Methods The levels of MCP-1 in serum and urine of 58 LN patients(27 of active phase and 31 of remission phase)were measured by ELISA.The correlation between the levels of MCP-1 in variant phase of LN and other relevant factors were analyzed.Results The MCP-1 levels in sera of both active phase and remission phase of LN patients were markedly higher than those in controls(548.5?347.2 ng/L and 469.1?298.4 ng/L vs 273.3?146.7 ng/L,P0.05).Conclusion The MCP-1 levels in urine of LN patients is more suitable to evaluate the activity of disease as a sensitive marker.

Objective To investigate the survival rate, voiding, sexual function after nerve-sparing surgery with extended systematic extraperitoneal lateral lymphadenectomy in lower rectal cancer. Methods Three hundreds and ninety-two cases with advanced lower rectal cancer who underwent nerve-sparing surgery with radical dissection from 1996 to 2000 were reviewed. Among them,173 cases only cleared in abdominal cavity,219 cases coupled with extraperitoneal lateral lymphadenectomy. Objective To study the effect of total nutrient admixture (TNA) on lipid metabolism in rats with acute hepatic failure (AHF). Methods Fifty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal diet group, nitrogen-free diet group, fat-free nutrient admixture group, and TNA group. All rats were injected with D-galac- tosamine to induce AHF model Meanwhile, 6 healthy Wistar rats were used as control group. TNA provided energy 221.75 kJ (1 kcal=4.184 kJ), nitrogen 0.365 g, nitrogen to energy ratio 1:145, amino acids 2.28 g (including branched-chain amino acid 0.70 g), glucose 7.85 g, and fat 1.25 g on a daily basis. After 10 days of the operation of Jugular vein puncture tube, blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and renal function were determined. Results The blood glucose level was significantly higher in TNA group than that in fat-free nutrient admixture group (P < 0.05). The levels of serum triglyceride and cholesterol were highest in fat-free nutrition admixture group, and triglyceride level was signif- icantly higher than that in normal diet group and nitrogen-free diet group (P <0.05). The levels of serum triglyceride and cholesterol were significantly higher in TNA group than those in normal diet group (P <0.05). The levels of ala- nine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin and blood urea nitrogen were lower in TNA group than those in fat-free nutrient admixture group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nutritional proportion of TNA is suitable for the metabolism disorder of hepatic failure, and therefore TNA can reasonably promote the anabolism and reverse the deteri- oration of hepatic failure in rats.

Objective To observe the immunologic effect of lactoferrin on repeated respiratory infection(IRRI) in children.Methods Ninety-eight cases of IRRI were divided into two groups randomly.The control group (48 cases)were treated with routine therapy.The treatment group(50 cases) were treated with lactoferrin based on routine therapy for 2-3 months.T cell subgroup,immunoglobulin and complements were determined before and after treatment.Results Total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86% and 22.9% respectively.The therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P
