4.Discussion on ways of improving the ability of doctor-patient communication of paediatric sur-geon in standardized training
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):322-324
The doctor-patient relationship is always the focus in the society. The relationship seems more complex and sensitive in the pediatric surgical ward because its patients are kids. However, the pediatric surgical residents' ability of doctor-patient communication is lack of systemic and norma-tive training, which is not good for the mutual understanding between doctors and patients. This study explores how to enhance the residents' doctor-patient communication skills from the perspective of awareness, professional knowledge and some specific skills. In the meantime, it discusses the need to train the teachers and set up a regular examination-assessment system.
5.Effects of antisense oligonucleotide of connective tissue growth factor on apoptosis of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and the related mechanism
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the effects of antisense oligonucleotide(ASODN)of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)on the apoptosis of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSF)and the related mechanisms. Methods:The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and were divided into the following 3 groups:CTGF-ASODN-treated group, liposome control group and blank control group. The distribution of CTGF-ASODN in HSF of different phases was observed under fluorescent microscope in 3 groups.Flow cytometer was employed to detect the apoptotic rate of HSF and the expression of Fas.The expression of CTGF,Fas and bcl-2 mRNA in HSF was assessed by RT-PCR.Results:24 h after transfection, large quantity of yellow-green fluorescence was seen in the HSF cytoplasm of CTGF-ASDON group in a scattered or doted manner, but not found in that of the other 2 groups. The apoptosis rate of HSF in CTGF-ASDON group was significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups(P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(10):-
The development in Chinese child health care demands the communication with the society of education.Bio-education is a new promising subject integrating bio-science with education. It is the evidence-based science that combines biology,neuro-physiology,neuro-psychology,brain science with education to study the educational phenomenon of mankind and its principles. It is a bridge through which bio-medicine communicates with education. This new subject will be helpful to build up the new model of integrating medicine with education. It will accelerate both of the basic and applicable research in children's growth and development, learning ability, social adaptive ability and health improvement.Hence, either the field of bio-medicine or education will thrive on the newly founded subject.
8.Clinical research of early, enough methylprednisone combined with immunoglobulin in treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease.
Chinese Journal of Experimental and Clinical Virology 2013;27(5):363-365
OBJECTIVETo study the efficacy of early, enough methylprednisone combined with immunoglobulin in treatments of severe hand-foot-mouth disease.
METHODS568 patients of severe hand-foot-mouth disease involved were randomized into group A and group B. Patients of both groups all accepted symptomatic treatment, supportive therapy and the treatment of control intracranial pressure. And patients in group A received the treatment of early, enough methylprednisone combined with immunoglobulin, whereas patients in group B received conventional therapy. RESULTS; Curative rate of group A was better than that of group B, otherwise incidence rate of critical illness was less than that of group B. The control time of fever, erythra, neurological symptoms, features of pneumonia and increased leukocyte of group A was shorter than that of group B, and no more recent or Long-term treatment-related adverse reaction in group A.
CONCLUSIONEarly, enough methylprednisone combined with immunoglobulin is effective, safe in treating severe hand-foot-mouth disease, and worthy to recommand its clinical use.

AIM: To study the effect of oligonucleotides containing unmethylated CpG motif (CpG ODN) on mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) in anti-HcaF cytotoxicity. METHODS: BMDCs were stimulated by CpG ODN in combination with tumor antigen (TAg). The expression of CD80 on BMDC surface was analyzed by FCAS. Level of IL-12 (p70) in supernatants of BMDC culture was detected by ELISA. The proliferation of T cells was examined by MTT assay. Cytotoxicity of CTL induced by CpG ODN combining with TAg was detected by MTT assay. RESULTS: CpG ODN combining or not combining with TAg up-regulated the expression of CD80 on BMDC surface and stimulated BMDCs to produce a high level of IL-12. CpG ODN-activated BMDC promoted the proliferation of T cells. CTL induced by CpG ODN in combination with TAg appeared strong specific cytotoxicity on Hca-F cells. CONCLUSION: CpG ODN may effectively induce the functional maturation of mouse BMDC in vitro. CpG ODN in combination with TAg can enhance the anti-HcaF cytotoxicity of CTL. [
