Objective To investigate the changes of immunologic functions and life qualities after the auto-cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells combined with interleukin-2 (IL-2) being transfused back to the patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Thirty-eight NSCLC patients were enrolled,and 19 patients received not only chemotherapy and radiotherapy but also adoptive immunotherapy with CIK cells combined with IL-2 compared with the other 19 patients who only accepted radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The changes of immunologic functions and life qualities after the CIK cells combined with IL-2 being transfused back to the patients with NSCLC were observed.Immune targets of the treatment group and control group,such as peripheral blood CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + T cell percentage,ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + and Th1/Th2,were observed at the end and after 3 month of the radiation and chemotherapy.Results Both of the two groups were neither having obvious adverse reactions.After CIK cells combined with IL-2 treatment,the life qualities of patients improved,such as 18 cases of mental improvement,15 cases of appetite improvement,12 cases of sleep improvement,and 3 cases of fatigue symptoms improvement.The percentage of CD3 +,CD4 + cells in the treatment group increased [(66.39 ± 9.22) ％ vs (42.98 ± 7.23) ％,t =5.45,P =0.00 ; (32.27 ± 3.75) ％ vs (26.38 ±2.51)％,t =5.73,P =0.00],the percentage of CD8 + cells declined [(17.51 ± 1.85)％ vs (20.90 ± 2.31) ％,t =5.21,P =0.00],the rate of CD4 +/CD8 + increased and the rate of Th1/Th2 obversed [(1.86±0.32) vs (1.27±0.19),t=7.13,P=0.00;(1.15±0.48) vs (0.91 ±0.30),t=2.42,P=0.02].There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Adoptive immunotherapy with CIK cells combined with IL-2 is safe in clinical,which can improve the immunologic functions and life qualities of the patients with NSCLC.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of SKy bone expander system in percutaneous kyphoplasty for treatment of osteoporotic verterbral compression fracture. Methods: Twenty-two patients (aged 62-90 years, 32 vertebrae) underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty using SKy bone expander system. The bone cement was injected into the collapsed vertebrae. The vasual analogue scale (VAS) and complications were recorded during follow up. Results: The operations were successful in all patients via unilateral or bilateral approach. The operation time ranged from 30 to 120 min. The mean volume of cement injected into each vertebra body was (4.8±1.1) ml, ranged from 3.1 to 6.8 ml. Extravertebral leakage of bone cement was observed in two vertebrae with no symptoms. All patients had their pain relieved; the VAS was 7.6±0.8 before operation,3.5± 0.5 one day after operation, 2.8±0.6 one week after operation, and 2.4±0.6 one month after operation, with significant difference found between preoperation and postoperation (P<0.05). The symptoms of the patients were improved during a follow up of 12-26 months without recurrence. Conclusion: Application of SKy bone expander system in percutomeous kyphoplasty can relieve pain and restore the vertebrae height; it may be an effective treatment for aged patients with osteoporotic verterbral compression fracture.

AIM: To investigate the efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of shallow anterior chamber with cataract.?METHODS: Retrospective case series. From February 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital,65 eyes in 65 patients with cataract were enrolled and divided into mild and high risk of shallow anterior chamber group. Best-corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) , intraocular pressure ( IOP ) , central anterior chamber dept ( CACD ) , angle opening distance ( AOD ) , complications pre- and post treatment, were observed and analyzed as outcome measures.?RESULTS: In this study, the mild shallow anterior chamber group included 34 eyes; postoperative BCVA were improved in 29 eyes, with 4 eyes remaining stable and decreased in 1 eye; BCVA was improved in 16 eyes, with 10 eyes remaining stable and decreased in 5 eyes in high risk of shallow anterior chamber group postoperatively. BCVA had a better prognosis in the mild shallow anterior chamber group than another group ( t=-2. 956, P<0. 05). Meanwhile, IOP decreased by 5. 71± 2. 07mmHg and CACD increased by 1. 37 ± 0. 38mm in the mild shallow anterior chamber group, by 9. 77±4. 04mmHg and 1. 67±0. 43mm respectively in high risk group, and the difference has statistical significance ( t=-5. 02,-3. 04; P<0. 05). The mean preoperative nasal AOD500 was 200. 57± 33. 74μm, and they were 346. 62 ± 101. 37μm and 410. 75 ± 137. 48μm and 398. 69 ± 122. 28μm respectively at postoperative 1d, 1 and 3mo, and all nAOD500 comparing with preoperative were increased obviously, and the difference has statistical significance (F=203. 75, P<0. 01). And AOD500 at temporal, superior and inferior presented similar trends. Complications were corneal edema ( 5 eyes ) , transient intraocular hypertension ( 2 eyes ) , posterior capsular opacification ( 4 eyes ) , and posterior capsular rupture (1 eye).?CONCLUSION:Micro incision cataract surgery is useful, effective and safe in patients with cataract and shallow anterior chamber which can stabilize or improve BCVA, reduce IOP, deepen CACD and open the anterior chamber angle.

Objective To explore the changes and the clinical signficance in serum myocardial zymogram of patients with intracerebral be hemorrhage(ICH).Methods To estimate the serum myocardial zymogram.Serum aspartate aminotrasferase(AST),lactate dehychogenase (LDH),creatine kinas (CK) in patients with ICH were measured in 3 days,then to make comparison with control group.Results The serum myocardial zymogram in ICH group were higher than that of control group(P <0.05).There were different changes in serum myocardial zymogram of various parts.The serum myocardial zymogram in group with temporal lobe damage was higher than that of group without temporal lobe damage (P < 0.05).The serum myocardial zymogram of group with colliculus brain damage was higher than that of group without colliculus brain damage(P <0.05) ,the serum myocardial zymogram of group with disorder of consciousness was higher than that of group wakefulness(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are significant changes in the serum myocardial zymogram of patients with ICH.The incidence of the serum myocardial zymogram in ICH was close]y correlated to the severity area and part of ICH,consciousness disorder.To estimate serum zymogram is helpful to judge patients' state and prognosis.
