This paper discusses the main points in building the large-scale medical equipment room from such aspects as the planning,designing and construction.It provides solutions to the problems which may occur in the building,and offers some suggestions.

AIM:To explore the learning curve of the Indian standardized manual small-incision cataract surgery(SICS).METHODS:Totally 253 cases(295 eyes)of senile cataract were divided into three groups (Group A: training group, Group B and C: strengthened groups) according to the operation time from December 2012 to December 2014.All cases were performed with manual SICS by the same trainee ophthalmologist.To research the learning curve of manual SICS and evaluate surgical effects, the best corrected visual acuity and complications were observed. RESULTS: At 1wk postoperatively, the rate of relief from blindness in all three groups after operation were 100%, the rate of relief from visual handicap in group A, B, C were 93.7%,93.0% and 91.0% respectively.Complication rates were 2.1%, 7.0% and 3.0% respectively in three groups.Posterior capsular rupture accounted for 50% of all complications.No severe postoperative complications were found, such as nucleus or IOL falling into vitreous cavity, endophthalmitis, corneal endothelial function dysfunction and expulsive choroidal hemorrhage.CONCLUSION: Manual SICS is safe and effective.Because of helping to shorten the learning curve and decrease the incidence of complications, the standardized manual SICS training is worth using for reference.

Objective:To explore the effects of antisense oligonucleotide(ASODN)of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)on the apoptosis of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSF)and the related mechanisms.Methods:The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and were divided into the following 3 groups:CTGF-ASODN-treated group, liposome control group and blank control group.The distribution of CTGF-ASODN in HSF of different phases was observed under fluorescent microscope in 3 groups.Flow cytometer was employed to detect the apoptotic rate of HSF and the expression of Fas.The expression of CTGF,Fas and bcl-2 mRNA in HSF was assessed by RT-PCR.Results:24 h after transfection,large quantity of yellow-green fluorescence was seen in the HSF cytoplasm of CTGF-ASDON group in a scattered or doted manner, but not found in that of the other 2 groups.The apoptosis rate of HSF in CTGF-ASDON group was significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups(P

This article summarizes the effects of intense exercise on the structure and function of the kidney,the possible mechanism of the changes of the structure and function of the kidney and the research state of the improvement of the function of the kidney by the medicine.The research suggests the intense exercise will lead to the damage of the renal tubules and the glomerulus,the increase of the LPO of the kidney tissue,the decrease of the activity of SOD,the appearance of the exercise-induced albuminuria,exercise-induced hematuria.Vitamine E,Vitamine C,GSH have some protective effect on the structure and function of the kidney.

AIM To investigate the effects of p38 MAPK signaling on diallyl disulfide ( DADS ) induced apoptosis in CNE2 cells. METHODS Morphological changes and quantification of apoptotic cells were determined under fluorescence microscope after a 24 h treatment of CNE2 by DADS. Cell viability was determined with MTT method. Apoptosis detection was taken to the cells on flowcytometry. The expression of phospho p38 MAPK was measured by Western blotting. RESULTS After treatment with DADS at 50～150 ?mol?L -1 for 24 h,DADS elicited typical apoptotic morphologic changes (chromatic condensation, nucleus fragmentation). The amount of apoptosis cells increased in a concentration dependent manner but cell cycle arrest did not at 50～150 ?mol?L -1 ,incubation of CNE2 with DADS for 24 h also induced phospho p38 MAPK expression in a concentration dependent manner. Interestingly, DADS induced apoptosis was markedly increased by preincubation with SB203580, a specific p38 MAPK inhibitor,and increased the expression of phospho p42/ p44 CCDPK in a concentration dependent manner. CONCLUSION DADS activates p38 MAPK,and phospho p38 MAPK signaling appears to play protective roles in DADS induced apoptosis in CNE2.
