0.05). Conclusion 1. Exogenous glutamate application via scala tympani can result in a rapid excitotoxic damage of cochlear typeⅠspiral ganglion cells of guinea pigs. 2. NT-3 can protect typeⅠspiral ganglion cell from glutamate neurotoxicity even applied 60 minutes after the occurrence of glutamate induced cochlear impairment. The result indicates that NT-3 may be an ideal candidate for the treatment of a series of acute neural hearing loss.It may lead to a better outcome when NT-3 gene therapy is actilized.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Institutions and management for some key processes in medical equipment management are described. Desired effect is achieved in practice. Good and efficicent medical equipment management is one of the important factors to guarantee medical quality in hospital. Medical equipment management should be improved with the equipment development.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
The rennin angiotensin system has been recognized for many years as a key regulator in systemic blood pressure and the metabolism of water and salt. Angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2) is the first human homolog of angiotensin converting enzyme which efficiently hydrolyze the angiotensin Ⅱ to vasodilator angiotensin 1-7.ACE2 is now implicated in cardiovascular, renal, lung disease and serves as a receptor for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus.

objective:To study the etiopathogenisis、clinical features、diagnosis and treatments of monostotic fibrous dysplasia of the sphenoid sinus. Method:Two cases of monostotic fibrous dysplasia of the sphenoid sinus without any symptoms was reported with relevant literature review.Result: No aggravation was found after 6 months-follow-up.Conclusion:The cranial fibrous displasia has low incidence rate with non-specific symptoms and high rate of misdiagnosis. The monostotic fibrous dysplasia of the sphenoid sinus without any symptom is rarely seen clinically. Imageological examination, for example,CT and MRI,is valuable for the diagnosis of this disease. The histopathological evidence is absolutely necessary to make definite diagnosis. The conservative treatment may be chosen for the asymptomatic cases. Nasal Endoscopic surgery can not only remove the diseased region but also make diagnosis. The long-term follow-up should be carried out in all of these patients.

Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness,safety,cost-effectiveness of Targeting Gene Therapy with conventional therapy on patients with Essential Hypertension by metoprolol. Methods 300 cases of patients with Essential Hypertension were included.165 cases were chosen and assigned to conventional therapy group(Group A)at random. The subjects of Group A were administrated with metoprolol for 100 mg,twice per day.Polymorphism of CYP2D6 and ?1 adenoreceptor gene of the remain 135 subjects were detected,133 cases with of ?1-AR gene carrying Arg 389 allele were devided into three groups according to CYP2D6 genetype:the poor metabolism group(PM,43 cases),intermediate metabolism group(IM,54 cases)and extensive metabolism group(EM,36 cases). The subjects of PM,IM and EM were administrated with metoprolol for 25,100,200 mg/d respectively, twice per day.Blood pressures and side effects were observed during 8-week following-up.The health economic evaluation on Gene Targeting Therapy was determined by using the cost-effectiveness analysis. Results Total effective rate in Group PM,IM or EM were obviously higher than that in Group A(P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(21):-
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR) in children with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods Sixty-three children with microcytic hypochromic anemia were divided into IDA and non-IDA(n-IDA)groups,on which sTfR and other iron metabolism related indexes such as serum ferritin(SF) and serum iron(SI) were measured,and(t-test) between groups and analysis of ROC curve were carried out. Results The mean concentration of sTfR in the group of IDA was above normal value and t-test difference was extremely significant compared with n-IDA group(P

1.0 ?mol/L),the toxicity and side effects of MTX increased significantly. The most common drug side effects were gastrointestinal symptoms and leucopenia. The oral mucosal lesions became worse in 12 g/m2 group. Conclusion The monitoring of HD-MTX plasma concentration provides an objective clinical basis for the individualized chemotherapy.
