Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;(4):615-618
Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia for painless labor on the birth process and newborn, and to provide a reference for the implementation of painless labor. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,102 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The observation group used sufentanil combined with ropivacaine for labor analgesia, and the control group received conventional natural childbirth measures for labor.Compared the two groups of maternal analge-sia effect, duration, the rate of vaginal delivery and postpartum 2 hours the amount of bleeding, and compared the two groups of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia incidence. Results The maternal effect rate and total efficiency in the observation group were 62.75%,96.08%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05).In the observation group, the first birth process was (251.82 ±93.64)min,the second stage of labor was (54.72 ±2.561)min,which were significantly less than those of the control group (P <0.05 );birth rate of the observation group was 74.51%,postpartum 2 hours bleeding (227.52 ±31.73)mL,fetal distress occurred rate was 1.96%,newborn asphyxia occurrence rate was 1.96%,and compared with the control group, the differences were not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion Epidural block anesthesia of painless labor can effectively relieve the pain of delivery, reduce maternal labor and the second stage of history, and has good safety of mother to child,it is worth popularization and application.

The paper introduced the organization culture building of a private hospital, in creating the Aikang hospital as your home culture and Aikang values for building a harmonious workplace for the hospital. The management system reform features the separation between regulations and management, building of the supporting system and operating system, for better quality of care with advanced management practice. The social rewards feature great efforts in supporting the disadvantageous population, and undertaking public health service and charity activities. These care and love to the community help the hospital to fulfill its social responsibilities.

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(8):855-858
Objective To evaluate the levels of serum organochlorine pesticide residues in breast cancer patients and benign breast disease patients from Tangshan areas. Methods One hundred fifty-eight breast cancer patients and 129 benign breast disease patients from two districts of TangShan were entrolled in the study. The levels of serum organochlorine pesticides ( DDTs and HCHs) were detected through gas chromatography/electron capture. Spearman's rank correlation was used between age, BMI and the level of serum organochlorine pesticide residues in patients. Results The serum levels of a-HCH, p-HCH and PP'-DDE between breast cancer patients and benign breast disease patients were statistically different(P <0. 05). The serum levels of p-HCH and PP'-DDE were positively correlated with age and BMI in both groups, with correlation coefficients of 0. 272 and 0. 330 for age and 0. 207 and 0. 313 for BMI in the breast cancer patients,as well as correltion coefficients of 0. 339 and 0. 260 for age and 0. 227 and 0. 209 for BMI in the benign breast disease patients. Conclusions The levels of organochlorine pesticide residues in serum in breast cancer patients were higher than those in benign breast disease patients and were positively correlated with age and BMI. The results offer more information to the pathogenesis, prevention and control measures of breast cancer.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of desloratadine citrate decre-mental therapy in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 162 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine treatment of desloratadine citrate capsule, while the observation group was given desloratadine citrate capsule decreasing therapy, the therapeutic effect and the levels of serum immunoglobulins were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.06%,there was no significant difference compared with 92.59% of the control group (χ2 =3.254,P >0.05);Two weeks and four weeks after treatment,IgE levels were significantly lower than before treatment, there were significant difference (t =8.291,7.931,6.936,5.152,all P <0.05),and the observation group change was more significant, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t =7.913,8.136,all P <0.05).After treatment symptom score was significantly lower than before treat-ment,and there were significant difference (t =7.519,8.015,all P <0.05),but the differences between groups were not significant (t =3.152,2.781,all P >0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 19.75%,which was significantly lower than the 40.74% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically signif-icant (χ2 =6.914,P <0.05).But there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2 =1.927,P >0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine citrate capsules in treatment of chronic urticaria can not only obtain more effective clinical curative effect, but also has less toxic side effect. For the purposes of the application method of the drug, decreasing method compared with conventional medication therapy can effectively improve the level of serum IgE.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To observe the behavior changes and connexin 32(CX32),connexin 43(CX43)expressions in hippocampus and the effect of carbenoxolone on their expression in epileptic immature rats induced by lithium-pilocarpine.Methods Seventy-two SD immature rats of 21 d were randomly divided into control group(n=24),lithium-pilocarpine kindled group(n=24)and carbenoxolone treated group(n=24),each group by 24 h,3 d,7 d and 30 d were subdivided into 4 groups(n=6).Immuno-histochemisty was used to observe the expressions of CX32 and CX43 in hippocampus areas of immature rats, and to observe their behavior changes. Results The scores of the severe elileptiform seizures(Racine Ⅳ/Ⅴlevel)in lithium-pilocarpine group were significantly higher than those in carbenoxolone treated group; The latency in carbenoxolone treated group was prolonged significantly(P
8.Analysis on recurrence and influence factors of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients after thoracoscope surgery
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(1):39-40,43
Objective To investigate the recurrence and influence factors of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients after thoracoscope surgery. Methods From March 2009 to March 2011,218 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscope surgery in our hospital were surveyed by the self-made general data questionnaire. The clinical data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and binary classification logistic regression analysis of SPSS 19. 0 to find out the infection influential factors of spontaneous pneumothorax for patients after thoraco-scope surgery in order to provide reference basis for reducing postoperative recurrence. Results The recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumo-thorax was 5. 05%(11/218). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that recurrent pneumothorax ( OR=2. 432,P=0. 000) and multi-ple pulmonary bulla (OR=1. 918,P=0. 000) were the risk factors of spontaneous pneumothorax for patients after thoracoscope surgery. Conclusion The recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumothorax is high,we should strengthen the management of high-risk population and im-prove the prognosis of patients.
