1.Analysis of related factors and psychological intervention of neonatal dopamine leakage in NICU

Objective To study and analyze the related factors of neonatal dopamine leakage in NICU and psychological intervention. Methods 100 cases of neonatal NICU patients who received intravenous infusion of dopamine in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,with 10 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive care and psychological intervention,and they paid attention to the psychological status of the patients,and carried out a comprehensive evaluation,and given positive care.The clinical indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding nursing mode,10 cases in the control group were transfused 100 times,and 30 cases of secondary leakage occurred,accounting for 30.0%.In the experimental group,10 cases were transfused 100 times,and 16 cases of secondary leakage occurred,accounting for 16.0%.The probability of dopamine leakage in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,with statistical difference.In the experimental group,9 parents were satisfied with the nursing work,and the satisfaction rate was 90.0%.In contrast,42 parents were satisfied with the nursing work,and the satisfaction rate was 80.0%. The satisfaction degree of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of psychological intervention in neonatal NICU intravenous infusion of dopamine and comprehensive care,can reduce the occurrence probability of leakage of dopamine in a large extent,improve nursing satisfaction,to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is further applied in clinical significance.
2.Reasons analysis and prevention of unqualified static air in laminar flow clean operation room

Objective To analyze the unqualified air reasons of laminar flow clean operation room when monitored,to strengthen the prevention and make sure static air of the laminar flow clean operating room air 100% qualified.Methods Each two of the 100 and 1 000 class laminar flow operation room had unqualified air before November 2013,and our department tried to find the reasons and countermeasures.From December 2013 to February 2014,we monitored air four times after carrying out countermeasures,and compared the qualified rate of operation room air with the air qualified rate before countermeasures used.Results The infection rate of Ⅰ type operative incision were always below 0.2% in our hospital.After comprehensive improvement of operation room,the air qualified rate was beyond the rate of before improvement 85.7% with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusions It can increase air qualified rate of laminar flow clean operation room by the operational management,cleaning management,aseptic management for maintaining operation room clean system and the training of air sampling personnel.
3.Design and construction of a large 5G mobile emergency resuscitation unit

Objective:To design a large-scale mobile emergency resuscitation unit based on 5G communication technology to improve the efficiency of prehospital transportation and treatment.Methods:The study was conducted in Hangzhou from November 2022 to September 2023. It's sorted out the application scenario requirements for prehospital first aid, transfer, and prehospital-intrahospital emergency linkage in carrying out the program design, single technology testing, onboard debugging, and integration debugging phases sequentially.Results:In September 2023, a large-scale 5G mobile emergency resuscitation unit was completed and delivered. The unit was converted from an electric bus and consists of five parts: (1) Vehicle appearance: the vehicle is 12.9 meters long, 2.3 meters wide and 2.6 meters high, with a single mileage of 200 kilometers; (2) The overall internal structure: the vehicle has one resuscitation bed and two stretcher positions. Additionally, there is a comprehensive operating table located at the front of the vehicle. The middle of the vehicle is equipped with a central digital control screen. (3) First aid materials and instruments: the vehicle's materials are modularly configured in accordance with the resuscitation, guardianship, surgery, inspection and testing, Communication modular configuration, equipped with a defibrillation monitor, transfer ventilator, extracorporeal membrane lung oxygenation and other critical care first aid and electrocardiogram, digital radiography, blood gas analyzer, chest pain 5 monitors and other inspection and testing equipment; (4) Vehicle communication and information systems: equipped with high-definition remote video interactive system, telemedicine terminal DP300 integrated system, a real-time panoramic experience system and centralized guardianship system; (5) Vehicle disinfection: a plasma disinfector installed on the top of the car can meet the hospital disinfection hygiene standardsⅡ class environmental management requirements.Conclusions:Incorporating 5G communication technology, the large-scale mobile emergency resuscitation unit is equipped with various advanced treatment equipment and remote consultation systems. It can accommodate the resuscitation needs of the most critically ill patients, offering substantial support for public emergency rescues. Further exploration of its potential is merited.
