Objective To investigate nursing methods of CT -guided 125I seeds implantation brachytherapy for malignant tumor. Methods Nursing methods in 236 cases of 125I seed implantation therapy were summarized. Results Perfect preoperative examination,and psychological intervention could significantly improve patients mental state. Observation distribution of particles and postoperative observation could promote patients postoperative recovery. Conclusion Preopertive and postopertive nursing and radiation protection is an important factor for 125I implantation brachytherapy

Enzymatic hydrolysis of nitrile was performed under mild conditions and afford high efficiency and selectivity,thus being highly potential for the synthesis of optically active carboxylic acids and their derivatives.The type of nitrile-hydrolyzing enzymes and hydrolysis reactions,reaction characteristics,factors influencing the hydrolysis and the prospect for its application to industrial production were reviewed in this paper.

Based on previous results of 16S rDNA sequence homologuous and results of physic-biochemical indexes and morphological characteristics in the present work, bacterial strain ge15 isolated from roots of ginseng plants was identified as Stenotrophomonas rhizophila. Confronting incubation results showed that, strain ge15 inhibited the growth of Alternaria panax, Phytophthora cactorum, and Cylindrocapon destructans significantly, and the width of inhibition zone was 13.3, 24.0, 12.0 mm, respectively. Further results showed that the emergence rate and seedling survive rate of ge15 treatment was significantly higher than those of the control, and which was similar to pesticide carbendazol treatment. The ge15 strain has good application potential in ginseng diseases control without contamination.

Objective To investigate the importance of elements of teaching aesthetic(appearance aesthetics; language aesthetics; emotion aesthetics; PPT aesthetics; blackboard-writing aesthetics and model aesthetics) in clinical orthopaedic teaching,and to analyze the reasons and significance of them.Methods Totally 137 medical students(2005 and 2006 grade) were investigated by the questionnaire in resent 2 years.They were asked to choose the first two important elements of teaching anesthetic from six elements displayed by four teachers.Results The percentage of appearance aesthetics,language aesthetics,emotion aesthetics,PPT aesthetics,blackboard-writing aesthetics and model aesthetics were showed as 97.4％,88.7％,67.1％,58.9％,13.6％ and 1.2％ respectively.Conclusion Teaching aesthetics is an indispensible part of teaching aesthetically and it is helpful to promote the teaching.We should be focus on PPT aesthetics and appearance aesthetics,which show high percentage in our research.

By nutrient solution culture method, effects of benzoic acid, diisobutyl phthalate, diisobutyl succinate, palmitic acid, 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) propane on root exudates of Panax ginseng were studied. GC-MS results in-dicated that, 15 to 23 components were detected in treatments including control, which were organic acids, alcohol, amino acid esters, phenols, amines, condensed nucleus, saccharine, etc. Through compared with control we found that, phenol and phenolic acids in root exudates increased in most of stress treatments. So we deduced that, the re-laxation of autotoxins from roots to outside environment was stimulated by autotoxins released into soil, and which ac-celerated the autotoxicity to ginseng seedlings.

Contents in orthopaedic are independent relatively and finding out the internal relations during them is helpful to improving the effect of orthopaedic teaching.Transfer theory is important tools for clinical teaching practice,and finding out the common characteristics between the orthopaedic chapters is primary for the theory.This research focuses on the following fields:fractures,nerve injury,infection,tumor and deformity.After the common characteristics between these chapters were analyzed and discussed,we concluded that the transfer theory is helpful in orthopaedic teaching practice,especially for students' comprehension and memory,but still we should avoid some negative effects in teaching process.

This article was aimed to study the dynamics of biocontrol endobacteria in roots, stems and leaves of Panax ginseng and soils adjacent roots. Gradient screening and root irrigation methods were used to develop Rif-resistance bacteria and inoculation. Dilution plate method was used to count the number of them in roots, stems and leaves of P. ginseng and soils adjacent roots. The results showed that bacteria which can endure 120 μg·mL-1 Rif was developed, and no change was found on their antagonistic activity against A lternaria panax Whetz and Phytophthora cactorum. In roots and stems of P. ginseng, ge15 and ge25 showed the highest number in the initial.Then, populations of ge15 and ge25 in ginseng roots and stems decreased to a stable status gradually. In ginseng leaves, populations of ge15 and ge25 increased to the highest 3 days after inoculation, then, populations of them were decreased and kept at certain concentration. In ginseng rhizosphere soil, populations of ge15 showed reciprocating change, and which of ge25 showed increase initial, and then decrease to a stable status. It was concluded that endobacteria can keep a certain population in ginseng roots, stems, and leaves. Biocontrol agents based on them will be helpful for ginseng diseases controlling in the field.
