The main obstacles and limitations on development of advanced life-rescuing information technology are identified based on analysis of existing information technology.The research ideas on digital information to replace analog information and response technology in lieu of new type life-rescuing information technology are putted forward,which combines RFID technology with biomedical engineering technology to research and design the life transponder that application bottleneck and advantage of the technique are analyzed.

Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric isehe-mic disease. Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with acute mosenteric ischemic disease were analyzed retrospective-ly. Results Operation was performed on 14 patients and 1 patient received conservative treatment, 9 cases recovered and 5 died postoperatively. Conclusion Color ultrasound and selective angiography are effective examinations for early diagnosis of acute mesenterie ischemic disease. Early resection of necrotic bowel and application of anticoagulant post-operatively are effective to reduce the mortality. Conservative treatment is still effective for elective patient.

To study the effects of 70%Hepatectomy on the proliferation of rat fetal hepatocytes after intrasplenical transplantation, fetal hepatocytes isolated from 3 week SD rat fetuses bred were transplanted into the spleens of liver regeneration model rats with 70% partial hepatectomy. The cell cycle of hepatocytes in the remanent liver was analyzed by flow cytometer and the density dimensions of the donor fetal hepatocytes in spleen were measured by Image Analysis System 7 and 30 days post transplantation respectively. Objective:To investigate the cause and preventive measures of chemotherapy-related death from human malignant neoplasms.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out to evaluate the clinical data of 15 patients with chemotherapy-related death of human neoplasms in 2008.The cause,treatment,survival time after chemotherapy and preventive measures were analyzed.Results:The average age of the 15 patients was 52.4 years,and 5 of them were treated with docetaxel.The mean survival time after chemotherapy was 16.8 days.5 cases presented severe sehematological toxicity, and 2,breath failure.Conclusion:Chemotherapy-related death from human malignant neoplasms was correlated with disease history,age and chemotherapeutic agents,etc.;therefore,no use of docetaxel for patients aged over 60 years or with hepatic and lung diseased history could decrease the chemotherapy-related death.

Cancer cells can secrete programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) to bind with inhibitory regulatory protein of programmed death 1 (PD-1) which lies on T-cell lymphocyte.Consequently,the activity of the T cells reduces,and the apoptosis cells increase.It's one of the pathways of newly discovered tumor immune escape.Primary hepatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive system and closely related to viral hepatitis B in China.PD-1/PD-L1 pathway plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development of primary liver cancer.In this paper,the research updates of PD-1/PD-L1 in primary hepatic carcinoma were summarized.

Asthma is one kind of chronic respiratory tract inflammatory disease.Recently,it has been discovered that the small airway also participates in asthmatic pathogenesis.The small airway which diameter is less than 2 mm is one of the smallest regions in the lung.Its function may be affected by the small airway disease and related with the airway hyperresponsiveness.Some structural changes in the small airway is the latent reason which aggravates asthma.The change of small airway function in the mild asthma can cause the change of airway hyperresponsiveness.So it is considered that the small airway function is one of the methods to monitor the asthmatic situation.

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV) is a common disease of the retina,the disease is more found in colored race.In China,the mainly nosogenic population is the female about 60 years old.The pathogenesis of PCV is unknown and there is no specific medicine at present.The funduscopic present is orangered lesions,bleed and exudation.Indocyanine green angiography(ICGA) could make a definite diagnosis of PCV.In recent,the main treatment of PCV includes photodynamic therapy,intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy,surgery for treatment of complications and combined therapy.We review the treatment and diagnosis of PCV,and propose the further research direction.

A combination vaccine which consists of ≥2 immunogens is intended to provide protection against two or more diseases or against multiple serotypes of a single disease. The use of combination vaccines decrease the number of vaccine injections in the regular immunization schedules. However,the development of combination vaccines is more complicated than monovalent vaccines,preservatives and adjuvants used with one component may alter the potency of other components. Physical,chemical,and biological interactions between the components of combination vaccines must be considered to avoid detrimental effects on safety or efficacy. Therefore combination vaccines present unique challenges for product evaluation. This paper presents a review of research application status,the evaluation of effectiveness and safety,as well as development prospects on combination vaccines.

The government and general public has paid unprecedented attention to the public health after the outbreak of SARS in 2003. Based on the first and the second round of Three-year Action Plan for Public Health System Construction, the public health system in Shanghai has been gradually improved. The city's public health security has been increasingly consolidated and people's main health status and indicators have been constantly improved. Nowadays, the third round of Three-year Action Plan will be started. This paper will review the development of public health system in Shanghai in recent ten years, analyze the possible problems and challenges in the future and put forward the development direction and strategy of the system.
