Objective To explore mechanism of action of rhubarb on intrahepatic cholestasis in infantile rats.Methods Ninety Sprague-Dawley(SD)infantile rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:treatment group of rhubarb,untreated group,treatment control group 1 of ursodeoxychlic acid(UDCA),treatment control group 2 of UDCA and deltasone,and control group not treated with ?-naphthyl isothiocyanate(ANIT)and any other treatments.Jaundice model of intrahepatic cholestasis was established in infantile rats by ANIT.At the time of the 2nd,3rd,and 4th week,the concentrations of serum total bilirubin(TB),direct bilirubin(DB),ALT,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total bile acid(TBA)and TBA were assessed by automatic biochemical analyzer.The concentrations of nitrogen monoxide(NO),maleic dialdehyde(MDA)and the ability of total antioxidation(T-AOC)in liver tissues were measured.Results It was demonstrated that the animal model of hepatic jaundice with cholestasis was successfully established.The levels of serum DB,TB,ALP,ALT and TBA were significantly lower in the treatment group of rhubarb compared with those in the untreated group(Pa

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of transvaginal lesion resection for cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods A total of 30 patients with CSP in our hospital received the transvaginal CSP lesion resection from January 2013 to January 2016 and were followed-up to observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Results The operations were successfully completed except one case of conversion to open surgery.The operation time was 30-120 min (53.4±26.0 min), the intraoperative hemorrhage was less than 50 ml, the hospital time was 3-7 d (4.3±1.3 d), and the postoperative time of serum β-hCG decreased to normal value was 14-36 d (24.1±13.2 d).No continuous pregnancy or complications such as incision non-healing, infection, or bladder injury after operation.Conclusion The clinical effect of vaginal CSP lesion resection is good and has fewer complications, being worthy of application.

Objective: To investigate the bioactive chemical constituents in Bidens bipinnata L. for treatment of diabetes. Methods: Extraction was done with 80% EtOH; isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel, C18 silica gel column, and Sephadex-LH2O column; and the chemical structures of the products were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were obtained from Bidens bipinnata L. and their chemical structures were identified as: quercitin(I), hyperoside (II),quercitin-7-O-rhamnopyranoside(III), 6,7,3′4′-tetrahydroxy aurone(IV),4,5-di-O- caffeoyl quinic acid(V), stigmasterol 3-O-glucopyranoside (VI),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(VII), okanin(VII),and luteolin(IX). Conclusion: Except for okanin and hyperoside, the rest 7 compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.

Objective To explore the risk factors for inguinal hernia in children.Methods A 1:1 matched case-control study which based on hospital group data was carried out.201 cases aged 0～6 years with inguinal hernia and controls were enrolled,and their parents were investigated with questionaire.Conditional logistic regression model was used for single factor and multivariate factoranalysistoestimateoddsratios(OR) and the 95% eonfidence interval(95% CI).Results Inguinal hernia was related to ehildren ' s constipation(0R=3.520,95%CI:1.238~10.015),children's cry(OR=6.532,95%CI:2.651~16.091),mother ate pickles(OR=2.529, 95%CI:1.271~5.031) and maternal anemia(OR=6.809,95%CI:2.530～18.322) during the period of one month before pregnancy and the first 3 months of gestation,the children's family history of inguinal hernia(OR=I 1.250,95%CI:4.766～26.553).Conclusion Children's constipation,children's cry,maternal anemia and eating pickles during the period of one month before pregnancy and the first 3 months of gestation,children ' s family history of inguinal hernia are the risk factors for children' s inguinal hernia.

[Summary] The basic data and serum targets of 3 349 residents were collected by multi stage stratified cluster random sampling and analyzed by correlation and regression analysis to access its association with cardiovascular risk factors. The result showed that morbidity of hyperuricemia was 18. 85% . The risk of hyperuricemia was raised in people with high triglycerides, high low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C), low high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), and low estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR). The people with hyperuricemia are usually accompanied with many cardiovascular risk factors.

OBJECTIVE To raise the level of laboratory diagnosis of diarrheal pathogens.METHODS The stool samples were inoculated on the of SS agar,SMAC agar,TCBS agar,blood agar.RESULTS Over the past three years in our hospital pathogen detection rate of diarrhea was 48.2%.The scope of the baeteria isolated were not limited to Salmonella and Shigella,but also Escherichia coli-induced diarrhea,Vibrio,Staphylococcus arreus,Candida albicans.The Klebsiella,Proteus,Citrobacter,Pseudornonas aeruginosa and the like were also detected out.CONCLUSIONS It′s important to choose right medium and detect intestinal pathogens in clinical.

AIM: This study was aimed to assess the effect of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) combined with fibronectin on reparative dentinogenesis and odontoblast differentiation, investigate the possible mechanism underlying traumatized pulp repair, which would facilitate the choosing of ideal pulp capping agents. METHODS: 192 teeth from 16 adult cats were used. Class V cavties were prepared on the facial surface. The pulps of cats were exposed mechanically and then capped directly with MTA, MTA combined with fibronectin, calcium hydroxide, fibronectin and starch as control. The pulpal tissue reactions were assessed by light microscopy at healing interval of 1 and 4 weeks.RESULTS: 1 week after pulp capping, no reparative dentin formation was observed in each group. 4 weeks after pulp capping, the dental pulps capped with MTA/fibronectin showed no or slight cellular inflammatory responses and odontoblast differentiation with tublar dentin bridge on the exposed sites. In MTA group, the dental pulps showed slight to moderate cellular inflammatory responses with osteodentin formation. In calcium hydroxide group, the pulps showed moderate to severe inflammatory responses with calcified matrix. In fibronectin and starch group, no dentin bridge formation was observed, the pulps showed severe cellular inflammatory responses.CONCLUSION: (1) MTA combined with fibronectin induced to form complete and tublar dentin bridge. In MTA group, most of the formed dentin bridge was irregular and osteodentin. (2) MTA combined with fibronectin is a bioactive pulp-capping agent and has a great worth in vital pulp therapy.
