The main obstacles and limitations on development of advanced life-rescuing information technology are identified based on analysis of existing information technology. The research ideas on digital information to replace analog information and response technology in lieu of new type life-rescuing information technology are putted forward, which combines RFID technology with biomedical engineering technology to research and design the life transponder that application bottleneck and advantage of the technique are analyzed.
2.Airway Neutrophil Activation and Protease Imbalance in Airway of Children with Foreign-Body Aspiration
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe neutrophil activation and protease imbalance in airway of children after foreign-body aspiration(FBA).Methods Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was obtained through fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The supernatant was assayed for the concentration of neutrophil elastase(NE) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and elastase inhibition capacity(EIC)/free elastase activity using a colorimetric assay. The cell pellet were smeared for the expression of ?1-antitrypsin(?1-AT) using cellular immunohisto-chemistry and cytologic analysis by Wright-Giemsa stain. Results Percentage of neutrophil, concentration of NE and the expression of ?1-AT in BLAF group, pair group and pneumonia group significantly increased compared with that of control group(Pa0.05).The ratio of Lib NE in FBA,par and peumcria group was 30.3%,27.3% and 22.7%.Conclusions FBA induces similar airway neutrophil activation and protease imbalance to bacterial pneumonia. The contralateral airway showes the same change as the foreign body side.

Access of safe, effective, convenient and affordable medical and health care services to the people is set as the goal of public hospitals health services as stated in the "Guidelines for Public Hospitals Pilot Reform". Such a goal, however, can hardly be achieved by mechanism changes within the public hospitals. The input and output of public hospitals rely critically on such factors as the input mechanism, regional pattern of healthcare system, the economic and industrial conditions of the region, payment quota and payment approval procedures of medical insurance. This paper set off from the input compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China and analyzed the input and output characteristics of the hospitals. Furthermore, the paper proposed to establish an input compensation mechanism based on public welfare performance for such hospitals. This provided further reference for improving the management of public hospitals and building a public welfare-oriented operation mechanism of public hospitals.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the soft tissue profile in adults with unoperated isolated cleft palate. Methods Twenty patients older than 16 years(median age,18.4) with unoperated isolated cleft palate were enrolled.Soft tissue lateral cephalograms were traced and compared with those of cleft operated patients and class-Ⅰocclusion individuals. The results of various measurements were analyzed with ANOVA by SPSS11.5. Results In adults with unoperated isolated cleft palate, there was restriction at the top of the upper lip,and the antelabrum of upper lip and the lower lip were found normal. Conclusion The soft tissue profile in adults with unoperated isolated cleft palate exhibits almost the same characteristics as the corresponding hard tissue, and there is covering over effect of the soft tissue to some extent.

Cyclophosphamide (CPA) is the most common alkylating antineoplastic agent, as well as a strong immunosuppressant that is frequently applied to autoimmune diseases and organ transplantation. It is metabolized by cytochrome P450 oxidases (CYPs) to its active metabolite which played a critical role in therapy. CPA has serious and even fatal side effects, and its efficacy and adverse reactions are significantly varied among individuals. In this review, the association of the genetic polymorphisms in the metabolic enzymes and transporters involved in the disposition of CPA with the efficacy and adverse effects of CPA were summarized, thereby providing fundamental reference for further pharmacogenomic study of CPA.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(4):730-733
Objective To discuss the optimal imaging conditions of spatio-temporal image correlatin (STIC). Methods Conventional 2D fetal echocardiography and 3D STIC volume collection were performed in 130 fetuses. The images obtained using two methods were scored and compared. Results Complete 3D volume collection with the initial view of four chamber view were abtained in 121 fetuses, the successful rate was 93.13%. There was no significant differences in total score between the two methods. Significant difference was found between the score of different condition groups. The highest scores mostly appeared in lateral four chamber heart in both method groups. The highest scores mostly appeared in 25-29 gestational weeks with 2D ultrasound, while 20-24 gestational weeks with 3D ultrasound, scores in long axis views of vessels were statistically different. Conclusion STIC has advantages over conventional ultrasonography, but needs conditions control and analysis skills.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of tianluo decoction against hepatitis B virus(HBV) in vivo and vitro. Methods The inhibitive effect were observed in the duplication process of hepatitis B virus by fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) in vitro test and duck's hepatitis B animal model in vivo test. Results FQ-PCR in vitro test demonstrated that tianluo decoction had biological function to inhibit from duplication of hepatitis B virus, and there were significant difference in inhibit hepatitis B virus from duplicating in distilled water and tianluo decoction group(median:6.9?108/ml vs 2.6?104/ml,u=2.76,P
