AIM: To study the quality standard of Sanqi Capsule s. METHODS:The content of ginsenoside Rg 1 and ginsenoside Rb 1 were dertermined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS:Ginsenoside Rg 1 showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1.3?g ～ 6.5?g (r= 0.9994 ). The average recovery o f ginsenoside Rg 1 was 98.30% , and RSD was 1.20% (n=5). Ginseno side Rb 1 showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1.0?g ～ 5.0 ?g (r= 0.9996 ). The average re covery of ginsenoside Rb 1 was 97.12% , and RSD was 1.17% (n=5). CONCLUSION:The method is efficient and accurate wi th a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Capsule s.

Background Pseudoexfoliation syndrome (PEX) has a high incidence in Uygur population and usually leads to secondary glaucoma and complicated cataract.The abnormal change of lens tissue and degeneration of zonular fibers bring a lot of difficulties for phacoemulsification (phaco) with intraocular lens implantation,especially stop-and-chop phaco technique.Prechop technique is a new choping technology,but its application in PEX with cataract is less.Objective This study was to compare the efficacy and safety of pre chop phaco technique and stop-and-chop phaco technique for PEX combined cataract.Methods A randomized controlled Clinical trial was designed.Forty-one eyes of 41 patients with PEX combined cataract of Ⅲ degree of nucleus were enrolled in People's Hospital of Hetian District from March 2015 to January 2016.The patients were randomized into the prechop group and stop-and-chop group according to random nubmer table,and cystotome-assisted prechop phaco surgery and stop-and-chop phaco surgery were performed in different groups,respectively.The effective phaco duration,corneal endothelium loss rate,cornea edema eye number after operation,vision outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The mean effective phaco duration was 14.0 (13.0,16.5) minutes and 18.5 (16.5,24.0) minutes in the prechop group and stop-and-chop group,with a significant difference between them (Z =17.354,P ＜ 0.01).The corneal endothelial cells were (2 101.90 ± 209.08)/mm in the prechop group,and the number was similar to (2 002.30 ± 207.04)/mm of the stop-and-chop group (t =-1.530,P =0.134).Corneal endothelial cell lossing rate was (8.27±2.23)％ in the prechop group,which was lower than (13.09±4.26)％ in the stop-and-chop group (t =3.810,P =0.001).The BCVA was better in the prechop group than that in the stop-and-chop group in postoperative day 3 (P =0.044),and the corneal edema degree was not signigicantly different in postoperative day 1 and day 3 between the two groups (P=0.221,0.446).Intraoperative complication was rapture of zonule and occurred in 1 eye and 2 eyes in the prechop group and stop-and-chop group,respectively.Conclusions Compared with the stop-and-chop phaco technique,the prechop phaco tequnique can decrease intraoperative complication,lighten the postoperative damage of corneal endothelial cells and accelerate visual rehabilitation in PEX combined with cataract patients.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of medical therapy after conservative operation for endometriosis.(Methods)Endometriosis was confirmed in 89 patients by laparoscopic inspection,and conservative operations were performed to remove the adhesion,excise or destroy all the endometriotic tissues,including single excision of endo-(metriotic) masses or plus unilateral salpingoophorectomy,and to restore pelvic anatomy to the best possible condition.All the patients were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group(n=44),three months drug therapy of go-(nadotropin-)releasing hormone analogs(GnRHa) after operation;control group(n=45),no drug therapy after operation.Clinical symptoms,concentrations of CA-125,manual and ultrasonic pelvic check-up,as well as pregnancy rate to those who had a desire for future fertility(n=28)were followed up. Objective L-selectin is an important adhesion molecule,which is the lymph cell's homing receptor specifically expressed on leukocytes.A non-lymphoma cell line-HCa-F has the high potential ability of metastasis to peripheral lymph nodes,whose character is similar to lymphoma's.We want to explore whether the HCa-F cell's metastasis mechanism is also similar to lymphoma's,that is to say,whether HCa-F cell can also express L-selectin and the expression of L-selectin bring about the lymph node metastasis character. Methods First,?-fetoprotein,CD3 and CD20's monoclonal antibodies were used to identify the origin of HCa-F cell;then we analysed whether the HCa-F cell can express L-selectin by means of flow cytometry analysis,RT-PCR,and Western blotting;finally,Stamper-Woodruff method was used to examine the L-selectin's function. Results Immunostaining showed that the HCa-F cell was ?-fetoprotein positive,CD3 and CD20 negative cell line,which suggests that it is a liver cell line.And results of flow cytometry,RT-PCR,and Western blotting showd that HCa-F cell can express L-selectin.Additionally,anti-L-selectin's antibody can inhibit the adhesion between HCa-F cells and frozen section of mouse lymph node.Conclusion L-selectin expressed on HCa-F cells is a functional molecule which can facilitate HCa-F cell's metastasis to lymph nodes.

Objective:To study the significance of CD55,CD59 and CD34 in the early diagnosis of aplastic anemia-paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobi nuria(AA-PNH),and to search for a sensitive marker of the early diagnosis,so as to achieve the objective of early finding,early diagnosis and early treatment.Methods:CD55,CD59 and CD34 in AA-PNH patients were detected by Flow cytometry,the relationship among CD55,CD59 and CD34 in AA-PNH patients,PNH,AA patients and control group were studied to find out their statistic relevance.Results:The levels of CD55,CD59 and CD34 of PNH and AA-PNH were significantly lower than AA group and any other group and control group,the markers were positively correlated with hemolysis degree and were earlier than other markers of hemolysis.Conclusion:CD55,CD59 and CD34 antigens may act as the most sensitive marker of early diagnosis in PNH and AA-PNH syndrome,and have a close correlation with prognosis.

Objective To analysis the diagnostic values and characteristics of ultrasound and ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) before operation. Methods The data of ultrasound and ultrasound guided FNAC in 129 patients (including 148 PTC nodules) with PTC were collected from January 2014 to February 2017, and the diagnostic reports and feature descriptions of ultrasound and ultrasound guided FNAC were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 148 PTC nodules, the ultrasonographic imaging showed that 84.5% (125/148) with low echo-level solid nodules, 61.5% (91/148) with echo heterogenicity, 77.7% (115/148) with a ratio ≥ 1 in longitudinal/breadth, 69.6 % (103/148) with fuzzy boundary, 75.0% (111/148) with microcalcification in nodules, 97.3% (144/148) without or with incomplete aureole, 64.9% (96/148) with rich blood flow and 7.0% (9/129) with enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. The FNAC diagnosis showed that 78.4% (116/148) was diagnosed with suspected papillary carcinoma, 1.4% (2/148) was diagnosed with malignent tumor, 11.5% (17/148) was diagnosed with atypia of undetermined significance (AUS), 1.4% (2/148) was diagnosed with benign lesion, 0.7% (1/148) was diagnosed with follicular neoplasm and 6.7% (10/148) could not be diagnosed. If the suspected papillary carcinoma and malignent tumor were defined as cytodiagnosis, the diagnostic accordance rate with intraoperative pathology was 79.7%. Conclusion The preoperative accuracy rates of ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound guided FNAC diagnosis for patients with PTC are high, and the characteristics of the both are also typical. The two examinations before operation are helpful for early diagnosis and treatment formulation for patients with PTC.

Objective To investigate the effects of surgery-induced menopause on neuropsychological symptoms in women with perimenopause. Methods Sixty-eight women with perimenopause who underwent bilateral oophorectomy for benign indications were evaluated by the modified Kupperman index on the perimenopause syndrome pre-and post-surgery,including the score in neuropsychological symptoms.Patients were further requested to remake a decision on the acceptance of surgery,and were divided into "accept the surgery" group(n=30) and "postpone the surgery" group(n=38).The neuropsychological symptoms were reevaluated and comparison was made between these two groups. Results The prevalence of perimenopause syndrome pre-surgery was 67.65%(22/68),and that of moderate and severe symptoms was 30.88%.The prevalence of perimenopause syndrome post-surery(97.06%)(66/68)was significantly increased,as well as that of moderate and severe symptoms(70.59%)(P
