4. Chemical constituents from Pinus yunnanensis
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(18):3693-3697
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pinus yunnanensis. Methods The whole plant of air-dried P. yunnanensis was extracted with methnol. The methnol extract was suspended in H2O and extracted with petroleum, ethyl acetate, and n-BuOH, successively. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography from the petroleum and ethyl acetate fractions, and identified based on spectral analyses (MS, 1D- and 2D-NMR, IR, UV). Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from P. yunnanensis and characterized as (7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-3'-hydroxyl-7-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-8-hydroxymethyl-1'-benzofuranpropanol- 4-O-(3-O-methyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside) (1), pinosylvine (2), stigmast-4-en-3-one (3), kaempferol (4), isopimarinol (5), quercetin (6), pinocembrin (7), taxifilin (8), 3-hydroxyl-5-methoxy-stilbene (9), 5-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-thymoquinol (10), icariside E4 (11), 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), schizandriside (13), and β-stitosterol (14). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3-7, and 10-13 are obtained from Pinus yunnanensis Lamb. for the first time.
5.Academic connotation of"pathogenic factors"in Huang Di Nei Jing
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
The academic connotation of "pathogenic factors" is discussed in this article from three aspects of etiology, diagnosis and treatment. It is considered that endogenous or exogenous pathogenic factors oppose to and destruct healthy energy.TCM pathogenic factors, obtained from "examining syndromes for causes of diseases",are diverged from physical, chemical and biological those in modern medicine. What is meant by "therapy of expelling pathogenic factors" is not a single method of dispelling toxin and killing germs, but the resort of regulating the integrated abilities of the human body fighting against pathogenic factors.
6. Purification technology of salidroside by microporous adsorption resin
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(11):1426-1430
Objective: To optimize the purification technology of salidroside with macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The absorption and elution conditions of salidroside purificatin by various macroporous adsorption resins were investigated with the content of salidroside as index. Results: SP-825 type macroporous adsorption resin was the best choice for the purification of salidroside. The optimized parameters were as follows: the content of salidroside at 1.713-2.570 g/mL, eluting solvent of 10% aqueous ethanol, volume flow at 2 BV/h, and eluant volume at 30 BV. Conclusion: SP-825 type macroporous adsorption resin could significantly increase the purity of salidroside with the advantage of high absorption, high elution rate, low cost, environment friendly, and being applicable for the production in large scale.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(7):510-513
Objective To build a simulation model for outpatients queuing, using data from a general outpatient cardiovascular clinic of a general hospital in Shanghai and different rules in the process. The study employs time-interval controlled mode for appointment registration, for the purpose of analyzing characteristics of different queues. Methods Extraction of data of the clinic in a given month by means of HIS system to determine the parameters of the queuing models.Building the simulation model with Matlab to develop the plan of mixed queues and that of discrete queues, for analyzing the waiting time variations, with different number of doctors on duty and different number of appointments in one time interval.Resnlts In the Monday mornings for example, the mean waiting time of appointments or no-appointments are calculated by simulation with different queuing rules, different number of doctors on duty and different appointment quantities of one time interval. Conclusion The mean waiting times of appointments and no-appointments can be both sizably cut short by means of time-interval controlled appointment; different queuing plans are recommended for different departments; the simulation model should be further verified and optimized in practice.
